Absolutely dissatisfied with College of Engineering, Bhubaneswar.

Placements: The college doesn't even provide average placements. Students will just get a degree along with some bad experience in this college. Companies visit the college only for the namesake and take money from the college as commission. The college has nothing better than others.

The college is with full of masti and entertainment.

Placements: There is 100% placement for 2017-18 batch. The multinational companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, MindTree, etc., are the mass recruiters of our college, and many small companies like Leyland, MRF, Capgemini, TVS, Vodafone, Airtel, and Amazon visit the campus every year for placements.

There were a lot of good and bad things in the college, so I'm averagely satisfied.

Placements: In my time, the placements were a lit bit good, but not satisfying, the number of requirements of on-campus was not available. There were a lot of students in my batch, but a few numbers of campuses takes place. So, my batchmates are annoying for this worries. These are the main issues in my time.

Overall my college is good, but don't join expecting that you will get a job.

Placements: I can say that placements are good, but not up to the mark which I expected at the time of joining. We are expected to get hired after our BTech is over, but unfortunately, that did not happen. Placement support is not up to the mark, They can't deliver what people expect.

Previously it has a huge reputation based on placement for each branch, but now not up to mark.

Placements: Students of my batch and senior also were well placed having percentile of 80%. The highest package 3.0 Lacs, the lowest 1.2 Lacs n avg pkg 1.5 Lacs. Software developing, web designing, software solution, Telecom these are the visitors. Pre-placement training classes also offered which is useful. Internship for st/sc and PC person. Sorry don't know about stipend administration. It has a well established placement cell which always tried to invite numbers of reputed and startup companies to incre...

It is an average college among all the colleges in Bhubaneswar. The placements are very less.

Placements: There are very few placements in the year 2017 for computer science students. For other branches, there are no placements. Only, private companies are coming. The annual package of the placement is low. The student's condition is very poor, who are at 4th year of engineering because of placements.

Join the college, if you have a keen interest in IT industry.

Placements: The placements are decent and don't expect much. If your branch is CS/ IT, then you have a scope here. We can say that there are no placements for branches. Most of the campus drive is of BPOs and IT industry. The placement cell barely takes care of the placement of the student. In our senior batch, the curve for placement was average, but now, it has gone the worst.

Placements were good in 2017 and infrastructure is fine.

Placements: Placements were quite good in 2017. The companies which cane in campus includes IBS Software, Mindtree, Tech Mahindra, Ims etc. Others from off campus includes ADP, First American, GS Labs, Amazon etc. the highest package in-campus was 3.5L CTC the lowest was 2.15 L CTC Roles offered were mostly for software engineers and some were for BPOs Placement cell is fine. One can get a job if he/she worjs a little harder.

The college is going to close in few days so I suggest all the students not to take admission.

Placements: The placement condition bin our college is very pathetic. Very less number of students got placement. Most of the students don't get any placement the just do there engineering course and go. Only BPO come for recruitment. They don't give package more than 2pla. More than other branch CS branch got more placement.

A fabulous campus of College of Engineering, Bhubaneswar.

Placements: Above 90% of the students got placed in this year. The highest salary offered was 10 LPA and the lowest salary offered was 5 LPA. The maximum students got placed. TCS, Infosys and many companies visited the college to recruit freshers. There is a placement cell, it is very useful for training purpose.

For better future join CEB.

Placements: The placements in our college are very good, and the number of companies that recruit the students is great. The college faculty members are working hard to make it possible. The faculty members are knowledgeable, and they make the students understand each and everything in a well-descriptive manner.

A good college to learn.

Placements: Placement is good for IT and software but not good for core department. Campus authorities will help you in every section for getting a good placement. But now the market is down for core department. So we should not blame college placement cell for not getting campus opportunity for this department.

Satisfied with the events, fest, campus surroundings, and placements.

Placements: The placement for our batch was good, but for our seniors, it was even better. Around 60 percent of the students were placed. The average salary offered was 1.8 LPA to 2.4 LPA. There is a training and placement centre, which rigorously helps the aspirants for better opportunities and for getting a job, which is best suited to their skills.

I would rate it good as regular classes are held which shows seriousness toward studies.

Placements: The placements were good in our college. About 95% of the students got placed which is a good sign for us. This year, the highest salary offered is 3.5 LPA, and the lowest salary is 2.2 LPA. Several companies like Triyamm Software and GS Lab come to the college. The situation-based questions were given to test the students' presence of mind. Almost 100% of the students got the internship and a maximum of Rs. 800 was the stipend given to the students. There is a placement cell, and it is very use...

The only thing that would remain forever with this college is its good location.

Placements: The placements are decent. Don't expect much, earlier, it had a good reputation for placements, but gradually, the graph is going down. If you opt CS/IT, don't worry, you will get plenty of opportunities in the campus drives than the core branches.

I would like to suggest don't take admission in such creep college.

Placements: The placements in the college are poor, and not even a single student got placed in the core company. They are not able to pull average company from core industry, and student suffers lots. So please avoid taking admission in this college. Fraud placement was given to 2016 pass out students. This college's TNP department is the worst with a fake promise, fake advertisement and fake company,

Good faculty members, and extraordinary treatment. The placement is not dissatisfying.

Placements: The placement in this college is good for all the branches. In the mechanical branch, approximately 70-80% of the students got good campus placements from our college. In this college, extra working for your bright future will help you in the campus recruitment. Every branch has good placement record especially computer science engineering and telecommunication engineering. The placement for the civil branch is also good. In the year 2018, 10 civil companies have come for the recruitment purpose...

I think this college is not a good choice.

Placements: The placements were good till 2016, starting from 2017, placements started hitting a new and steep low. Mostly BPO companies recruit in on-campus drives. Only 20% of the students got placed in my batch, and 80% of them were placed in BPO companies. The lowest salary starts from 6000 per month, and the highest was 4 lacs per annum on the off-campus drive. Tech Mahindra, Mind tree are the only relevant companies that visited the college. My honest review on College Of Engineering, Bhubaneswar.

Placements: CEB comes under BPUT. The chances of placements for CS, IT and ETC branch are good. But for the core students, this institution doesn't provide many opportunities. I was a mechanical engineering student, and I didn't get any placement from the college. I would personally suggest studying in CV Raman or Silicon or ITER college rather than CEB.
