CMR College of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: Generally, in my course, around 90 percent of the students get placed, but they need to meet the eligibility criteria of what a student needs to achieve to be in the placement cell, which is difficult for many students. Many companies come to recruit on campus, but the major recruiting companies are Capgemini, Amazon, TCS, Infosys, and Wipro. They generally hire managers and freshers. The highest package offered last year by Amazon was 53 LPA, and the lowest was around 2 LPA. Internships are not...

It was good, but still need so much improvement.

Placements: Mostly 2/5 people get placed I guess. The lowest is 3 LPA the highest is probably 33 LPA. Accenture, Capgemini, and TCS are the top recruiting companies. 2/8 people get internships from our college and those 2 might get placed in that company itself.

Unmasking the Truth: A Critical Review of CMRCET

Placements: In our college, around 607 students are placed, and 10 students from the current 4th year received a stipend of 40,000. The average package at our college is around 6 lakhs, with the highest this year being between 30 to 40 lakhs and the lowest package around 2 lakhs per annum. Most seniors from our branch are placed in Accenture, and more than 1% of students got internships from our college, with companies like Autodesk and Siemens. I don't have a complete idea, but most people will likely be p...

Enjoy your college life.

Placements: Ours is a COVID batch. So we have very good placements. Companies like Accenture, Capgemini, TCS, Wipro, and Infosys hire a very good number of students. In our course, very few students got internships because companies need computer science students.

The placement percentage is decreased, and the college is absolutely dissatisfying.

Placements: Our branch is the first pass out branch in this year in R22 regulations with the highest package of fifty-eight LPA. The average package is about six LPA. Compared to other colleges for the better environment and to experience college life, this college is suitable.

Almost 300 students received offers of more than INR 5 LPA. Top recruiters are Amazon SDE, Adobe, Polyalto, and Oracle, which, like software companies, came for the placement cell.

It is an average college because of placements.

Placements: Our college provides good placements. Training for placements is offered. If you are an excellent student maintaining a perfect CGPA, you are good enough. You will be highlighted in the college, which will make your career path more geared toward placements.

Review of CMR College of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: Our college provides good placement opportunities for students who join through EAMCET. They provide placement opportunities in service companies. The salary package offered is 4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 10 LPA. I would recommend joining this college who have attempted EAMCET.

Pretty decent faculty and infrastructure in 2021.

Placements: Placements are pretty decent. Around 70-75% of students get placed every year. Top recruiters are TCS, SAP, mentor Graphics and Accenture. The highest package was 15 LPA from previous batch (2021). Quite a few people (around 40-50%) got an internship from our college.

Somewhat satisfied beaches of placements in 2018.

Placements: Placements are better for our batch than the senior batch. I think 60% of students are placed. The highest salary-10L the lowest salary-1.8L. Average salary-3-5L. Capgemini, SAP, GGK, Amazon, byju's etc. visited our campus. Software engineer, associate, business analyst etc. 30% of students got internship from college. The highest 8K Lowset-2K. Average-3K stipends are offered during internship's. Yes we have a placement cell. Somewhat useful but it can be more as compared to other colleges.

It is a good college with some strict rules.

Placements: Placements in our college are good for marketing and finance students. But they don't provide many placement opportunities for HR students, and the salary package offered is very low. The salary package offered for marketing students is good. There is no freedom for students to attend the interviews. If any students get an internship opportunity, the college doesn't allow them to do it.

Placements: Placements are very less. For CSE there are lot of companies are available but for civil engineering there is no placements are available. For my batch there are zero placements. For our seniors are get three companies for placements. Finally there is no placements.

I'm disappointed with the bad placements.

Placements: There are only fewer placements this year when compared with the previous years. The companies which visited the college are BPOs and call centres which hire freshers for very small packages. I don't think CMR is doing great regarding placements.

Fully satisfied with labs, dissatisfied because of faculty, extracurricular activities and placement

Placements: The college caption is "Think placements think CMR". Many companies are coming to our college but the salary package is not more 5 Lacs. BPO companies are hiring many students. The salary package for them is maximum of 2 Lacs. CSE students are placing well when compared to other department students followed by ECE students. Core companies does't come for hiring. So, there are lot of problems for EEE, mech and civil students. Companies like capgemini, ggk, Amazon came for hiring this year. They o...

Good college, but should improve in terms of placements.

Placements: Good placement record is available, but most of the companies are related to BPO. The placement depends upon your percentage, and most of the companies look for the students who had secured more than 75 percent in his academics, but one should not depend upon the placement provided by the college. In addition, they will conduct some of the mock interviews, and these would help to improve our skills.

The college is good, but I don't recommend it for those who think B.Tech is waste.

Placements: In CMR college, most of the companies hire in small numbers, but the students can create their jobs by studying at CMR college. 60% of the students from our senior batch got placed while others are interested in higher studies. There is a placement cell, and it is very useful to students.
