My experience at my college .

Placements: In 2022, seniors got placements with a salary package of 4.5 LPA. The placement percentage is 30%. The top recruiting companies for our course are NRL, Oil, ONGC, IOCL, etc. About 100% of students got internships from our course at companies like NRL. They all are placed as manager, assistant manager, production engineers, etc.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are good. Free Wi-Fi is available in our college. Our college has a library where all the necessary books are available. Our college has a pharmacy, a basketball court, a volleyball court, a football field, etc. Our college has many private hostels.

Faculty: All teachers are great, well-experienced, and helpful. They use smart boards to teach. The course curriculum is great. Students have to give a presentation every week about what they learned. Semester exams are difficult. Almost 70% of students pass semester exams.

Other: I chose this course because I want to be a civil engineer. There is a technical fest called Technician.

Review of Bineswar Brahma Engineering College.

Placements: Placement is good but not so good enough due to location. But it is upgrading year by year and also good companies are coming for placement and different off-campus placements also go from our college. Placement is available in the 7th semester. Our seniors are also placed in good company.

Infrastructure: Campus hostels are not available but other hostels are available in town. We go by bus from the hostel to the college and the bus service is not so good enough. But it is approximately good for transportation and the college infrastructure is good. We have a basketball court.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and friendly with students and well qualified and knowledgeable. It gives a clear environment for study and also teaches well. Exams are very hard and also very strict. So, everyone must study well for the exam.

Good college but poor infrastructure, transportation problem.

Placements: The placement record at this college is below average. The highest salary package offered was only 18 LPA. The percentage of students who got internships from our course was low. The students are supportive, but we have to be cooperative with them.

Infrastructure: The college has all the lab facilities, but not all the instruments are in working condition. Wi-Fi is available, but only at 35 mb. Without network speed, there is no network in the college, and we cannot use the internet. The canteen is not good.

Faculty: We had a strict teacher who was very demanding. Now new teachers have joined the faculty, which is growing day by day. However, the course doesn't prepare students well, and the semester exams are difficult. So we have to study more. The pass percentage is average.

Good placement this year.

Placements: About 15-20 students of our college get placed this year. Mostly in IT companies many students also got core companies. The highest package went up to 5 Lacs and the lowest up to 2.5 Lacs, top companies like TCS, and Infosys came for placement. Many students got internships in IIT Guwahati and internships in PSU OIL India limited, NRL, BRPL, etc. We are offered B Tech as a degree from our college.

Infrastructure: We have well furnished building and college campus, there are seperate hostels for both boys and girls. Central Library is available from where students can get most of their books. Wi-Fi facilities are available inside the building and Wi-Fi also available in the hostel. We have well-furnished labs where most of the equipment s are available. Different labs are there for different branches.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and well qualified. Most of them are Ph.D. holders. Teaching quality is also good they clear all our concepts and doubts. We get bookish skills as well as skills that make us job-ready. Remedial classes are taken for preparing us for competitive exams. A semester exam is quite difficult if someone lack in concepts it is not easy for them to get good marks but those who study well and have good concepts can score well.

Other: I choose this course because I am interested in engineering. I would like to improve about this course is that more importance should be given to practical knowledge. Many events are held each year most important one is technician which is a college fest held every year. Good connectivity is there college bus is available for going to town. Meritorious students get a scholarship. Inter-college games are held each year on the campus.

Bineswar Brahma Engineering College's placement, infrastructure, and campus are good.

Placements: Many of our seniors are getting placed in various companies. Many are selected from government job and some seniors are selected from the NRL, OIL, PHED, irrigation, and water resources departments. Students have to do internships from the second semester, fourth semester, fourth semester, and sixth semester onwards.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. Everything is well planned and designed. Classroom laboratories and libraries are well-equipped and students get college WI-FI and also have a digital classroom. Our college has one boy hostel and one girl hostel. The quality of food is good. Medical facilities are good. Students have basketball court, volleyball court, football playground, cricket playground, etc.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and experienced. They are helpful. The teaching quality is very good. The course is based on the syllabus of Assam Science and Technology University, approved by AICTE. They also taught industrial staff to keep up with the changing world. The semester exams are moderate based solely on the syllabus. The pass percentage is high.

Other: I chose civil engineering because its future scope is better in our state, Assam, in the North East. What I would like to improve about this course is that more importance should be given to practical knowledge. Many events are celebrated. Students celebrate the biggest tech-fest every year, called Technisia. Teachers share a healthy relationship with seniors and juniors. The college is amid the greenery of Kokrajhar.
