I am dissatisfied because of lecturers and average placements. Infrastructure is good.

Placements: Almost 70% of the students got placed in IT companies. Design companies are the top recruiters. IIT and local thermal companies came to our college campus. Placement happens more for the CS department compared to the mechanical engineer department. The percentage plays an important role.

Review of Basaveshwar Engineering College.

Placements: As I am studying industrial and production engineering, we don't have great placements in our branch, but for IT branches, 200+ students out of nearly 700 are already placed, and 2 of them are from our department. The highest package offered is 15 LPA. The lowest package is 3.36 LPA. Top recruiters are TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Cognizant, IBM, Tech Mahindra, Mphasis, Fibro etc. From our course, all the students got internships in CNC operation and programming, and some of them in Mahindra Aerospa...

It's a good college to learn and play. Placements are improving, but you have to adjust with fests.

Placements: Placements in BEC BGK are not much encouraging because the highest salary package offered is about 8 LPA-9 LPA. However, the placement record is increasing year by year. As the companies like Tesla, etc., have laid a foundation in Bangalore, we are hoping that non-IT departments will have good placements in upcoming years.

Basically it is good college with average infrastructure and placements in 2021.

Placements: In the 2021 batch I have to say most of the students were placed I don't know about the percentage but it was above average. The highest and the lowest package I have no idea. To recruiters were tcs, infosys, cognizent etc., and again I don't know about the percentage of internship.

If you really want to excel in your engineering career I suggest to opt for some better college.

Placements: 40% of students are placed through on-campus and 20-30% through off campus. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, HCL visit for on-campus placements. Average package is just around 3.6-4.5lpa and not more than that and hence students here try for most of the top companies through off-campus.

This college is average for the students ranking above 20000 in CET.

Placements: Around 50-60% of students were placed in the companies like TCS, Infosys, Accenture, and many other mass recruiting companies. A few amounts of students were also placed in core companies like Sankalpa, etc. Top recruiting companies were TCS, Infosys, and Accenture. The internships were mandatory for the students.

One month ago, it was one of the oldest engineering colleges in Karnataka.

Placements: In our college, about 4 months ago, getting placed is difficult. It's an autonomous college, but you don't get any kind of relaxation in terms of strictness and other things. If you have a good rank, it is better not to join this college. However, it is the best college to gain proper knowledge with an environment-friendly campus. Placements are average and not great here.

Self-study is more important in our college. We have to show our own interests.

Placements: About 50% of the students were placed from our course. The highest salary offered was 7 lac per month, and the lowest salary offered was 3.25 lac per month. The average salary offered was 3.5 lac per month. Top recruiting companies here are TCS and Global Edge. About 30% of the students got internships from our course in HAL company. From our batch, only 30% of the students got placed in our college recruitment.

The salary package offered in our college was 4 LPA. About 70% of the students from our course got an internship. Every year the outgoing batch will get placement in our college.

Average college. Only thing is it is autonomous. Better choice in North Karnataka region.

Placements: I am doing BE in biotechnology department. Pass out in 2020. We will not get core companies here but we can try for IT jobs. Many such software jobs are offered both on campus and off campus. Salary range from 2.4 to 4 Lacs per annum. Since there are less students in our department only 3 are placed out of 15.

Placements: About 30% of the students are placed from the EC course. The highest salary package offered is 7 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. TCS is the top recruiting company for our course. An assistant system engineer is the job role offered to me, and other types of job roles such as IoT engineer in TCS company are also offered to the students.

It is a good college with good infrastructure and poor placements.

Placements: Placements in college are poor. None of the good companies visited the campus for placements. There is much of partiality, inner influence, etc. I recommend not to join this college keeping placement as the main target. Companies visiting the college are not even a handful. None of the core companies visited the campus for placements. The salary package offered was around 2-3 LPA. Internships were not allowed here. The worst part is that academics are more important than internships.

Satisfied with the college as it has low fee structure.

Placements: Around 5 to 8 companies visit the campus and offer placements to students with the good salary package, and, i.e., around 3 LPA to 6 LPA. Companies like TCS, Bosch, Tech Mahindra, etc., visited our college for placements. Only 70 to 100 students out of 350 got placed in the campus placements. This year, about 45-60% of the students were recruited by TCS, Global Age, Infosys, etc. The highest salary package offered was about 10 LPA, and the average was in between 5 LPA to 6 LPA.

Placements: Placements were not that good for our batch. The percentage of students that got placed was less and the companies that visited the campus were also less. I don't exactly know the highest and the lowest salary offered. There is a placement cell and it is working hard to bring new companies.

You can join this college but you need to work on your own here.

Placements: Well TCS is the mass recruiter here in campus, the other companies like global edge, ethnus, silverpeak and few other companies come and make the recruitment. They provide good training for placements. Now I in 3rd year mechanical engineering branch and very few core companies for our branch visit for recruitment.

Our college is good due to its infrastructure, faculty members, and placements.

Placements: According to my opinion, our batch placements were not good. Only 2 companies visited the campus up to now. More companies have visited the campus for our batch when compared to our seniors batch. In our batch, only 30% of the students are selected. In our college, all the students concentrate only on one company, i.e., TCS. They offered the package of 3.25 lacs per annum. GLobal Edge Tech, TCS, Ethnus, Tech fortune are the companies that visited the campus for internships. You have to score 70%...
