Placements: Approximately, 60 students out of 150 were placed with an average package of 4 LPA, in 2017. Regional companies from Charotar, Baroda and Ahmedabad often visit the campus. Apart from that, only a few MNCs such as L&T, Reliance, etc., visit the college. They offer high packages ranging from 6 LPA to 6.5 LPA.
Placements: During my tenure, the training and placement cell worked well. Many MNCs and local companies visited the college to offer placements for the students of different branches. The package offered was good, around 2.5 to 3 LPA. In 2017, the placements were good but comparatively low. More than 40 companies visited the campus for recruitment.
Placements: Placements for our and senior both batch are good. Around 50% students were placed during placements. The highest package offer was 3.5 L and the lowest would be 2.0 L. TCS, CAPGEMINI, L&T POWER AND INFOTEC, VVDN, E- INFOCHIP, SOPHOS. Students were offered various role like embedded hardware/ software engineers, electronics engineer, VLSI/ ASIC engineer.
Placements: More than 350 students from our batch got placed. Considering the placement scenario of our batch and senior batch, the overall placement percentage is 65%. The average package offered is Rs. 3.5-4.0 LPA. The college provides good opportunities for the students to join, learn and work with MNCs.
Placements: The college has a placement cell that takes care of placement activities. Mostly, service-based companies visit the college and hire many students, every year. The average package offered is nearly 4-4.5 LPA. When I was a part of this programme, there were no internships offered by the companies. But right now, the college has become autonomous and collaborated with some engineering companies. They provide short-term internships to students. Generally, services-based companies provide the role o...
Placements: The placement season for our batch has just began. So far 11 students are placed (4 having 7.5 Lacs p. a and 7 having 6 Lacs p. a). Talking about my senior batch, the placement was not as good as it should be. The highest salary offer last year was 12 Lacs p. a.
Placements: Placements in BVM is considered among the top 1% in Gujarat. Companies like Reliance, Torrent Power, L&T, TCS, Line, Capgemini, Hitachi, Seimens etc. Were among the many who visited our campus. The salary ranged from 2.8 LPA to 12 LPA with 5 LPA as the average salary. The technical designation in the respective domains were offered in most of the cases with roles as a fresher engineer. Around 40% students were placed as per the annual report. There is a well functioning placement cell in the col...
Placements: Placements were pretty impressive as compared to last year. Around 50 students were from a batch of 60 into companies like TCS, L&T, Capgemini etc. Packages given were around 3.5 Lacs per annum which can be considered as a great start for engineering graduates.
Placements: The placements in our college were quite good. Almost 65% of the students in our class got placed in software or designing based companies. The rest opted for postgraduation programs. So, the college is good for placements. TCS, L&T, Maxim, Capgemini, etc., visit the campus to offer placements. Most of the companies that visit the campus ask the students to sign their bond. So, the students should think before choosing a company.
Placements: Companies recruiting from the IT department include MNCs like TCS, Capgemini, LnT Infotech and many other medium-small scale companies like Evosys, Maxim Integrated etc. I could proudly say that in my batch almost 85% of the students were placed. Roles offered in the companies include software analyst, software engineer, front end developer. Various range of salaries starting from a minimum of 3 Lacs to 5 Lacs were offered to the students.
Placements: More than 80% of the students are placed on campus. More than 5 companies visit the college every year. One of the best advantages is TCS recruits more than 45 students out of a batch of 60, every year. TCS is the biggest company in the IT field in India.
Placements: Every year, the placement record of BVM is increasing. This year, around 361 students got placed on the campus. In computer science department, 45 students out of 70 got placed, which is good. Evosys, TCS, L&T, and Reliance are some of the major companies that visit the campus for placements. The training and placement cell conducts several on-campus events to prepare students for the overall process that involved in placement drive.
Placements: The placements are very poor in 2018. Out of 120 students, nearly 20 students were placed. The highest package offered was 4.57 LPA, by L&T. More than 30 companies visited our college. The college provides good internships for scholar students in the reputed companies. Classes were arranged well to prepare students for interviews.
Placements: The college provides good placements. On an average, 50% of the mechanical engineering students get placements. Multinational companies like L&T, TBEA, and Reliance visit the college to recruit the students. The students are trained to do well in the interviews and all other processes of recruitment under T&P cell. Overall, the placements are good. I would rate 7 out of 10 for placements.
Placements: Our college has a placement cell, which is run by a team of TPCs under the guidance of training and placement officer. This year, very few core companies related to my field visited the college, compared to last year. For mechanical students, L&T, Reliance, SHV Energy, Sanmark, TBEA, Jyoti Ltd., Alphie, etc., visited the campus this year. The maximum package offered was 5.5 LPA, and the minimum package was 2 LPA. Apart from this, some non-core companies also visited our campus. Our T&P cell is v...
Placements: Great placement compared to other GTU colleges. This year many well known companies like Reliance, L& T, TCS, TATA Consultancy, Torrent power, Larsen and tubro ECC, Standard radiators, etc. A re visited for campus placement. Mostly all students get placed in reputed company.
Placements: BVM has very good placement record among the top colleges of Gujarat. Almost 40-50% of the students from a batch got placed in different well-known companies like L&T, Reliance, TBEA, Siemens and other Baroda based companies. The highest package offered was almost 7 LPA, and the lowest was 2 LPA.
Placements: Last 2 year placement of mechanical department was not satisfactory. Placement of computer engineering and information technology was the highest. Stipend offer to mechanical engineer between 2.5 to 5.5 CTC. Average stipend offer to the computer engineering was 2.75 CTC. Effort from the placement office was extra ordinary.
Placements: In finance year not good enough company are not coming. Hardly 15 to 17 people are placed. Its is thought to get placed. Which the head would bring core company in campus so that students get chance to get place on it. Core companies will encourage students to take intreset for their better future. Teaching is excellent but they should think about placements.
Placements: I am a student of mechanical engineering. The first company that visited our campus was L&T. Although every time L&T visits our campus individually. But these time it wasa pool campus. So we were adversely affected due to it. After L&T the onset of companies began to fall. Hardly single company visited during a month. As I was not looking solely for placements, it was fine for me. But majority of the class strength we're in search of placement. Big and reputed MNC's like Adani, GSFC, GNFC, LINDE...
