Good placements in 2018. and academically sound college.

Placements: The placement of fire and safety engineering is incomparable. Many PSUs like ONGC, IOCL, BPCL, HPCL etc. Recruit directly from campus. Other branches have also good placements except of civil engineering. In mechanical engineering this year students got placed in Godrej, Vedanta, Adani, and other companies. Ceat gave internship offer to mechanical students. Reliance also came for PPO for fire and safety engineering students.

Good college for studying engineering in Kerala by all India students.

Placements: In my college, there is approximately full placements for computer Science and information technology and fire & safety engineering students. But for civil engineering placement is negligible. There are some companies comes for placement of core branch students like mahindra, Reliance, maruti, godrej, ceat tyres, Vedanta, sterlite, adani, l&t, hpcl, kpit, etc. Approximately 100 companies is coming for placement during my batch. Approximately 40-60% students got placement. Salary given by the com...

Other core branches also have good placement record except civil.

The best place in India for engineering.

Placements: The average placement is 70-75%. The branch of fire and safety engineering holds 100% placement every year. It is situated in a very best geographical area. A metro station named Cochin University is nearby to the campus. The most preferably, the largest mall in India, i.e., Lulu Mall is just 3 km away from the university. And at last, all people are familiar with the beauty of gods own country, Kerala, so try to get admission here. I think that these college days will always remain a great memo...

The best option for the students for aspiring the higher education.

Placements: The placement history is good on the campus. The highest salary package is 18 lacs per annum by the safety department. Around, 40 percent of the students got placed. Many started the higher studies in IIT, NIT, and the foreign universities. The PhD scholars are high on the campus. The highly influencing placement like TCS, Adobe, Tata Reliance, etc., visit the campus. This is the good work by the placement cell.

The college is excellent for the B.Tech studies.

Placements: We got a maximum package of 28 lakhs per annum, almost all of our students get placed every year. Many national and international companies come here for the placements. We have a high placement facility here. For our senior batches, most of my brothers got placed. We have a great placement coordinator. Overall, the placements on the campus are great.

Satisfied with the college.

Placements: If you have no backlogs in your papers, you'll be most likely to get a placement. Although, it might not be a core company because placements in mechanical engineering have significantly dropped down in the last years. I have placed in JK Tyres, so you can expect core companies to get you. But, your chances will depend entirely on how well you have studied your academics.

You could join in this college if you didn't get the top IITs and topmost 5 NITs.

Placements: As per the placements, if you clear all the papers then you will be placed. But here the maximum package for CSE department is 15-16 lacs per annum, so the other branches didn't get the good package. A few MNC companies visited in college. Most of the companies visited the college is local and Indian start-ups, but anyway you will get a job with your degree if all the papers are cleared.

CUSAT has one of the best campuses.

Placements: About all students get placed (if there are no pending supplementary). The companies such as Wipro, L&T, Oracle, TCS are the main recruiters in the college. The highest package offered was 12 LPA, the average was 3.5 LPA. The college is not providing any internship opportunities; students have to find on their own.

The companies such as TCS, Wipro, L&T, ORACLE etc., are the main recruiters of the school of engineering CUSAT. 50% of the students in computer science and electronics engineering got placement. The student got a stipend of Rs. 25000 or more from the campus placement. The college is not providing any internship opportunity. It is dependent on the companies.

All you need is present here. I am satisfied with a lot of activities and good environment.

Placements: This college has the good placement records. On comparing to other departments, mechanical placements are not at all good. The branches like CS, EC have 100% placements. A lot of North Indian students are studying here.

I had a very good experience in the college

Placements: As per the records, a good number of students who completed the course successfully got placement in reputed companies with a minimum salary of 4 lakhs per annum. Many companies are hiring freshers from CUSAT. Majority of the students who got placements are from the IT and CS departments. About 17 lakhs per annum is the highest salary according to 2016 records.

CUSAT is one of the best brands for education in Kerala.

Placements: Placement was fine during our time. So many people were looking for higher studies and government jobs so placement was not a big deal in my batch. Still, CUSAT has a good placement department and they managed to place others. Mostly, all the streams were placed into the IT sector.

Fabulous college because of infrastructure and good placement.

Placements: Placement of CUSAT is about 95%. Many top companies visited last year like Amadeus, SAP, Snapdeal, Shortel etc. TCS recruits a massive number of student from this college i.e. nearly 200 every year. Wipro also conducts mass recruitment of the students from our college. I was also one of them. All those who were eligible for placement got a placement from our college.

A good choice for your higher education.

Placements: The placements here have been always good. When I was in the first year, the top companies were L&T and JK Tyres had recruited 100+ students in my batch. TCS, Wipro, etc. were the other top companies in my batch. About 20+ companies had come for recruiting students from mechanical stream only.

Review of School of Engineering, CUSAT.

Placements: As per the latest records, we had good placements last year. There are a lot of companies visiting our campus, and the major ones include Oracle, Snapdeal, Bosch etc. Safety is considered as a rare branch here and is offered by our college. The placement received is promising so far not only for safety and fire engineering branch but for the other branches as well.
