Though there are some issues, studying in this college is worthy.

Placements: Approximately, 60 students out of 150 were placed with an average package of 4 LPA, in 2017. Regional companies from Charotar, Baroda and Ahmedabad often visit the campus. Apart from that, only a few MNCs such as L&T, Reliance, etc., visit the college. They offer high packages ranging from 6 LPA to 6.5 LPA.

The infrastructure and facilities provided in BVM are the best ever.

Placements: During my tenure, the training and placement cell worked well. Many MNCs and local companies visited the college to offer placements for the students of different branches. The package offered was good, around 2.5 to 3 LPA. In 2017, the placements were good but comparatively low. More than 40 companies visited the campus for recruitment.

Review of BVM Engineering College.

Placements: More than 350 students from our batch got placed. Considering the placement scenario of our batch and senior batch, the overall placement percentage is 65%. The average package offered is Rs. 3.5-4.0 LPA. The college provides good opportunities for the students to join, learn and work with MNCs.

The college is gradually enhancing its performance matrix in all aspects.

Placements: The college has a placement cell that takes care of placement activities. Mostly, service-based companies visit the college and hire many students, every year. The average package offered is nearly 4-4.5 LPA. When I was a part of this programme, there were no internships offered by the companies. But right now, the college has become autonomous and collaborated with some engineering companies. They provide short-term internships to students. Generally, services-based companies provide the role o...

Infrastructure is okay. Placement is satisfactory. Faculty is good.

Placements: The placement season for our batch has just began. So far 11 students are placed (4 having 7.5 Lacs p. a and 7 having 6 Lacs p. a). Talking about my senior batch, the placement was not as good as it should be. The highest salary offer last year was 12 Lacs p. a.

Placements: Placements were pretty impressive as compared to last year. Around 50 students were from a batch of 60 into companies like TCS, L&T, Capgemini etc. Packages given were around 3.5 Lacs per annum which can be considered as a great start for engineering graduates.

Satisfied with the education provided.

Placements: The placements in our college were quite good. Almost 65% of the students in our class got placed in software or designing based companies. The rest opted for postgraduation programs. So, the college is good for placements. TCS, L&T, Maxim, Capgemini, etc., visit the campus to offer placements. Most of the companies that visit the campus ask the students to sign their bond. So, the students should think before choosing a company.

Placements: Every year, the placement record of BVM is increasing. This year, around 361 students got placed on the campus. In computer science department, 45 students out of 70 got placed, which is good. Evosys, TCS, L&T, and Reliance are some of the major companies that visit the campus for placements. Review of Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya.

Placements: The college provides good placements. On an average, 50% of the mechanical engineering students get placements. Multinational companies like L&T, TBEA, and Reliance visit the college to recruit the students. The students are trained to do well in the interviews and all other processes of recruitment under T&P cell. Overall, the placements are good. I would rate 7 out of 10 for placements.

Placements: Our college has a placement cell, which is run by a team of TPCs under the guidance of training and placement officer. This year, very few core companies related to my field visited the college, compared to last year. For mechanical students, L&T, Reliance, SHV Energy, Sanmark, TBEA, Jyoti Ltd., Alphie, etc., visited the campus this year. The maximum package offered was 5.5 LPA, and the minimum package was 2 LPA. Apart from this, some non-core companies also visited our campus. Our T&P cell is v...

A Good college for mechanical to gain knowledge.

Placements: In finance year not good enough company are not coming. Hardly 15 to 17 people are placed. Its is thought to get placed. Which the head would bring core company in campus so that students get chance to get place on it. Core companies will encourage students to take intreset for their better future. Teaching is excellent but they should think about placements.

BVM - 70 years of pride of Vvn.

Placements: I am a student of mechanical engineering. The first company that visited our campus was L&T. Although every time L&T visits our campus individually. But these time it wasa pool campus. So we were adversely affected due to it. After L&T the onset of companies began to fall. Hardly single company visited during a month. As I was not looking solely for placements, it was fine for me. But majority of the class strength we're in search of placement. Big and reputed MNC's like Adani, GSFC, GNFC, LINDE...
