I am quite satisfied with college life.

Placements: BIT is the best college to explore yourself. Still, based on placements, it is not excellent but only average because students are more interested in preparing for GATE rather than placement. It helps in creating a good studying environment.

Overall, I'm satisfied with this college. Quality of teaching is very good.

Placements: Placements are just fine. If you are an average or an above average student, placements might not be that difficult for you. College tries it's best to find companies that are looking to hire freshers. If you are talented enough, you can get a high package too.

Our college is improving in all aspects.

Placements: Out of 100 students, almost 45 students get placed from campus while others opt for GATE civil services and off-campus placements. Mostly the companies that visit our college for recruitment are Capgemini, Byju's, HCL, TCS and many software companies. Mostly the companies which visit are software companies that offer software jobs.

If you do not get BIT DURG then kindly go to other state for pursuing engineering.

Placements: Placements in civil branch are very low i.e. less than 20% in our college as the package offered by them is quite low and civil students mostly prepare for competitive exams in here. But in other branches like CSE, IT, electronics the placements are much high and packages offered is about 3.6 LPA on average.

Faculty is good but the way has to change. They should focus on practical over theory.

Placements: 5 to 10 percent of student were selected. 40 thousand was the average salary offered. TCS was the top recruiter. 8 Lacs package was offered this year.

The Great campus with enormous opportunities.

Placements: The placement scenario is very good if you are competent enough and have good skills you don't have to worry about placement. The average salary offered is around 3-4 LPA and the placement percentage is about 50%. Our branch has conducted placement session called Placenario to get the experience of the placement rounds.

Review of Bhilai Institute of Technology.

Placements: The placement scenario at BIT Durg is no different from other private institutions across India. However, compared to other colleges of this region, the placements are improving and some known and core companies such as Panasonic, Mahindra, etc., have visited the college because of the efforts of TPO cell. The average salary package offered ranges from 3 LPA -3.5 LPA with some outliers.

Really it is a good college if you're ready to work hard.

Placements: If you're willing to work hard, faculty members are super-dedicated and are willing to work hard for you and with you. Especially for the CSE branch, BIT is a really good option, if you're willing to work for it. CSE students get the chance to study for a whole semester in Europe, i.e., there is no DAAD fellowship for us. However, it is not a problem we got Erasmus, which is offered by the EU. Most of us focus on further studies by GATE, CAT and GRE exams, but there are exceptions also.

BIT Durg One and only private engineering college that stands out in Chhattisgarh.

Placements: Basically in BITD the company which comes nowadays are software companies, and hire students from computer and programming background. There are companies which hire students for marketing and sales department which are on offer for all the students. There are only a few companies from near by like Ambuja cement which hire core branch ie. Mech and civil engineering student. About 20 to 40 percent of students get placed with average package of nearly 3 to 4.5 Lacs.

Not a dream college but still good, atleast better than the rest.

Placements: Our batch strength is about 120 in computer Science. Placements were good this year, more than 70% of eligible students are placed till date and more companies are still coming for camous placements. The highest salary offered was 12 LPA by JARO education and I am not sure about the lowest but I think it was around 2.7 LPA. The top recruitment company was Capgemini. Variety of roles are offered depending on the company. Around 10% students got internships in HUL, IBM, and genpact.

It is the best college in the state with topmost education and further useful facilities.

Placements: I am currently pursuing a civil engineering course from BIT Durg, and in our course, the percentage of placements is not very high. Only a few companies visit here, and few students are placed. But in the previous year, some good companies visited our college and offered a great salary package of 5-6 LPA.

Overall, it is a good college, and I had a wonderful experience with staff members.

Placements: About 5% of students got placed due to many students are studying for Masters' exams and freelancing or exploring new fields. In our course, the highest salary package offered is 6 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. IBM is the top recruiting company of our college. Sales and other roles are offered to the students, but I don't have much idea about it. Almost 20% of the students got an internship in IBM and local companies.
