CMR College is good for the placements.

Placements: The placements are fine. More than 65% of the students attended the placements. The highest package was 6 LPA and the lowest package 3LPA. Many companies visit for the placements. We have a placement cell, it is very useful and very much helpful for the upcoming graduates. Every one supports us.

If are interested in software then you can take admission in this college.

Placements: Only software companies come to college to recruit students. Irrespective of the department we have to learn software courses by attending CRT classes provided by college management. No scope of core companies. Will not provide any opportunities for other departments except software students.

Absolutely not satisfy with the faculty because there is no encourage for students.

Placements: Cmr college of engineering and technology is offering placements for all departments except civil department and mechanical department. There is no placement training for the civil department and they prefer for only above average students to give placement training for average and below average there is no placement training.

CMR explore to invent think placement think cmr.

Placements: The placements here are quite decent. And it also has a tagline think placement think CMR. And it completely justifies the tagline. Every year the growth of the placement graph can be seen. Training will be given from second year itself to strengthen the students.

The college is good, and the students can do well. Plus point is infrastructure and encouragement.

Placements: The college provides a good number of placements. The companies recruit many students with good package. We have a block only for placements named as placements block. There is a training program for the final year students regarding placements. Companies which come for recruitment are Capgemnai, Reliance, Mahindra, etc.

Coming to faculty, I was dissatisfied because of limited staff, but the infrastructure is good.

Placements: There is a sufficient placement drive conducted by our college, but it is not satisfactory. In my MBA there will be two sections sec-A and sec-B. Both sections consist of 120 members out of which 12 students are placed in campus drive placements. The percentage of the students who got placed is 10%. The lowest package is 1.5 lacs per annum, and the highest is 3.5 lakh per annum. Genpact, Capital IQ, Hinduja Limited, FactSet, etc., visited the college. They offered finance related and marketing r...

Just a college of syllabus.

Placements: There isn't consistency in placements in the college. The placements in our college depend on the industry situations, and last year, nearly 20 companies came for campus drive, but this year, the number is decreased to 10 due to a few requirements. Last year, the highest salary package was 14 LPA, and this year, it is only 11 LPA.

The college is good, but should improve in some qualities.

Placements: The placements are average on the campus. Around 3-6 lacs per annum packages were offered for the senior batches, who are placed, but they said that there did get the call letter. They also said us that MS companies and software companies are coming, but this year, it was decreased in our college.

Satisfied because of the faculty, and good placements.

Placements: There are only a few placements available for the students, and it is with a minimum of 1 LPA. The company rules to the students are to clear all the subjects. When it comes to the internship, very few students got the chance. The placement cell is available in our college.

Dissatisfied as the teaching faculty is not up to the mark as expected. The placement is average.

Placements: The placement is not up to the mark. The core companies (construction) is not visited for the placements. For CSE and EC, the placement is good. The companies like Tech Mahindra, Infoysis, TCL, etc., visited the campus last year. There is placement cell on the campus, and it is useful. They are doing their best for getting placements.

CMR would Definitely Rise in the coming years.

Placements: The Placements this year were not very impressive, and this was because of many factors. The companies are looking for skilled students which is because they can't afford to waste their money on training them after they hired. The companies want students who are ready to work in the companies without any Training. We can find many of the Service based companies didn't even turn up for our college and even if they did only a few of them were hired, but This does't mean CMR is any bad. It is takin...

Good, but not the best. Can improve on its infrastructure.

Placements: Most of the engineering students join in an engineering college with a hope that they will get into some kind of job and trust me CMRCET is trying it's level best to provide you with that. The tagline goes well with the name which says "think placement think CMR."

Trust yourself for your future and not the college.

Placements: The placement cell holds good in providing the required training for the students to get into the jobs, but still, there is a barrier for the courses which you have opted. The groups like CSE, ECE have more chances in attracting jobs than the others. The opportunities are given to all departments. The chances of getting placed in core groups is definitely a tough task.

It is a college providing little placements on the core side.

Placements: There are no placements in core side, and there are only BPO jobs for us. They suggested us to take BPO jobs, instead of core jobs, as it is very tough to do. This is the worst thing about the college. Though many were not placed in BPO jobs, we struggled hard to get jobs after the college.

The college is good with great future and placements.

Placements: In my college, there is a huge chance that is up to 80%. In my final year, almost all my friends got placed. I strongly recommend that you can choose CMR as good to join in B.Tech. A lot of training is provided by the various institutes from outside to gain knowledge about the placements.

It is a good college because of faculty members and placements.

Placements: In my college, placements are good. Top companies have visited. And also some BPO companies visited for placements. More than 100 students were placed. The college has given the training to make every student placed in some company. They supported really very well. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA to 10 students in SAP, and the lowest was around Rs. 8,000 per month offered by BPO companies.

Unsatisfied with the faculty and placements.

Placements: Not even 10% of the students are getting placed, and if they get placed, they get an average package of Rs. 2 lakhs per annum. Also, the highest package is around Rs. 4 to Rs. 5 lakhs per annum. They will also collect money for the mini-project and major projects. Also, they will give us BPO jobs with Rs. 10,000 per month of salary, and that too not in our state.

Think about CMR for happiness but not for placements.

Placements: There are no placements for core branches, there are placements only for CSE branch that too only BPO jobs, which offer only Rs. 15000 which any person can earn, no need to be a graduate for earning that. Even the percentage is not useful for the jobs, and they only provide 5 to 6 companies which actually do not need graduates.

Good college and well placed in all aspects.

Placements: First of all, compared to other branches like CSE ECE, etc., the civil branch has very fewer placements in the core-level jobs. The main advantage is that civil students can get the job along with CSE, ECE students in technical support. The college is trying its best to get top recruiters to college, but the main thing will depend on our talent, skill and capability. The internships are provided by the college and 3 lakhs per annum is minimum package and 6 to 7 lakhs per annum is the maximum pac...

Good environment in the college.

Placements: The placements offered for our senior batch students are good. 40-50% of the students are being placed every year. The highest salary offered in the college history was 14 lakhs per annum and the lowest salary offered was 2 lakhs per annum. The students were intensively trained for the placements.
