CMR - Satisfied but it could be better.

Placements: Think Placement-Think CMR. This is the tag line that the college uses, and I would say that’s true, because they not only make you learn the subject but they also start training the students from the 2nd Year itself for the placements. But then, in the interview, you need to show your own skills.

A good college to join in.

Placements: Well, the placements are good. There are many students who get recruited to various companies every year, at the end, the only thing that matters is the capability that a student has. Apart from placements, the college also provides internship by which the students get a flavour of how exactly does the business work.

"Think BPO, think CMR" as there are no proper placements.

Placements: The placements in our CMR group are combined with all the 4 campus students where the opportunity will be less to crack a job because of more strength. The companies which will intake the students are only BPO'S. As a mechanical student, there will be no growth in BPO'S at all.

The college is not on the top, but it's like a medieval college, and average ratings will be given.

Placements: The placements on the campus are good. Mostly BPO companies visit the campus than the core companies. They need to work hard much for the core placements. The company packages will be mostly 2-3 lacs per annum. The package is so less for the students. The roles are offered according to the department of the student.

Satisfactory for the investment made.

Placements: I am from CSE branch which will obviously have a good percent of hiring. But our college takes responsibility to improve the percentage of placements every year. They provide CRT (Campus Recruitment Training) classes from the 2nd year of academics. The companies like Mindtree, Amazon, Infotech, IBM and much more MNCs took students from our college. You can visit www.cmrtc.in for more information on campus placements.

If the students have the good percentage then no need to worry about the placements.

Placements: If the candidates have more than 75%, then the opportunity of placements and companies will have good hope. Around, 15% of the students were placed last year and may increase to 25%. The high salary offered is 6 LPA. The placements are better compared to our seniors.

It can be improved in every aspect.

Placements: Genpact, SAP, Amazon, Media Mint, Byju's, Tech Mahindra and many other companies had visited our campus when I was pursuing. Based on percentage, the placements were categorized. Most of them are related to BPO. The placements started in the 4th-year, 1st semester. So, the management plans accordingly and trains the students and helps them to crack the interview.

Lecturers are helpful. Friendly atmosphere. The college is simply better.

Placements: Minimum 50 members of a branch hold a package of 8 LPA to 10 LPA in the campus placements. The remaining get opportunities in minor companies. Those students who are eligible for placements surely be placed either in small or big companies. Our senior batches are placed ten members per section of each branch. As I am related to ECE department, the placements of our college are better when compared to other colleges.

Very good infrastructure, faculty and facilities too.

Placements: Only a few students are placed, nearly 15-20% of the students or may be less than that. The average salary may be 3 lakhs per annum. Tech Mahindra, Infosys, etc. visited the campus. Less than 50% of students got internships with stipends less than Rs. 5,000 and more than Rs. 2,000. Different roles are offered to students in the companies as the companies give training and the job with an agreement for some years. The roles of a marketer, data operator, etc., are offered. ...

I am just satisfied as there is no other option.

Placements: The students have a good opportunity at the time of placements in the college. The senior students with good percentage got placed in good companies. Around 45% of the students got placed. Prominent companies like Amazon, Tech Mahindra, Justdail visit the college.

If you want placements, then you should join CMR College.

Placements: A lot of opportunities are there through placements. Every year, almost 30 to 50 students are selected from all branches. 6 lakhs per annum to 12 lakhs per annum per was the salary range. Companies like Wipro, Amazon, Tech Mahindra, Tata and many others visited the college for placements. Every year, almost 40% to 60% students are selected in the placements.

Really good infrastructure and absolutely dissatisfied with the college's rules and regulations.

Placements: The placements are good but mostly BPOs like Amazon, Genpact, Syntellect, etc. recruit the students. CMR arranges the placements along with all the students of CMR Group of Institutions. Almost 60 percent eligible students are placed.

The youngest college in state to get NBA aggregation. Eighth best emerging college of India.

Placements: Many students are placed from my batch in MNCs like Amazon India, Cape Gemini, Tech Mahindra and many other companies. Nearly 65 percent of the students have been placed and the count is still going on. 78% students were placed in the senior bach. Many off-campus drives are held at the campus until today for all the freshers and passed out students. The placement scenario of CMR Group is increasing steadily year by year.

Extremely satisfied in terms of placements.

Placements: The only aspect where the college holds a better ground is in the placements. Almost 70-80% of our batchmates were placed in various companies. Companies like LnT Infotech, CTS, HCL, HSBC, UHG etc., visited our campus. The highest gross pay offered was from SAP and it was about 8LPA.

Never judge someone by opinion of others, similarly think twice before joining this college.

Placements: Placements are the things this college boasts of with a title "Think Placements Think CMR". The placements are good with around 70 in the academic year 2015-16 and going on. The highest package bragged is 6 lacs per annum, least of 1.20 lacs per annum, on an average 3-4 lacs package is what most of them get. Companies that visit are Capgemini, Virtusa, Tech Mahindra, Zensar, CtrlS, Info Tech etc. As of my knowledge, internships are not heard of, any student aspiring for any internships does it i...

The college is strict. It is good for students who want to study well. For remaining it is too bad.

Placements: Placements are good in our college. Coming to our batch, nearly 120 students are selected from all branches. If we see in senior batch they are placed more than us. 25% to 30% students only are placed in different companies. Coming to salary packages, the minimum is 1.8 lacs and maximum is up to 4 lacs per annum (12 months). Companies like Amazon, Tech Mahindra, Htc Global Services, Genpak, IBM, Paytm, Carwale, Just Dial are coming at present. Roles offered are mostly bpo, software trainee and t...

A simple and a good college.

Placements: It has a very high scope for placements in our college. For civil department, there is less scope. Many companies like Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Sony and many startup companies also visits every year. Students placed in these companies will definitely have a good future with a high package.

Good infrastructure, facilities are good but some of the faculty aren't good.

Placements: I believe that our group is well known for getting companies to the college for hiring students. Least of all, we get a package of around 1.35 LPA and a maximum of 8.5 LPA which was SAP LABS. Almost all of the famous MNCs visit our campus every year and hire a majority of talented students as employees.

The college campus and the infrastructure are very good. The library is very spacious, and you can get all kinds of books and newspapers. The labs are good and the canteen is big and serves fresh food. The campus auditorium is the highlight of college. In addition, a campus recruitment training is also provided to students. The college maintenance is also very good. Overall, it is a great college for those who wish to study seriously.

College has good facilities and faculty members are very nice but placements are not good. Location and cafeteria also good. Crowd is too good. Infrastructure is good but it will give huge competition because of crowd during placements. I saw Placements only for marketing not in finance and HR.
