Yes it is very nice college.

Placements: The selection of students for a job primarily rests on the recruiter's discretion, while companies entice them with attractive salary packages. Moreover, they also offer opportunities to work with esteemed organizations such as Jio, Infosys, HCL, and more. Additionally, these companies provide top-notch training facilities to enhance the students' skills.

I am satisfied with this college facilities, and everything is perfect.

Placements: I have seen placements in this college. The top companies visit our college after 2-3 months. Recently AMBUJA Cement visited our college and a good number of students are placed by them. I joined this college in September and till now 3 - 4 companies visited here. I have also seen past placements records of our college, so I can conclude that this college provides good placements.

This college is good for students.

Placements: Around 90% of students are placed. The average salary package offered is 50 LPA. Every year many companies like Ambuja visit to hire students. Almost 70% of students get internships. Verka is the top recruiting company.

Teaching level is average

Placements: It's like any other tier three college if I talk about campus then it's average. College have engineering, nursing and management department combined. The placements for me was none. Only some CSE guys get placements and very low grade placements and in 2021 due to covid no body got placed as of I know. Not recommended by me to anyone who wants to study engineering teaching is really bad .

A good college with average placements and average infrastructure.

Placements: The average placement rate is around 57%. The minimum package offered is 1.50 LPA, and the highest package is 5.6 LPA. Amazon, Google, IBM and many other companies recruit from this course. Around 47% of students get internships every year. Overall, If you want to become a successful software engineer, you can choose this college.

I am dissatisfied because there were no placements for our batch 2017.

Placements: Students did not get placed in our course. The salary package was not offered because of lack of companies were offering a job, and no companies visited the campus. About 1or 2% of students got an internship from our batch and no packages offered to students, and companies do not visit our college.

Fake placements are provided, and the faculty are not good.

Placements: The college doesn't provide placements, and even if provided any, they are fake. There are zero placements for the civil engineering department. Fake companies visit the college to select candidates and advertise themselves. Later, students would not get any call letter or any information from the company. So in my opinion, joining this college is a waste of money.

The best college in Sangrur D.

Placements: This college has maximum placements for the students. They can get good salary job. They can get a good way of talking with all the members so that they can get a good job in any sector anywhere. So, students have no problem with their placements in the college.

I think opting for engineering in this institute is a waste of money and time.

Placements: There are no placements for the mechanical branch. It is a waste of money and time. The number of companies visiting the campus is very less. The college doesn't take any responsibility for placements of students. The placements are negligible in the campus and degree is of not much value with a tag of BGIET. So, off-campus placement is also a difficult process.

Placements: Not placed from college because I want to get job in Bangalore and in this college most of the companies comes from Chandigarh which is mostly for support profile and I want to be a software developer. Now I am working in Bangalore as a full stack developer.

Its the best college with the name of Bhai Gurdas ji.

Placements: Good Placements, atleast the deserved students got placements in the industry, Amazon visited in the campus in 2013 and placed many students there, and HCL visited in between 2010-2012 and many of the students got easy placement, as I told that there is no bar for deserving candidate.

Dissatisfied because of the management and faculty.

Placements: The placements are not good in our college. The companies like BPO or customer service are coming for the placements. The college does not provide core companies or technical job. The placement of the students per year is like 10% out of 100%. The highest stipend offered was about 5 lacs per annum to 6 lacs per annum only. The placement cell is there, but it is not so useful.

Honestly, I don't recommend this college. Don't spoil your college life like I spoiled it.

Placements: Not such opportunities are provided to Diploma students as I was a student. I even feel that this was my the worst college choice. I've ever seen a college like this in my whole life. Seriously I don't have any idea of what percentage does one exactly need to get into this college. Obviously, a student with a high percentage will get placed. So, it's up to you. You can choose this college if you want to.

It is one of the best colleges.

Placements: There are enough placement opportunities for the students as the placement drives start only from the beginning of the seventh semester. The companies like HCL, Wipro, Amazon, Microtech etc. recruit students from different trades. Every eligible candidate gets ample of opportunities.

The placements are fake in BGIET, Sangrur.

Placements: The placements are fake, and the companies often visit the college. There is no guidance to the students for the preparation of the placements. The companies often come offering the package of 1.20 lacs per annum. If the student gets placed in the company, he/she will either expelled, or the company is fraud.

Superb quality with a better lifestyle.

Placements: Many companies visited our campus for recruitment and I got placed in a well-known company named as AON Hewitt. Many of my friends got selected in Erricson, Amazon and many other well-known companies. No fake companies visit here.

It is a decent college with a good enough infrastructure with a well-qualified staff. The environment in the college isn't too professional and is more of Punjabi culture dominated. The college gives a decent amount of placement opportunities in good companies but then again you need to be good.

It’s a not good college for students from outer Punjab. . if you choose this institute then you will suffer a lot. No placement, poor communication of teacher, campus is outside from city, fees is very high, boring life in hostel. Good part is that you will get good comfort in hostel, Good library and infrastructure Both boys and girls hostel is in campus, good food in canteen, it doesn't matter what you had written in exams you will get passing marks easily.
