Placements: There are no placements available in the college. Civil companies don't come to recruit students. They collect the fee very punctually, but they do not provide any training for placements. Only the CSE, ECE and EEE students get recruited in the software companies with low packages. The college will be taking a percentage of money from that package also.

Placements: Basically I'm looking for a placement in finance. But, my college is providing placements only in the stream of marketing and very few in finance and in hr as well. And even the students who got placed in the marketing jobs provided by our college are leaving the jobs because of the heavy pressure and unsatisfactory pay and incentive which is totally based on the targets given by the marketing co. so I'll conclude by saying that placement is okay for marketing grads as everyone one are getting p...

Placements: Placements are good for people having more than 65% in B.Tech or else you have no value. They gauge you on your metrics and not on your skills. If you are looking for campus placement you need to achieve 65% through without backlogs. You are not eligible for placements if you don't have the percentage.

Placements: The placements are not bad and not good for civil engineering students as there no placements for the civil department. The placements are only for CSE and the others. The companies like Amazon offers the call centre jobs. We are studying one subject, and the placements we are getting are the other subjects.

Placements: CMR CET lacks in placements. Not a very good number of companies visit the college. Most of the jobs offered are BPO jobs for non-circuit branches (civil, mechanical). The average package offered is 1.5 lakhs per annum (includes all branches). No core companies (infrastructure, construction and civil engineering) visit the campus.
