Placements: Placements for CS are great, and for E branches it is also good, especially for ENTC, EE, and Instru Branch. Apart from that, no good placements in the Civil branch; one must study for government exams as there are a lot of opportunities there, and it doesn't matter if you are from any branch. If you have an interest in coding, then do it with full enthusiasm, and you will for sure crack a company, whether it be on or off-campus.
Placements: In mechanical engineering, 78% of students were placed in students who were seated for students 2023-24 batch which is less than 2022-23. The highest package offered in mechanical engineering was 26.65 LPA by DMW Corporation and the average package was 8.26 Lacs per annum in the year 2023-24.
Placements: As my batch is new, i.e., we are in the first year, therefore, there are no placements yet. They will be done in the final year. Certainly, there are many more companies for placement. One that offered more than 50 LPA was Deshaw and Pattern Technologies. My batch is of robotics and artificial intelligence which has many roles in between.
Placements: For my department (Electrical Engineering), the placement is good compared to other colleges. The top recruiters that came were Caterpillar, Reliance, Texas Instruments, Deloitte, Tata, Ion, Bajaj, and many more. The highest package for Electrical was from TI with 36 Lacs CTC. The role offered was of Sales and Analog Engineer.
Placements: Most of the computer engineering students are placed in some of the finest companies in India. The majority of the students get a pre-placement offer (PPO), and the remaining population applies for jobs in the final year. The highest package is about 52 lakhs, and the average is about 15 lakhs. About 70 percent of the students secured an internship offer in their pre-final year of college. The majority of roles offered were as program associates and software developers. Some of the top recruitin...
Placements: The placements are really good for the computer branch, where about 90% got placed this year with an average package of 16 LPA and the highest around 54 LPA. The top recruiters are Tata Phonepe, etc. The roles offered are like data scientist, analyst, web developer, software developer, etc. The placements are just good enough for computer students only, as the placements for other branches are very low compared to these.
Placements: I'm from Computer Engineering Department passing in 2026. Nearly about 88% placement. The highest package offered is 52 LPA. Many top companies like PhonePe, Mastercard, Microsoft, Patterns, and JP Morgan visit the campus. Mostly all students get internships; assistant software engineer and data analytics roles are offered.
Placements: Our batch has 92 students in total. There are three reservation quotas: 1) MHT-CET result-based, 2) JEE-based 15%, 3) NRI quota. The max package for my branch is 87 LPA, and the average package is about 12–13 LPA for production engineers. More than 79% of students get internships.
Placements: The placement cell at COEP is considered one of the busiest and most effective across India, offering great chances for students. The placement period typically starts during the final year for Metallurgy candidates when several well-known firms like Tata Steel, JSW, and Vedanta visit the campus. Depending on individual performance, Metallurgy students may receive an average pay of about 5-8 LPA, while top performers may receive higher packages. The placement cell provides various workshops, moc...
Placements: For the computer science course last year, 88% of students were placed with an average of 19 LPA and a median of 15 LPA. The highest package received was 55 LPA. The top recruiting company is TCS. The college provides internship offers for students after completing their 2nd year. The roles in my course are web development, creating apps, and other software-related jobs.
Placements: We understand that we do not have fewer jobs in the private sector; in the government sector, our demand is higher. The college placement cell does not support us in getting any jobs; we hustle ourselves and grab a job at Mul Municipal Council. Do not keep any expectations from college if you are planning to do this course. The college provides internships with L&T Construction and Adani Groups, where internships pay more than INR 25,000 per month. If you grab a job in the government sector, you...
Placements: 200+ companies visit the college for hiring students every year. So the placements of the college are above average. The highest package offered was 50 LPA this year. Average package offered is 7 LPA. Companies like DE also visit the college for recruitments. But there is a condition of the placements cell for the students to have a minimum score of 6.5 CGPA.
Placements: I am in my first year. But still, I quite have an idea of how the placement works here. The average package is 700,000, the highest is 3700000, and the lowest is 300,000. Big companies like Byju's and Akash Institute come for recruitment. 80% of students have gotten internships till now.
Placements: Around 50-60 students in my batch. Placement is highly rated as it is the topmost college of Maharashtra. Tata Steel and Tata Motors, JSW provide high packages. Almost all, or 80%, get placements, and some of them even get jobs abroad. Metallurgy gives top opportunities in steel industries, contributing infrastructure to the nation.
Placements: Nearly 80 percent of students from the 2024 batch have been placed. This year, the highest package offered is 52 LPA, while the lowest is 6 LPA, with an average package around 17 LPA. Top companies include DESHAW and Co., MasterCard, Deutsche Bank, and BNY Mellon, with most roles being for software development engineers.
Placements: At our time, mostly all of the students got placed in well-known companies. Some of the students got full-time offers and some got an offer for a 6-month internship. The highest package was 50 lakh by DE Shaw and the average package was around 12 lakh. The top recruiters were DE Shaw, AR cesium and Nvidia. All of the students got summer internships after their third year. The top roles offered were software developer and data analyst.
Placements: About 50% students in our course were placed. The highest placement offer was 95 Lacs per annum, however company was Canadian in field of mining. The lowest package was 2.5 Lacs per annum. Average package is not good, 4-5 Lacs per annum. Top recruiting companies are TVI pacific, Tata steel, cognizant, caterpillar, TCS, JSW steel etc. Percentage of internship is very low. Only 2 students secured internship last year.
Placements: Many students in our batch have experienced the challenges of studying during the COVID-19 pandemic and attending online lectures for the past two years. As a result, it was a difficult task to ensure that every student was prepared for the industry. However, the training and placement cell at COEP College took proactive measures by providing training and coaching sessions for interviews, group discussions, and technical rounds starting in the 5th semester. Additionally, the college arranged rep...
Placements: Approximately 80% of students secure placements, with the highest package reaching 44 LPA and the lowest at 3.5 LPA for my course (mechanical). Prominent companies like Tata and Mahindra are among the top recruiters. The internship rate is around 40 to 50%, and some students even receive offers for top roles like CEO.
Placements: In my opinion, this college is comparable to an IIT college in terms of its reputation, strong alumni network, and faculty members with industrial backgrounds. They have been guiding us since our second year to secure placements in companies such as L&T, IRB, Tata Infra, Shapurji Palanji, Adani Infra, and more. These companies offer positions as project and site engineers with packages ranging from 6 LPA to 10 LPA. Based on our performance, we have also been able to secure internships at reputab...
