Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma.) - Batch of 2026

Review of Bharat School of Pharmacy.
Placements: Our seniors who got passed out before our batch haven't gotten any placements from our college but during our admission, one of my seniors got placed in one MNC with an average package of 2 LPA last year and our college doesn't provide any placements to the students who are going to study at this college.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is good but it doesn't have any hostels. They are providing hostels with the help of 3rd-party hostels, which are available outside the college campus and mostly boys and girls hostels are near each other. Because of the 3rd-party hostel, there is no security.
Faculty: This course is very good but the way of representing it to the students is where it's off track and because of this, students who were curious about this course lack the interest and the faculty also lack teaching experience but not all the teaching faculty.
Other: During these four years, of course, we only have fest once a year and freshers that to which is done on the lawn, which is not sufficient to accommodate the students and all the faculty.

Not satisfied after joining our college.
Placements: At our college, there are 120 students. They offer a package of about 2 lakh per annum, as per my knowledge and they also say there are no placements in our college. The top recruiting companies for BPharm courses are Dr.Reddy Labs and more pharma companies and there are no internships from our college. From our course, you can start an industry or get a medical job.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure available in our college is not up to par; they don't have proper lab equipment, no proper classrooms, no proper washrooms and they don't have any digital classes. Coming to the library, they don't have a place to study for students; they have only some books and no other books to refer to, which is not sufficient for all students in college. And coming to the hostel, I am a dayschollar but my friends who are in the hostel say they have good food because they stay in private hostels because our college has no hostel facility inside the college. When it comes to sports, there is nothing to say; it is our wish to participate in free periods.
Faculty: Teachers are not so experienced; I mean, not all faculty but mostly they have no experience and students can't understand what they are saying. They lack knowledge; they teach by seeing books all the time. In this course, the curriculum is good but the teachers don't follow it, and I think they don't make students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate.
Other: I chose this course because I did not have any choice. I don't think there are any best things about this course. I think Bpharm should have the best packages and the best name for Bpharm students. In our college events, there is only one freshers and fest every year, which is not good.

Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) - Batch of 2023

I suggest not being admitted to this college for Pharma.D.
Placements: There are no placements offered for Pharm.D students. Pharma.D graduates do not have work opportunities as compared to other streams. Placement drives might happen sometimes, but they're only for B.Pharma students. No companies have ever come to recruit us Pharma.D students.
Infrastructure: They show a whole different campus while joining. The real campus of the college is still under construction and will never be completed. But they make us sit on another campus, which is amazing. Not all labs are equipped enough to support all students, and the equipment in the labs is way too old. You will learn nothing from labs except in pharmacognosy.
Faculty: The curriculum and exams are very well designed to test everything we've learned. Faculty members in our college are ordinary. Our college has merged along with another Bharat Pharmacy college. So faculty members of that college are managed by our college too.
Other: I chose this course because I couldn't get into MBBS. I suggest not opting for this because not many job opportunities are available now. Fests and events are done on the campus.

Dissatisfied because of the reasons I have mentioned, but extracurricular activities are good.
Placements: Ours is the 6th batch after the introduction of this course. I have graduated recently in 2021 September. 50% of students chose to go abroad, and others try their luck here themselves. Internships are a mandatory part of the course, and only a few people got placed in the hospital that too only in some colleges (1 or 2). Various roles are offered, you can choose wide career options. It completely depends on your knowledge and patience to get placed in a good field/company.
Infrastructure: Only a few people get the opportunity to perform practically as they always allowed us to perform batch-wise. Many times, there was a shortage of chemicals. Wi-Fi is not available for students. For BCP, there is no allocated block. We need to shift as per their rules.
Faculty: Professors usually change every year in our college. There was a faculty shortage in the first year of our course. For later years, it was good. But we cannot expect good faculty to continue teaching here. The remaining ones are good and helpful. Many professors are PhD holders.
Other: Fests and events held here are good. Only TS scholarships are available, as far as I know. There are extra scholarships provided by the management.

I am dissatisfied because of no placements.
Placements: Placements are not provided in our college, and students should search for a job on their own. There are fewer job drives from a poor company. The salary offered is between Rs. 10,000 to 15,000 per month.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available on the campus, and there is no digital library. Classrooms are fitted with projectors, and labs are maintained properly. Lab equipment is good. Internship at the hospital goes good, but transportation facility is not provided to the hospital. The hostel is not available in this college, and there is no attention to sports. The canteen is of poor quality.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are well-qualified, but there is poor coordination between faculty and management. However, teaching is good. The course curriculum is relevant, but sufficient staff members are not employed in the institution. Faculty members are not appointed by the pharmacy council of India norms.
