Fresher's viewpoint of college.

Faculty: There is only one mid term exam and directly the final semester exam. If we fail in any of the above, there will be a backlog for one year. Exams are not too difficult for any student. If we are pursuing engineering, we must know we can easily pass the examination by studying 2-3 days earlier before exams.

Strong Infrastructure and Good Placements, but Faculty Quality Needs Improvement.

Faculty: The faculty exams are both fair and reflective of the learning objectives, enabling students to demonstrate their true capabilities and fostering an environment of academic excellence. Faculty members continuously adapt to emerging trends in education, such as digital learning tools, AI-driven assessments, or interdisciplinary approaches.

Used to be good until 2022, average placements, good alumni.

Faculty: 1. Most of the teachers are experienced and qualified. 2. The course has been updated but still follows a useless attendance policy and very long class hours that leaves no time for hustle. 3. The exams are not very tough but they don't let you sit for exams if you are low on attendance.

College Of Engineering Roorkee, review of college hostel, food, faculty, and teaching.

Faculty: Teachers of COER University are very helpful and we'll be knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good also and the students have to maintain at least 75% of attendance to appear in the examination. The courses offered for every branch are relevant for every student. Semester exams are not very difficult.

Great infrastructure, classroom, grounds and hostel but worst in placement.

Faculty: Not every faculty member was interested in teaching, a few had quite good experience and were helpful in teaching our courses. The course curriculum was not relevant at the time because the affiliate was from another university. However, things have changed, and they now provide industry-ready skills. The exams were easy, and you could even manage to make first division even with a week's worth of study before the exam.

The college is of an average level.

Faculty: The college is not providing good experienced teachers, as many of the good teachers have left the college. They are recruiting the beginner teachers having their first experience in our classes. The teaching is not so good; we also can't even understand some of their language.

My honest review of my nice college, COER Roorkee.

Faculty: The teachers here are very helpful and kind, always available to assist us in many ways. They are highly educated and come from prestigious colleges. There are two internal assessments and one external paper. The difficulty level of the papers is not very high, and the passing criteria is 40%.

Satisfied because the facilities are less compared to other colleges.

Faculty: There are a limited number of faculty members at COER University, with one teacher often covering two or even three subjects. The course curriculum is good and helps make students industry-ready. Semester exams are not tough, and it is possible to pass them by studying the night before the exam.

COER University: A Step to a Bright Future

Faculty: Most of the teachers are graduates and have done their PhDs from IITs and IIMs. The curriculum is relevant enough, which includes syllabus classes as well as classes important for personal development. The semester exams are of average difficulty. You need to score 60% marks in every subject to pass.

COER University Review and facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and have Master's degrees in their subjects; the quality of teaching is good. Many teachers have also earned their Ph.D. from IITs. They communicate comfortably with students, and their teaching methods are effective.

College has decent facilities and placements for the students.

Faculty: The faculty of our college was helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The quality of the teaching was also good. The course curriculum is relevant to the college and makes the students industry-ready. The exams were not hard to pass. Teachers were clearing up all the doubts of the students.

Disappointed with the college.

Faculty: Teachers are quite supportive but do not have practical industry knowledge; they just teach old-school methods. As they teach, I think no one becomes industry-ready by learning from college, so students prefer their own learning. Semester exams are not tough; their difficulty level is moderate, and one can easily get a good score by just studying 2-3 days prior to the exam. 30% is the pass percentage.
