I am fully satisfied with good faculty and good placements.

Placements: Placements in our college are good. Almost 100 students get placements. The stipend offered is almost Rs. 45,000 per month. All passed out students who have scored more than 50% in academics can get placements. Mostly IT companies offered placements to students. There is a placement cell named CGPU, and that was efficient.

Satisfied because of faculty, placements, good infrastructure, extracurricular activities.

Placements: Companies such as Infosys, Cognizant, Federal Bank, Amazon, and Flipkart, etc., visited our college this year. Almost half of the students from each batch were placed at a respectable position in these companies. Around 30% of the students from our senior batch were also placed. The highest salary package offered is Rs.4.5 LPA, and the lowest was 3.25 LPA. The roles offered to the students include bank clerks and IT professionals etc. Around 30% of the students were offered internships. The high...

I'm satisfied with my college life because of the opportunities provided in motorsports.

Placements: As a placed candidate, I assure placement opportunities for a few students in a year. Almost 62 students of our final year batch got placed this year. Only 10-20 students were placed from our senior batch. However, we got better placement opportunities this year. The annual salary package offered is ranged between 2.4-8 LPA. Various companies such as Infosys, Mitsogo, CTS, TCS, etc., visit the campus for placements. They offer roles in technical, marketing, sales, and HR field. I am not aware of...

The college doesn't provide placements, and the infrastructure is poor.

Placements: The only company visited the campus for placements was Infosys. They hired approximately 50 students from all branches. The college doesn't provide any internship opportunities, and they don't even provide any other support for doing internships. Students did internships which actually no one cared during my time. This is one of the poorly performing colleges in the state in terms of placements.

The college provides poor infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Campus placements for the mechanical branch are comparatively very low. Also, the firms do not visit our college alone for placements; instead they conduct pool drives in other colleges. However, almost 45 out of 50 students get placed during these placements. The salaries offered range from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 40,000 per month. Companies like Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, Amazon, etc., visited the campus for placements. Until now, there are no internship facilities provided for students after the cour...

Satisfied of the faculty and lab, the SAE team work.

Placements: Placements are done at high level. Above 70 percentage of the students got placements in each year. Major tech companies like Infosys and others came for Campus placements each year. The lowest Salary scale was Rs 20000 and average was Rs 50000. The Campus placements and Career guidance cell take care of the Campus placements. The cell works very efficiently in the college.

The college is really good, and it has good rating concerned as a government college.

Placements: A few companies like Infosys, Wipro, CTS, etc., visit the college to offer placements. Not many students get placed. A maximum of 20 students might get placed. Usually, the placements are conducted combinedly for two colleges, aptitude test is conducted in one college and interview in the other college. The transportation during placements is quite difficult.

Satisfied with the freedom, and I have enjoyed in my college.

Placements: Even though there are only four branches of our college, only IT companies have come for both our batch & senior's batch. The major companies like Infosys, CTS, and UST global have come to our college for the placements. About 60 students have got placed from all the branches in the year 2012, and around 55 students have got placed in the year 2011.

Good college for your overall development.

Placements: During the academic year 2017 - 18 only Infosys came for campus placements and selected 9 out off 13 shortlisted candidates. Our college participates in pool drives with 2 other colleges so that our students get opportunity to participate in the drives conducted by cognizant, Accenture, poonam technologies and other software companies. Placement records are average and that too in the software companies. Ktu students need not worry since they will be having pooled campus selections. Salary packa...

Absolutely dissatisfied with placements, good Lab, good atmosphere.

Placements: For mechanical branch placements are not really available at the college. Some major IT companies conduct placements and graduates from every branch usually gets placed. Students get internship chances at least twice every year at some leading companies around Kerala. Companies that usually visit the campus are Infosys, wipro, inapp etc.

Really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Last year, in the College of Engineering Adoor, Infosys conducted a placement drive. The placement drive includes a CBT and an interview. Only those people who didn't have any backlogs got selected for the CBT. The CBT includes verbal and aptitude test. Those who passed the test are called for interviews. In recent years, 20 students got placed.

One of the best colleges in Kerala with highly qualified teachers and well developed infrastructure.

Placements: Currently, placements are only available for the fourth year students. About 15% of the students were placed. Various companies have approached for campus placement, and they are showing positive results. The number of companies is improving year by year. Campus placements are provided for students who have above 7.5 CGPA.

A paradise for anyone and everyone.

Placements: To be honest, the mechanical department hasn't had any placement history during my study there. The campus interview is undertaken by tech companies only, and even a few of my batchmates from the mechanical department have joined such companies. So, if you want placement in the mechanical field, I have to suggest that you take an alternate option.

College of Engineering, Adoor.

Placements: The college has great placements each year. About 20 to 30 students get the placements every year. Many students of the college are in the startups as well. There are startup incubators, and there is an incubation centre in the college. Each year, the companies from all over the country come to the college.

A college with no good placements and the temporary faculty. Go to the college at your own risk.

Placements: The placements are there only in the software sector. Only Infosys came for placement, no other companies have come here. Only those students who have no previous backlog record are allowed for placements. Out of total 105 eligible students, only 14 got placed. They got the annual salary package of around 2.5 lakhs.

CEA (college of engineering, adoor) gives wings to our life.

Placements: Infosys, Cognizant etc. are the IT companies that visit our campus. In 2016, about 25 students were placed in Infosys. In this year (2017), only 9 students got placed with an annual package of 2.6 Lacs. Some of the students got placed in Wipro and other companies through pool drives in the other colleges. The placement opportunities for mechanical and electrical students are very bad. There is no action taken for resolving this problem.

Overall, it is a good college for the quality education.

Placements: Almost 50 percent of the students get placed, and mostly by the software companies like Infosys and Wipro. The college is best suited for computer and electronics engineering graduates as mainly software companies are coming for the placements. Most of the students get placed through off-campus recruitment.

Missing the fun at College of Engineering, Adoor

Placements: Campus placements in CEA were narrowed down to IT companies. Technical placements were very less. A majority of students got placed, and that too from non-IT departments, but mostly from the mechanical department, nobody usually gets into IT. The salary offered would be 18-60,000 (depends on the company). Zoho, Infosys and TCS were some which did recruit from our college.
