Infrastructure is very good, and teachers are also very helpful and knowledgeable.

Placements: It is a government college, and you can only take a degree from here. Placements are not provided here. If you want to get placements, you have to give a separate exam. However, our college is good for honors and general degrees. This college is the best for students who are willing for government jobs.

It is a government college and very affordable and worth the money.

Placements: There are no placements as it is not a professional course. But teachers help students to guide them about what to do next preferably a master's degree after a bachelor's degree in subjects like microbiology, etc. There is an industry visit in the final year in our department.

Very well furnished, but there is no placements.

Placements: There is no placements for my course B.Sc. anthroplogy. I think they should give us opportunity to work in field and give as more knowledge and skills.

I am satisfied with college life.

Placements: At the UG level, there are no placements for students. However, people from employment exchange comes to visit our college and conduct a seminar with students. I do not have an idea about the salary packages offered in our college. Companies do not visit our college to hire students.

Overall it is an average college, and it depends on the persons to adjust here.

Placements: No placement programs are organised by the college for B.Sc Anthropology Hons. Neither placements programs are organised for the current batches as it is an academic course and not a professional course. There is no professional course offered by the college therefore no placement programs are organised.

I chose this college because it is a government college, and its fee structure is very low.

Placements: Around 30% of students got placed in my course. There are no placements in the degree course. I don't know about the percentage of students who got internships from the college. I can go for higher education like Master's and then PhD.

The lift facility, parking lot and security system are excellent.

Placements: A total of 26-27 students were there in my course. The lowest salary offered was 1200 per month, and the highest was Rs. 1800 per month, and the average package was maybe 1500 per month. Becoming a teacher is the top role for me. I am not sure about the percentage of students who got internships. I don't know about the top recruiting companies.

It is the best place to complete your graduation.

Placements: There are many general courses offered by the college. After completing a degree, students can get a job in different sectors. They can also go for good universities with good score. Others can join different jobs like BPO, medical representative, and different financial support jobs.

It has a very good infrastructure, but the hostel facility is not available.

Placements: Our college doesn't offer professional courses, so there are not placements. But after completing courses like B.Sc, BA, M.Sc and MA, students can apply for several jobs. Especially science students are given coaching for clearing NET exams. I think this college is perfect for UG and PG students. It is a government college, so the fee is low.

Good infrastructure and campus plus cheap tuition fees but awful Student's Union.

Placements: Zero placements from the college. Since, it offers general courses only and thus no question of salary, companies or anything else related to placements. No students from the botany department got any internships during my period of study in the college.

Mainly I would like to say that it is not a good college for good students. It's good for averages.

Placements: There is no placements after completing the course of M.Sc. in Chemistry. Only you can go for Ph.D. programme if you clear NET examination. Else you have to find job for yourself in various companies. Actually college will not provide you any placements. It's all about the placements.

Absolutely satisfied with the department of chemistry. Infrastructure & faculty are really good.

Placements: There is no placement cell available in our college. No companies hasn't visited yet offering jobs to us. Though, our chemistry department organised some career & job councelling seminars on job opportunities after M.Sc. In chemistry, but they weren't good enough & pretty boring. No internship is available for meritorious students from college authority. So, if you are searching for a college that have placement facility after M.Sc. In chemistry, our college isn't good for it.

Our college has extremely good faculty members.

Placements: Currently, our college is not providing placements and internships, but soon they will provide them. The students who have studied in this college are pursuing a master's degree or preparing for competitive examinations.

Really good college with good professors and attractive campus.

Placements: This college is affiliated to West Bengal state university. Basically, there was no placement campaign. But, the teachers are very helpful to the students to get a job. Career counselling is also held. About 30% of the students get jobs quickly. But, there were many model hunting campaigns found for searching models. Any student of this college can get a job through college counselling.

Review of Bidhannagar Government College.

Placements: The process of campus placements does not take place in our college, and neither of the courses has masters taught, except for two or three. Here, internships and scholarships are also absent in our college practices. But, a minimal few grants are there for women, like the Kanyasri and alike. Information is also not provided regarding scholarships, job interviews and internships.

One of the best colleges in Kolkata, in fact in the entire West Bengal.

Placements: After B.Sc., you will have to do M.Sc. If you do M.Sc. then you will definitely be placed. The salary here is high from starting. But, for campus drives, you have to go off-campus. The internships are done for the streams having M.Sc like the microbiology, zoology and chemistry. Here, the Dept. of chemistry is the best.

My life's the biggest mistake to get myself admitted into this college.

Placements: There is no placement facility available at the institution. Name of counselling section does exist in the websites or college magazine but to no use. I never heard any of my senior being placed in any organisation through the college. They do not care about your placement issues or not on your academic field also well. I was once said that initially when this college was at Calcutta University. There were placements through college, but when it was placed under West Bengal State University. Thi...
