A college of freedom with a wonderful experience of engineering life.

Placements: My college has an excellent record of placements. The highest salary from my department is 18 lakhs per annum. The least salary is 3.5 lakhs. Every student in the CSE department without a backlog gets a job definitely.

Overall CBIT is good for students who uses the resources effectively.

Placements: We had got huge placements in all sectors. Especially in the software sector. As I'm from the mechanical background, we too got good placements like ITC, BEL, HYUNDAI, HUL etc. Maximum of the students were placed from all the departments. We had got huge packages from MNC companies. The IT companies visited are Infosys, CTS, Wipro, Accenture, Microsoft, JP Morgan, BOA, Next Education etc. The companies recruit a huge number of students.

Go for it. You will have a great college life

Placements: There are a few core companies that show up in the fourth year. However, a few get placed into those core companies out of skill. Others satisfy themselves with non-core and some don't depend on placements. This year, around 850 students get placed into good companies until now. Every year, the placement count goes beyond 1.2k.

A good college to gain knowledge in subject you are interested in and placements in IT companies

Placements: Placements are good. But most of the students in this branch are placed in software companies and less in core companies. Companies like Hyundai, Accenture, Mahindra & Mahindra, Wipro, Infosys, Infotech. Cognizant, Ericsson, Unisys, ICICI Bank and Amazon visit the campus. 50% of the students get placed. The lowest salary offered is 4 lakhs per annum.

An excellent place to study from and excel in your life.

Placements: The placements for core branches CSE and ECE are almost 100% and for other branches, it goes up to 80%. The placement officer is very supportive and plays a great role in getting the students placed. The number of companies that visit the college is good with the companies offering valuable packages.

CBIT is CBIT at the end of the day. The craze remains forever and it's the fact.

Placements: The best part is that many of the companies prefer CBIT students and they visit and conduct their campus drives. The major count are the top software companies, followed by marketing and business companies and a few related to engineering streams. We had the highest package for companies like EA Sports, HSBC, Pervacio, IonTrading, etc. offering an annual package 12 lakhs. The least packages were offered for BPO based profiles from Amazon with an annual package of 2.5 lakhs. On an average, the an...

I can surely say that it is one of the best colleges in Telangana, both academics and sports- wise.

Placements: CBIT has good placements in reputed companies like Microsoft, NCR, Wipro, etc. The placement percentage is around 80% and many people are able to get a couple of jobs also. The placement drives take place during our 4th year. Internships are also provided.

Poor faculty and facilities with a bunch of exceptional students

Placements: The placements were surprisingly bad this time, with a lot of Day 0 companies either not conducting placements at all or leaving halfway through. But that in no way implies that CBIT is responsible for it. The students currently pursuing their 3rd year are far more competent than the students after them. Not only were they able to bag a pre-placement package from Microsoft but also got into Google's summer program. The highest salary offered was 20 lakhs and that average was 8 lakhs. The percent...

We are satisfied, though there are few issues which need to be figured out

Placements: For our seniors, the number of companies which came to recruit was good enough. But for our batch, very few came. Companies like Wells Fargo, Hyundai, Microsoft, and few more which came earlier also didn't appear this time. No core mechanical companies came, only 2 to 3 appeared. Rest of the companies were IT-based companies themselves, which was very disappointing.

Placements: The placements for our senior batch are marvellous. The percentage of the students placed is around 87%. The highest offered package is 9.8 lakhs per annum and the lowest offered package is 3.3 lakhs per annum. The companies which visited the campus are Deloitte, Infosys, Oracle, Accolite, Pega, Samsung, ITC, Capgemini, Wipro, Accenture, etc. Some of the students are persuing internships with the renowned companies. The percentage of the students who got the internship from the college is quite ...

Worst canteen. Apart from that, everything was good but I wouldn't say excellent

Placements: Students above CGPA 7.5 are allowed for placements. Last year, we have a guy from CSE who got placed in Microsoft with a 10-lakh package. A few others from CSE and IT got placed in Oracle. Some other companies were Accenture, Deloitte, TCS, CTS, etc which offered a package from 3.5 to 4.5 lakhs per annum.

A good college with decent facilities and good staff.

Placements: Software placements are fair enough but if you want a core job, it's really hard to get. About 5 people will be selected for core companies. Only one core company is what we got for our batch. Nevertheless, we will get an off campus job as the institute is reputed.

Placements: Multiple placements were offered and about 60-70 percent of the students got placed. The highest salary offered was 12 lakhs per annum and the lowest was 2 lakhs per annum. So many MNCs visited our college like Amazon, Flipkart, Deloitte, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Cognizant, Capgemini, JP Morgan and others. They offered multiple roles for the placed students.

For every student who joins CBIT, surely it will teach them what life is.

Placements: Placements are a quite good thing about CBIT. This is why people opt for CBIT apart from all other things. Our seniors said that many companies visit CBIT every year and they will recruit almost all students. Everyone was happy for that. Around 20-25 companies have recruited students. Some of them like Infosys, Accenture, Cognizant, Capgemini and Wipro have taken the most people. They offered a good package of 3.5 LPA. Almost all students got selected for one of these companies. A satisfactory college with a good campus life, placements and recreational activities.

Placements: Although CBIT prides itself on hundred percent placements for the year 2016, most of them were software and IT companies with students from other branches depending on the same. While the 2017 batch's overall results aren't out yet, most of them got placed in reputed companies in and out of Hyderabad. The salary range lies between 3-10 lakhs per annum with the average being 5 lakhs per annum. Absolutely dissatisfied with the management. If the good ones leave, it will become handicapped.

Placements: There are enough no. of placements irrespective of the branch. No need to worry if you are little aware of C and C++ and speak fine English, you need not even be fluent. Most of the big companies come and hire students in flocks at very low packages. But finding a job in India is difficult.
