These four years at COET, Akola, have been truly memorable.

Faculty: The teachers at COET are highly supportive, conducting weekly tests for each subject on Gatetutor, where the scores contribute to internal marks. The questions are primarily GATE-based, adding a level of difficulty that strengthens subject knowledge. The course curriculum remains relevant, and semester exams, held in winter and summer sessions, are moderately challenging. Passing exams is relatively straightforward, as the questions are easily answered using the test book.

They don’t have any placements for CSE.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful and the syllabus is mostly relevant to programming languages. Exams are not that difficult and the passing percentage is 80% yearly. The University exams are quite hard but they provide all the study material before the exams which is helpful.

It is a good college for students who are concerned only about a degree.

Faculty: Most of the teachers are PhD holders. Teachers are always ready to help and solve doubts. They also highly support curricular-related additional activities to enhance knowledge beyond the syllabus like NPTEL, GATE, etc. Efforts are taken to teach soft skills, etc., to make students industry-ready.

College is good in every point, with good infrastructure and everything, value for money.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. Teaching is good. Minimum passing marks are 40, out of which 20 marks are internal. Internal score depends on your attendance and behavior on campus. The faculty members make an effort to make students eligible for industrial criteria or placements.

It is a good college for various engineering courses, and it offers valuable jobs for freshers.

Faculty: Good faculty members are provided as per courses. Students are just ready for the engineering practical based daily activities required for companies. As a fresher, students are not much able to work as required by companies, but they can do satisfactory work.

A review of the mechanical branch in this college.

Faculty: The course curriculum designed was great. The teachers of our mechanical branch were great. All of our teachers either completed their PhDs or are pursuing it. They were knowledgeable, and they mostly used the whiteboard technique to explain. Some of them use PPTs. The faculty to student ratio is decent.

The college has good infrastructure with nice environment If you have private vehicle then it is good to survive otherwise it is hard to travel. It is too far from nearest railway station. Classes at FMS are interactive in nature and are a healthy mix of formal lectures, case studies and presentations.

It is the best college in Akola.

Faculty: All the teachers are very helpful. They support us in every situation. They are genuine. If we have any confusion regarding the subject or any other topic, they clear it easily. The semester exams are moderate. They depend on students. We have to work hard to pass exams.
