Lovely environment, great crowd, good faculty.

Placements: The placement scenario is good, I would say provided you have at least 60 percent or 6.75 GPA. Although only few students are selected by core companies, majority of them find a way to secure job IT field. Packages vary from 3.5 LPA to 12lpa depending on the branch and type of company. The college provides recommendation letters for internships for all the students irrespective of their academics. But only some are paid internships. The placement cell is doing a good job, they conduct many soft ...

If you are looking to start an engineering career, I would recommend you to join this college.

Placements: The placements in this college are pretty good except for the mechanical branch. Most of the core companies do not come due to which many mechanical students join software companies. All in all, even if your aggregate is in FC or SC, still there are chances of getting placed in good companies.

Really good infrastructure and facilities and a good place to study.

Placements: Placements are good here. For my senior batch (2014-17) it was 90% plus placement and for my batch (2015-18) it's 70% done and still placements are going on. More than 80 companies including Endurance international, Aricent, Oracle, Amazon, Direct etc. Visits BMSIT for providing placement opportunities for the technical roles such as software engineer, system engineer, analyst, test automation engineer etc. The lowest package was 3.5LPA and average package was around 4-5 LPA the highest offered ...

The duration of study in this institute is good.

Placements: Good placement facilities for the IT branches and limited offers for the technical branch. Overall, I can say there is a good placements in BMSIT. Because lot placements training will be given to each and every student, to develop their aptitude, verbal as well as technical skills, which will going to benefit a students a lot.

Average placements but good teachers. The crowd is average and fests are okay.

Placements: The placements for CSE and ISE branch is good but for other branches like EEE and ECE are average. For branches like civil and mechanical according to me is below average. A lot of companies are coming but mainly for CSE and ISE. You can also opt for the BMS placements as well as VTU centralised placements.

Satisfied with the college but the VTU syllabus really lags in the competition with present tech.

Placements: Placements are really good in my college. Especially Electronics & Communication, Electrical and Electronics, Computer Science and Information Science have very good placements with 90+ students getting placed in each dept. Mechanical and Civil branches have the worst placement.

Best college in the South India.

Placements: Placement record of this college is awesome. If you are eligible to sit in placement means, if you fulfil the criteria then surely you will get a good job from the campus. Here, Cognizant and Wipro are the mass recruiter of this college. Many other best companies also visit this college for the campus recruitment like Arescent, music management related and such.

Placements: The placements are very good in this college, and you can expect the best companies like Volvo, Wipro, IBM, Oracle, Capgemini etc. and the salary packages start from Rs.25,000/- and goes on till Rs.60,000/-. And about the internship, mostly around 80-90% of the students get internships. There is a placement cell in this college.

BMSIT is absolutely a very good college. Recently got listed in top colleges.

Placements: The placement is good in this college. Lots of companies will visit every year, so many people can get placed in different companies. They are trying to get many more companies every year. If you see the trend of the placements, it is increasing every year.

BMSIT, an all rounded college that would give you a good student life experience.

Placements: Placements are one of the best in this college, and companies come throughout the final year giving the maximum opportunity to the students here. The branches that get the most placements are the CSE and IS, whereas the other departments except the mech and civil get moderate opportunities. Also, core companies for the mech and civil are lesser in comparison.

The college lives up to the name being in the Garden City Bangalore.

Placements: It is an amazing experience to be a part of the placements at BMSIT. We had a lot of fun activities and training sessions regarding the Job perspective and work environment, and really helpful in knowing what you are really up against. The placements for our senior batch were similar compared to us, but our juniors are lucky since the college has been accredited.

A good college if you're a kind of person who wants to achieve something through academics.

Placements: BMSIT has good placements, every year lots of good companies come to the college like Endurance, Direct and Amazon. The college is having an average package of 3-4.5 lacs per annum. The highest is given by Endurance group which is around 15-16 LPA. The placement cell is pretty good at helping it out.

If engineering is your choice, then you better opt for the right college.

Placements: If one is looking forward to getting placed in a well-packed core company then clearly this college should not be an option. I managed to get a core job with KPIT in the campus placements. The other companies which mostly offered the core jobs to the ECE students were Aricent and Tata Elxsi. However, the IT take away from the college is pretty good. Cognizant, L&T, Capgemini, and Siemens are a few companies who offered the jobs for the CSE and IS engineers. The roles was mostly that of testing.

Overall, a good college for an enthusiastic student.

Placements: Placements were good. Almost everyone who had the calibre got placed. The average package was between 3 to 3.5 LPA. A lot of well-reputed companies, as well as startup, came for placements. Even our senior batch got good placements, but during our time, fewer companies came as compared to them.

Placements: There are very good placements. Very good companies will be coming from the start of the 7th semester. Some companies take the internship based conversion. The highest salary is 16 LPA, the lowest salary is 2 LPA, and the average salary will be 5LPA. All the standard companies hire here.

Well-planned placements and events.

Placements: The placements are too good compared to other colleges. The placement cell gives their 100% to help the students. There is a placement opportunity of 90% depending on the students' performance. The packages are in 3 tiers, tier 1 with up to 3-4 LPA, tier 2 with above 5 and below 9 LPA, and tier 3 with above 9 LPA. The companies like Nokia, Directi, Fidelity, Amazon, Oracle, etc. visit here. About 80% students will get an internship from the college side, and this depends on the student's perform...

Overall, a satisfactory experience.

Placements: The placements for our batch were mediocre so far, to say the least. Our college follows the 3-tier rule where the salary packages are divided into different tiers (3rd tier being the highest and 1st being the lowest). Once you've secured a job offer at a particular tier, you can try for offers only in the next higher tier (2 offers being the maximum). The number of companies intended to visit the college for our batch is approximately 80-90.

BMSIT-for a fun filled 4 years.

Placements: The placements were brilliant, up to 85% were placed. I myself got into Atos. Most companies offer a good package as well. Software developer, management, etc. were the roles offered to the students. The highest package was 16 lacs per annum, the average being 6 lakhs per annum. The lowest was 3.1 lacs per annum. Atos, Wipro, Capgemini, Cognizant Aricent, Microsoft, Google, Atos Origin, etc. were the few companies that came in for recruitment.
