Absolutely dissatisfied because of good placement.

Placements: 25% student were placed for Aeronautical engineering. The highest pakcage for this course is 1.5 Lacs and the lowest package is 90k. Top recruiting companies are Air India, Indigo, airports etc. 15% student get internship for this course in Aviation Training Institutes.

The college is very good to learn new things, enjoy, and work hard.

Placements: The college's placement team brings in a lot of companies for placements. The placement officer helps its students in cracking job interviews and make the right decision in their life. Many companies come to the campus for placements.

The faculty of the college is good.

Placements: 1. It depends upon the company who will recruit the students. Like last year the mass recruiter company took 100 students but this year it is 60. so it depends upon the company and the college have limited company source. 2. The highest package salary is 8 Lacs/annum, the lowest is 2lakh and the average is 2.5lakh 3. T. CS Infosys etc. Are the mass recruiter company 4. Only core company will understand the value of our knowledge but the mass recruiter company doesn't want to understand the core...

Overall, it is a good college.

Placements: Placements in our college are quite good. Not well-reputed companies visit our campus for placements. However, they recruit students based on their merit, capabilities, abilities they have until now in the college. The highest salary package offered was 3 LPA. I recommend students to join this college.

I suggest you not to take admission in this college.

Placements: Placements are nil, and no company visit this college. They only inform students where pool campus is going on, and in that, hardly 2 or 3 students will get selected. Internships also depend on students as college does not take any responsibility of students. There is a placement cell, but it is useless.

Good infrastructure and good faculty.

Placements: First of all our college is under the BPUT, so placements means only software companies come and barely mechanical company. In our college placement process is not that much good but it's okay. In my senior batch they also faced same problem what I faced in my batch. Not that much companies come for hiring. Average salary offered like package upto 4 lcs per year. Not all company vidit our college. Basically it comes to different college which comes under BPUT. Our placement sir has good response...

The college needs to focus on its students a little more.

Placements: I would suggest you learn software languages before going to 4th year. Maximum companies that visited our campus for placements were software companies. In our batch, only a few students got placed with a very good salary package. Due to the lack of good pre-placement training, the percentage of students placed was quite low. Students were not provided training in aptitude, reasoning and English, which were the basics to get placed in campus placements.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty, good placements in 2017-2018. Infrastructure is good.

Placements: Many types of companies visit our campus for placements, and around 80% of the student get placed from the college. The salary package offered 2.25 LPA. Software companies visit our campus for placements. There is a placement cell available in our college. It's very useful and efficient. There are different types of roles offered for students. The placement performance of the college is good when compared to other colleges.

It is the worst engineering college.

Placements: Honestly, the placements for my batch and our senior batch weren't good and didn't match our knowledge and expectations. Many of my seniors who were best in their academics remained unplaced, and because of that, we had to face a lot of difficulties. We went for some pool campus drives conducted in other colleges, where most of the students got rejected, and even if the students get selected, they never get joining letters. The companies offered technical support and some KPO and BPO roles. Inte...

Our college provide best faculty and good placement.

Placements: Our college provide more than 25 placements. The number of placement is approximately 60 percent. Company should provide salary up to Rs 20000. Yes our college have own placement cell. There more than 80 percent of students got internship from this college. They are very friendly and some times tough role played to the students.

My life in this college from 2012-16 was good, but not the best. I didn't get placed.

Placements: There are no placements at all. There were some recruitments done in 2011, and then, in 2014, some local companies recruited the students. There are no internship programmes. Only Infosys campus connect programme was there which never happened again after 2013. Some companies come for the placements sometimes, but not every year. I think they come depending on their mood. Seniors got placed in 2014 on a lumpsum salary of 1.80. T&P cell is not supportive.

BEC is recommended for every student aspiring to be aeronautical engineer at a cheap budget.

Placements: Placement facilities are good for mechanical, computer and Electrical engineering branches. However placement facilities are poor for Aeronautical branch, although most Colleges providing Aero branch has poor placement facilities. The highest salary offered to an aeronautical engineering in core company is 6 Lacs per annum.

BEC, Bhubaneswar review by a passed out student of the college.

Placements: Overall, 1-5 companies placement opportunity would be received by an individual. The chances are high of receiving a few fake campus so be aware of what you are optioning for your future. The package is low, but a good career based opportunity for those who are optioning for the diploma.

Overall, the college is good, because of the good teaching facilities and placements.

Placements: It depends on the students and their knowledge to grab a job. Otherwise, the college also provides a lot of opportunities for the students to appear in the campus interviews. Most of the students are getting jobs. In case of aeronautical engineering, as most of the companies require experienced candidates, the students are undergoing internships and training.

I had a really nice experience in GEC. For me it was "home away from home". 3 key features defining college are academic-oriented, friendly environment, center for excellence. However, sometimes they pushes a student too much to excel, which may sometime create stress on the student.

No, there was not any dissatisfied activities. There facilities really good?

Placements: To be honest, nearly 100 students are placed in our course. The highest package per annum is around 6-7 Lacs and the lowest package is 3.5-4 Lacs. Mahindra teach, Tata and many more are top recruiting companies. Around 50-60% students got internship in our course. And it passed 2 years still, I'm successful mechanical engineer till today?
