Great campus and infrastructure with faculty I have ever met.
Placements: In our college, there are 120 students in my batch, and out of that, 60-70 students got placed in companies like L&T, AmSm, Tata, and Fuji Silcertech. The average package ranges from 3.5 LPA to 8.5 LPA for trainees to assistants. Many students have secured good packages with reputable companies.
Infrastructure: The college provides all necessary facilities, such as labs, classrooms, libraries, and LRUC rooms, all in good working condition. The college is very active in maintaining cleanliness. There are two hostels: one with a mess and one without. Both are in good condition, allowing students to choose their preferred accommodation.
Faculty: The faculty members are polite and helpful, guiding us not just in courses but also in further studies and business. Their teaching skills are excellent for both syllabus and fieldwork. The exams can be a bit tough, but they help us gain valuable knowledge.
Other: I chose civil engineering because I have been interested in this field from the start. This college is Gujarat's first engineering college, providing the best infrastructure and teaching experience, along with many events, fests, and industry visits. The campus crowd is okay, not too bad. However, to improve the course, there should be more instruments added.

Best autonomous college of Gujarat with the best facilities.
Placements: More than 50 percent of students get placed, and the average placement is 5 lakh. Top companies like Honda, Alstom, L&T, and Adani recruit from this college. The college provides various types of internships, including opportunities with ISRO and internships in Russia. Our course offers industrial experience.
Infrastructure: The campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled, with labs that are very systematic and equipped with new technology. The classrooms are nice, and each department has its own library, along with a central library. Many types of sports and cultural activities are held in this college.
Faculty: Teachers will explain topics as many times as you need if you don’t understand. The courses are related to industrial concepts, and the semester is not that difficult; you just need to grasp the topics. Some professors are IIT graduates with extensive knowledge.
Other: The college provides numerous clubs and student chapters to join, allowing you to improve your skills. Each course has its own unique aspects.

Average review, placements, college, and poor management.
Placements: 5–6 students from each department every year get placed. Not more than that. The highest package is around 40 lpa, and the lowest is 3 lpa. R&D is the top recruiting company. We choose internship companies ourselves. If we don't get any industry ourselves, then they will provide us with an industry for our internship.
Infrastructure: Classrooms were recently renovated and look good now. library is also good. Wi-Fi is available only for computers and not for phones. Hostel food is bad. Facilities are good. There are no sports or games. The food is very hygienic and many students are facing health issues.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable but the management and teaching quality are very poor. Students get industry-ready. The pass percentage is 60% and exams are so difficult. They make paper of their own. They make us study only a little bit and ask questions in much more depth and detail.
Other: I chose this course because I was interested in it. Events are only once a year in college and that is too boring.

Good college and facilities are also good.
Placements: Placements in the Civil department see many students selecting this course. The highest package is more than 9 Lacs, the lowest package is 3.5 Lacs, and the average package is 5-6 Lacs. Internships are required for all students, with Internship 1 and Internship 2 being part of the program. The Civil department is the best department in our college.
Infrastructure: The campus has free Wi-Fi, and the library is next to the Wi-Fi zone. All departments have labs. Classrooms use smart boards. The canteen is available, and our college hostel consists of four buildings: A-block, B-block, C-block, and A.M. Naik. It's a good hostel for our college.
Faculty: Faculty is good, always helpful, and has qualified knowledge. Some faculty members are IIT teachers with extensive experience. The exam schedule is well-organized, with extra preparation for weak students. There are three exams in one semester: Mid 1, Mid 2, and the final exam. It's a good college with excellent faculty.

A Review for the better future.
Placements: Placements in our college is very good. Almost 100% students get placed out of those who are willing to take placements and the highest package offered last year in 2023 was 45 LPA by Amazon in our electronics branch. The average package offered is about 4-5 LPA. There are many companies like Honda, Adani, E infochips, TCS, Alstom and many others visiting for recruitments.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is so good with all the labs having well-equipped instruments for electronics. Wi-Fi and library are also very well established. All the books and journals are free of cost for the students and are well organized. Hostel inside the college is also very well-equipped with amenities like AC, food, engineering machines and others.
Faculty: Faculty of our department is also very helpful and supportive, they know how to teach the students. Course curriculum is insightful, it gives knowledge from basic to advanced studies like basic electronics, VLSI, Embedded and makes the students industry ready. Semester exams are not that difficult but you need to be attentive in the lectures. The passing percentage is 33% i.e. 21/60.
Other: I chose this course because I was interested in both hardware and software sectors especially in VLSI electronics based domain as the future of this course is evergreen. Semiconductor is growing tremendous year by year. Events in our college are a blast. It was a very good experience for me.

I had a decent experience in Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya.
Placements: From the 7th semester, a student is eligible for placements. Infochip, Matcart, and MG Motors are a few of the companies that have visited the campus. As for the offers, I'm not well-informed since I'm not actively seeking placement. The average salary package offered was 3 LPA-3.5 LPA, and about 30% of students get placed. I am currently seeking further education, so placement is not my requirement at the moment.
Infrastructure: Campus life is decent, with multiple events taking place throughout the year. The annual cultural event, "UDAAN," is a culturally rich experience. Several hackathons are also conducted. The library is well-stocked, offering a wide range of books and journals. The classrooms are high-tech, equipped with projectors connected to computers. The college offers various sports opportunities and is quite active in promoting them. Additionally, there are clubs for various activities, such as music, theater, arts, sports, and more.
Faculty: The faculty-to-student ratio is adequate, allowing for sufficient attention from the professors. M.M. Solanki Sir is very understanding and excels at helping students grasp difficult topics. Similarly, Prof. Mehfuza Ma'am possesses all the qualities you would want in a professor. However, some professors struggle to connect with students, and their lectures can be difficult to follow. There are three exams in a semester, two midterms, and the final examination. There is a rule called NPTA (Not Permitted to Attempt), which prevents students from attempting the final exam unless their scores in both midterms meet a certain threshold. This creates a challenging situation, as students who do not clear the midterms must then attempt a remedial exam, where they need to score well on both midterms, which can be difficult for below-average students. While the course content is somewhat relevant, it is outdated, and students often need to gain additional knowledge outside of the curriculum, as the course material lacks updated information.
