The review of Anna University.

Placements: Placements are good for the students of the marketing domain but not for the students of other specialisations. The placement cell is concentrating more on engineering students than MBA students. We had a pre-placement programme which was very helpful and enlightening. I hope they provide placements for all specialisations from next year.

It is a good university with all major facilities, but there are few drawbacks too.

Placements: The strength of our class is 60 students, out of which almost 25 students got placed and a few got internships offers (full-time offers might be provided after the internship based on their performance). Around 12 companies visited our campus through the placement cell (CUIC). Some of the major companies were TCS, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, ICICI Securities Kotak Mahindra Bank, Zoho, Lennox, Adani, ITC, Prochant etc. The highest salary package offered was approximately 6 LPA. The lowest salary packa...

The review of Anna University, MBA department.

Placements: The placements are happening on the campus. Since I was a working professional, I don't require any placement, but a couple of my friends got good placements in well-reputed companies. Although the remuneration part was a little lower side for the fresher's, but it is okay.

A good place to do MBA in Tamil Nadu.

Placements: The placements are good, as in, 30 out of 60 students get selected in the campus. Students have to make efforts to bring in companies for recruitment. Industrial relations department of Anna University takes care of placements. They even provide internship opportunities.

Anna University is the center head for all engineering colleges and all other colleges, affiliated to Anna University. It’s a huge campus in an old building. It offers various UG as well as PG courses. Placements are usually the best in Anna University campus and for Engineering counselling, only when you have a cut off of minimum 199.75, do you get admission here. Lots of symposiums happen here every year for all departments and the PG course is also maintained in the same standard of engineeri...

If you want to get marks, join Anna University where the students are awarded marks based on their hand writing. If you want to gain knowledge, join deemed universities. Anna University, the life ruiner. Only good for people who are from jungles and tribal areas, they get easily passed and know how to handle the useless crap barbarian “professors”. Not good for civilized people who have got brain and questions. These colleges are run by hooligans making money out of students. Lecturers and profe...
