There is no scope for skill development and personal growth. Students only mug up lessons.

Placements: Companies do not recruit students from here. Students have to opt for a walk-in interview for jobs. Most of the students pursue higher studies for masters and Ph.D. in different life science-related fields. Perhaps companies might come here for recruitment in future.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are less spacious but fairly good for 15-20 students. Wi-Fi is not available here. The library has a shortage of books and it is also mismanaged. There is no scope for sports or games. Labs have less equipment and chemicals & reagents but enough for basic microbial techniques. The canteen food served is worst.

Faculty: Our department has a shortage of faculty members and lab technicians. The course curriculum is missing important subjects like bioinformatics because of no Wi-Fi and computer labs. Exams are also mismanaged and they're not conducted on time. The results might get delayed.
