The infrastructure was not so good but you will get good education here.

Placements: There are very few chances of placements. Approximately 10% students get placed. They were offered very less salary around 7000-10,000 pm. TCS, WIPRO visited the campus. They offered BPO jobs to the students. People never prefer to go for that kind of jobs. Students have to find a job after the college is over.

Value of money in terms of knowledge help, good faculty members and infrastructure.

Placements: Placements for Bengali are not provided because it's a government college. From here, everybody looks for higher studies. Till now 10% students are working. Salary is 29000 per month for a teacher. Companies like Wipro and BPOs come for placement. The role offered for students is customer care officer. No scope of an internship.

It’s a nice college for science, arts & commerce. The building is of 120 years old but the education of this college is very good. The fees structures is very nominal in each stream. The cultural side of this college is also very good. The faculty of this college is very good as well as very friendly.

Hey Guys. I am a graduate from this college but I would not recommend this college to anyone. It’s an average college and very much of attendance needed. Good for those who want only to do B.com. If you are thinking of doing C.A or C.S or any other course like this please try in some other college.

I am a student of City College. It’s one of the oldest college in Kolkata. All the faculties’ are very nice and cooperative to us. We used to enjoy a lot at our college fest named sangrila. Many celebrities used to come at that time. Our well decorated canteen served us tasty foods.

City college: strong placements. Excellent faculty and comprehensive support .

Placements: I graduated from city college with an English honours degree in the batch of 2021. the colleges placement cell is quite supportive and has established connections with various industries, which significantly benefits students from humanities streams. Including English honours. Approximately 60% from our English honours batch were placed while the placement rate is lower compared to technical courses, it is still commendable given the diverse career path humanities students often pursue....

Our college does not provide good placements.

Placements: Admission required 55% of 12th-grade results. Our college did not provide placements. Many students start their businesses or apply for private jobs.

Infrastructure is also good.

Placements: There are lots of opportunities in COEP for keen learners. Teaching staff members always take care of the education and examination standards. Placements are good. Till now, the experience is the best. Students can choose a club according to their choice and interest.

I suggest that only those students who stay near Collect Street should take admission here.

Placements: I didn't get any placement through our college, and I did not put any extra efforts to get the job. I am an academically average student, so I didn't get extraordinary marks in my course.

I am satisfied with the college because of faculty members and good placements.

Placements: Almost 67% of the students got placed from our batch. The highest salary package offered was of 7.2 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1.4 LPA. Many of the top recruiting companies visited the campus for summer and final placements. Most of the students got placed for the summer internship.

The college is overall good. It offers communicative English classes for English Honors students.

Placements: The college does not have a dedicated placement department, so the data on how many students were placed is not quantifiable. But the training, education and skills are enough to find a suitable job for the students. Only one consultancy visited here, which was a general consultancy. Though few students got jobs, and mostly the jobs are easily achieved from walk-ins. The college does not provide internship. I don't know as I did not have a placement as I'm a fresher till now.

Low budget college for B.Com B.Sc. B.A.

Placements: No placement from the college campus. If you need some internship or placement from college then go to any other college. No placement held during my student life in this college. There is no placement cell in this college. My Seniors went for off-campus placement.
