Placements: Only software related companies were brought to the campus placements. Some of my friends who were selected in the campus recruitment didn't even get the job call until now. I myself attended a company's entrance test in my college. The company's name was Steel Forging, a Chennai based company. The paper was very easy. A person who has many backlogs also may pass it easily, and that too everyone copied the exam.
Placements: Out of the 100 students, 20 will get the placement. Very few companies will visit the college. Mostly, the ECE, EEE and CSE students will get the placement. For my batch, there are no placements. In my senior's batch also no placement is provided. I don't know about the salaries offered to the students. No stipend is offered. TCL, Infosys, etc., are the companies that visited the campus.
Placements: Very low core based job placements. But opportunities will be there for every person who will succeed in their academic performance. 50-60 students were placed every year from all departments. 20,000-50,000 salary will be offered. Several IT and software companies came to our college. They will recruit in the technical department.
Placements: We got good placements in our college and 30 percent of our students got placed. As per my knowledge, the highest package was 3 lakhs per annum and the least was 1.2 lakhs. Tech Mahindra, Capgemini and some other companies came for the campus drive. Customer Care Executive, Development Engineer and Software Engineer were the roles offered. The internship is as per the interest of the student. The college gives permission if the student wants to do in any company, but the student has to approach ...
Placements: The placements are very less for my batch. According to my knowledge, nearly 10-15 students are placed in various companies which include both on and off campus drives. Coming to my seniors, they are a bit better than us as 20-25 students are placed in my senior batch. This does not mean they are well-placed as they are just placed in small companies with an average salary. The highest salary package was offered to one of my colleagues was 300,000 per annum and the lowest is 180,000 per annum. ...
Placements: We got no placements in our batch as well as for my seniors. However, CSE and ECE guys had placements. Tech Mahindra, Capgemini and Virtusa took about 20% of our students and the average salary was 2.5lakh - 3 lakh per annum. Students were offered customer support category jobs as software and web developers etc. 90% of our students do internships.
If you look at the environment of this college, you would love be a part of it, such a beautiful campus it is. There is a good number of faculty members there, infrastructure and labs are above average. Generally placement happens only off-campus and the main campus is at Rajahmundry GIET College.
Pros: Beautiful climatic conditions as it was inside a remote village. No connection to outside city disturbances so that will create good atmosphere to a student to read. Good lab infrastructure. Cons: Worst roads. People will go mad to travel to college if it rains.
College management is not good. They don't care about their students in any aspect. Even the faculty members are not good. All the faculty they recruit are from b tech background so teaching is poor. Campus facilities are also poor college don't have clean washrooms. Canteen is small and food is bad. No campus placements.
Chaitanya Enginerring College is not the best of the lot, but a student with an average EAMCET rank can find himself some good infrastructure to learn new things and get ready to face the life after graduation. I am a 2009 pass out, faculty during my time was not up to the mark. For some subjects in third and final year able faculty was not available, we among students had to take turns to give small presentations in such subjects. Though senior professors did their best. Since 2009 is a long ti...
The college is good, its unique location in the valley is the plus point, for attracting fresh candidates. Also, the faculty is good. The placements depend on your talent, it’s not according to the teacher or any specific faculty member, so prepare well with the aptitude and quant.
Placements: During my time at college, only a small number of students were selected in campus interviews, to be honest. However, that was a decade ago, and since then, the college may have undergone development and is now attracting more companies for campus placements. It is possible that if the students have a percentage higher than 60%, campus placements will occur regularly.
Placements: Our college provides average placements. The highest salary package offered is 7 LPA and the least salary package is 3 LPA. Our college is in the favor of students who studied diploma courses in this college but doesn't bother about other students.
Placements: Our college had no placements or internships during the academic years. Only one or two companies came to campus and they were unknown companies looking to hire based on their final-year projects. The salary package offered was 3 LPA.
Placements: Very less placements are provided. Maximum students have to go for off-campus interviews. Only small software companies show interest in this college. So many people are working in that college again after completion of course. Only a few students are able to get the jobs.
Placements: 5-8 members get their campus placements as there are only 1-2 companies come to our college to give placements that to irrelevant companies. The highest package is like 25k. There is nothing like top recruiting companies for my course in my college.
Placements: Placements were organised for other branches, and we should also attend those placements. There was no special placement for mechanical separately. Even for our seniors, there were no placements. If any placement was offered, it would be of the low salary ranging from Rs. 10,000 per month to Rs. 15,000 per month. Only 3 to 5 students get placed from college. No internships and no stipends were provided. Placement cell was useful for CSE and ECE department and not for others.
