University life at Chitkara.

Placements: Placements at Chitkara were quite good. Out of 40 students, almost 15 to 20 got placements. Packages ranged from 6 LPA to 10 LPA. Top roles offered were analyst, accountant, data entry, etc. 15 to 20 percent students got the internship from the college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure at Chitkara was awesome and phenomenal. So many big libraries with updated books and novels were there. Classes with centrally conditioned corridors. The food court was very nice. The entire campus had Wi-Fi connectivity. Delicious food at an affordable cost in the food courts.

Faculty: The curriculum was well defined, which included the need for real-life training and internships too. Students were encouraged to go for a survey as a part of their internal assessment so that they could check on real-life hurdles and opportunities.

The chitkara University is the best university.

Placements: 70 percent of students were placed in our course. 20-30 LPA is the highest package and 5-6 LPA was the lowest, and 8-10 LPA was the average package offered in our course. Google and Amazon are the top companies. 60 percent of students got internships.

Infrastructure: In our college, almost all facilities are available. The infrastructure of our college is very good; there are many food outlets, including a three-floor canteen where students can eat what they want. The quality of food in the mess and canteen is excellent. All sports stadiums and courts are on the college premises, and there are smart boards, Wi-Fi, and AC in every class.

Faculty: All the teachers in our college are well qualified. They impart very good knowledge and education to us. They help us choose the right path for our future. Yes, this course makes the students industry-ready. Exams are a little difficult, but there is an 80% pass percentage in our course.

Decent placement opportunities.

Placements: The placements needs improvement. The highest package offered by the college is 24 LPA and the lowest package offered is 2 LPA. Around 80-85% of the students get the placements. Internships are offered to students from their 3rd sem. Top recruiting companies are paytm, rapid, amul, antal, etc.

Infrastructure: The college provides outstanding facilities such as smart classrooms, libraries, computer labs, Wi-Fi, etc. Hostels are well maintained and the mess and canteen offers variety of foods. Sports teaching is available. Medical facility is available in the college.

Faculty: The professors are well qualified, experienced and knowledgeable, they help us with our problems regarding studies. The course curriculum is relevant and it does makes us ready for the industry. We need minimum 40% to pass in a semester and exams are not too hard.

Faculty: Teachers follow the curriculum closely and provide resources like PowerPoint presentations to aid learning. Semester exams are easy. The pass percentage is good. Separate mock tests and assignments are given.

Surely good for the other courses but I recommend to not choose fintech.

Placements: Placements are good in this course but only when you have a good resume with an intellectual knowledge and a good CGPA of above 9. The highest package offered is 3 Lacs and the lowest is 1 lac, but it totally depends upon the companies. Mostly, in placements, the students are recruited by local companies and least by big ones.

Infrastructure: Only problem the students face here in the campus is the speed of Wi-Fi and it’s connectivity. The best part about being business students is that you will have to wear formals every Wednesday. The infrastructure of the block is a replica of NISM campus block. You will surely love the infrastructure here and the way the classes are made.

Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified being Ph.D. holders. Subjects that we are studying in the Fintech course are not that relevant to fintech. But workshops and other sessions help a lot to gain industrial knowledge. Passing percentage is 40%. Exams are easy to pass if you have studied throughout the modules.

Other: Best thing about this course is that it is now at hype in the market as well as in job sector. The thing I wish would be a change is the inclusion of more practical subjects introduced to us. Events and fest are the best part of this University.
