Last 10 Year KEAM Question Paper PDF Download: Candidates can download here the KEAM 2024 question paper, KEAM 2023 question paper, and KEAM 2022 question paper with solutions. Additionally, candidates can check here KEAM question paper with solutions PDF till 2014. Until 2023, KEAM had two papers and was held in pen and paper mode. KEAM question paper 1 was Physics and Chemistry and the KEAM question paper 2 was Maths. From the year 2024 onwards, KEAM transformed into a CBT mode. The transition of KEAM 2024 from pen and paper mode to CBT mode led to a few changes in the KEAM exam pattern. From 2024 onwards, KEAM is held in computer-based test mode and there is one paper instead of two. The KEAM entrance exam for engineering courses consists of 150 questions, with Mathematics having 75 questions, Physics having 45 questions and Chemistry having 30 questions. Candidates get 180 minutes to complete the exam. For candidates appearing for KEAM BPharm ONLY, the entrance exam has 45 questions in Physics and 30 questions in Chemistry, to be completed within 90 minutes. Each correct answer fetches candidates four marks, while every incorrect answer results in a deduction of one mark.

KEAM Exam Pattern - CBT Mode (Applicable from 2024 Onwards)

The pattern of the exam states that the KEAM question papers comprise objective-type questions (MCQ). KEAM Marking Scheme

In order to understand the KEAM question paper pattern, it is important to study the marking scheme in the exam. The exam marking scheme to understand the KEAM pass marks is similar to the JEE Main marking scheme.  

  • Candidates will be awarded 4 marks for every correct answer
  • 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer   
  • 4 marks will be awarded to candidates for marking every accurate answer
  • No marks will be deducted for not attempting a question   
  • In case a candidate has marked two answers for a single question in the OMR sheet, negative marking will be applicable regardless of either of the answers being right or wrong.
