Go for it if you can really afford it.

Placements: There are no placements for civil engineering in core companies, but yes you do get placed in computer science service industry, the bulk hiring companies like accenture, infosys, wipro and CTS. The highest package in our batch was 5.5 lac in hexagon and out of batch of 120 around 60 people were placed remaining are still searching for jobs else preparing for government jobs. Some are pursuing higher studies. College doesn't provide any support for internship but some of the lecturers do help in...

Good and bad about college.

Placements: The placements are good in number. It all depends on the students' hard work to grab the opportunities. A lot of reputed companies visit the college every year. In our batch, almost half of the strength were placed. People even try off campus and get selected because of the reputation the college has.

Satisfied but there is also a scope for improvement in certain fields.

Placements: Our college CBIT stands among one of the best colleges in the state and is also among top five percent of colleges in the state in the placements. Every student is assured atleast one offer from any of the multi national companies. Hence, CBIT guarantees 100 % placements for students.

The infrastructure is good.

Placements: The placements are good. The highest package is around 15 Lacs per annum and we have a good placement coordinator. Placements have been decreasing recently according to the statistics, but I hope they do something regarding this. Internships have to be searched on our own and only a few companies come to offer internships.

On the whole the college is good.

Placements: Placements are good for CSE, IT and ECE branches But less placements for other branches. Coming to the company coming to the college for hiring the students are well reputed. Coming to salaries packages on average we get 6 lack per annum. Most of the students are placed with the college itself.

It is still the first best college overall compared in all terms to other colleges.

Placements: There were around 60 companies attended the campus for placements. 90% plus students got placed in atleast one company. Average salary was 5lpa, least was 2.5 LPA, the highest was 8 in my batch. In seniors and juniors, situation was better, we almost got all top mnc's and their average package was around 6 LPA.

Good to join in this college because of the availability of placements every year from companies.

Placements: The placements for our batch are pretty good. For our seniors, it's less. The highest salary was Rs 10,00,000 per year and the lowest was 2 Lacs per year. The average salary was 500000 rs per year. Famous companies like Birla constructions, L and T came for recruitment process. They all got selected as assistant engineers structural design. Around 25% of students got internship and joined as apprentice. There is a placement cell and it is the best part in campus placement process.

Jobs are offered from companies like TCS, amazon, Infosys, and many more. Absolutely dissatisfied because of poor faculty, infrastructure, placements, and maintenance.

Placements: I am studying 2nd year, and so far, I have no idea about placements, but I heard that placements are quite good in my colleges. I heard that campus recruitments are increasing day-by-day, so students are interested in joining in my college. Around 75% of the students are placed in various companies around the city. They offered the package of Rs. 2 lacs per annum. In my college, there is a separate block for placement cell. The placement cell in my college is quite helpful in building my career.

I think students of IT & CSE will have good future. The placements of other branches are not enough.

Placements: I think we have good placements, but it is only for IT and CSE. Other branch students can also join the interview. Only 2 to 3 industries are recruiting chemical engineering students, but they select only 3 to 4 students only. About 20 percent of the students of chemical engineering are placed in both core and IT sectors. 30 to 40 students are going to internships.

My college is the best college which had everything studies, games, fests. Etc. It's a mix of enjoy.

Placements: Placements are good. Most of people are going to be placed in their core or computer based company. Salary offered are good. Not soo high for mech and civil when compared to CSE. CSE is going to best packages. Even civil and mechanical will have but for only few less than 10 per branch. We can say most of them are placed in one or the other company.

Dissatisfied with the teaching and faculty, but the placements are good.

Placements: The college will provide you with an opportunity to get a job and then it is up to us to get it. I'm happy I got placed in Wipro. Preparing from day-1 of the college leads you to get well-packaged placement. If you work hard, you will definitely get a good job. My recommendation is to take CSE or IT for getting good package placement because many software companies visit the campus for the placements, but the core companies are only a few.
