I am extremely satisfied with teachers, education, opportunities and alumni.
Placements: It is one of the most reputable journalism colleges in India. Hands-on training and practical exposure during internships and workshops helped each of us to get into the most sorted media houses like New Indian Express, Time of India, Daily Hunt, IBT, Republic, News, etc. The best part of our college is it arranges summer internships for us in the field in which we want to make our career. Most of our classmates interned in CNN-IBM, Times Now, TOI, Babul Ki Production, etc., and even went on to work in these organisations. Most of us from our batch have made their career as reporters and editors in both broadcast and print journalism. At the same time, others became video editors and producers in both media and production houses.
Infrastructure: Every classroom is furnished with state-of-the-art facilities like Wi-Fi, air-conditioners and good quality speakers. We have audiovisual studios which are equipped with teleprompters, video cameras, sound and video editing software to give us hands-on experience. The library not only houses books, projects and thesis to guide every student but also has a steady circulation of various newspapers in different languages to help us catch up on the news on a regular basis.
Faculty: Each of our professors is professionals who have been in the field of the subject that we were taught. Be it out journalism professor or audiovisual professor, media law or marketing, branding or advertising, each of them has hands-on experience in their respective fields. It helped us immensely as we got first-hand information of the market out there. So it definitely made us industry-ready.
Other: I have chosen this college because I wanted to learn from faculty members who have been in the media industry, field training, first-hand information of the market and interaction with famous persons. It has indeed helped me a lot, and I am satisfied with what I am achieving on a day-to-day basis in my job life. Commitscion is our annual fest called Expressions which has seen to scores of extremely sorted panellists like Prakash Raj, Faye D'Souza, TR Gopalakrishnan, Pranjal, Khandhdiya, Arnab Goswami, Bhupendra Choubey, Rao, etc.

The best place to be if you want to be in the media industry.
Placements: The college is in contact with leading media companies, and keeps us updated about their vacancies. Everyone gets placed. However, like everywhere else, your own dedication and hard work matters the most while placements. Commits is there to show you the way. You will surely get 2 or more internships during your course, and Commits will help you with getting internships in leading media houses like The Telegraph, The Times of India, News Minute, NDTV, Republic and more. You also get to intern with leading NGOs. Job salary depends from company to company, but they are all decent enough. Almost all the seniors I know are placed today.
Infrastructure: Commits does not have a huge campus, a fancy canteen or hostel accommodation. There are several playing guest facilities around you to accommodate you. We have a small building, a small family, but it's the nicest, cosiest place to be. The classrooms are big, decent and homely.
Faculty: The course curriculum and the teachers are the best. The teachers at Commits are the best people I know, and test will prepare you for the industry in the best possible method. The curriculum is more practical-based than theory-based, which is why you will have no issues working in the industry after the course. We have lots of guest lectures over the months. Guest lecturers range from our successful super seniors to leading newspaper editors.
Other: We have small programmes like Teacher's Day, Ethnic Day and more. But our most awaited annual seminar, Expressions, is what we always wait for. We get to interact with leading media professionals on this day.

Commits drills us and grills us so that the industry does't kill us.
Placements: The placement structure of the college is really good. From startups to big named organisations, we get offers from all of them. All the students get placed before the completion of the course. Our seniors are working at various organisations across different sectors of India which makes it easy for us to get to know if there is a vacancy in that company. Every year, the students get to do 2 compulsory internships given by the college. One is at an NGO, and the other is an industry internship in our field of interest. Most of us get offers to join back those companies after completing the course.
Infrastructure: There is nothing such as infrastructure in Commits. It's just one building producing industry professionals over the years. The hostel rooms in Commits are like 5-star rooms. Each room has space enough to accommodate 4 students. The college is entirely a pure vegetarian college. The classrooms are quite big with A/C in each of them. Commits college is all about smart classes where you learn from PowerPoint, videos and movies.
Faculty: The teachers at Commits are more like mentors. One can go and talk to them whenever he/she wishes to. Not only during college hours but also after that. We can contact them through the email, phone or even WhatsApp. There are three main faculty members in Commits, and all three of them are like parents. For the other subjects, we have guest lecturers who are all industry professionals working in their specialised fields.

The best media college in Bangalore which gives you knowledge and experience that will last forever.
Placements: At Commits, the students are expected to complete 3 internships as part of their course. All of which is provided by the college. The internships are fixed with top media houses based on the interest area of the students. During the internship, the students are ready and are eventually offered full-time jobs by the companies they intern with. Thus, the quality of work of the students at Commits is something to vouge for.
Infrastructure: The college is well-equipped and has audio-visual labs with the latest gadgets. The library has a huge stock of books. The hostel boasts of big spacious rooms, a kitchen area with micro ovens, toasters and a fridge and a laundry area with washing machine amongst others. The food in the canteen is pure veg and of South Indian cuisine.
Faculty: The faculty is ever ready and welcoming be it personal advice or anything related to the academics. The method of teaching here is interactive where the assignments and presentations are learning tools and not books. The students here get the best industry exposure both regarding internships and guest lectures. The guest lectures are held by the people who are regarded as experts in their fields.

Commits has been an awesome experience so far.
Placements: The placements are good. Our seniors and super seniors are placed with the well-known companies. Most of them have their own companies in the field of advertising, PR or production. The students are placed in companies like Ogilvy, Saatchi and Saatchi, CNN News 18, Times Now, Magic Bricks Now and much more well-known names.
Infrastructure: It is a building situated near the BMTC bus depot in HSR Layout Sector 1. Although the building has a Wi-Fi connection, it is not for the students. Commits have a library, the students studying here should be proud of it. It is well-equipped with the books. The classrooms are big and have an environment, where the students like studying. For the AVCs there are a lot of outdoor projects. A lot of guest lecturers come to take the class. The hostel is just for girls, and it can accommodate 19 girls. The hostel rooms are big and airy. The hostel has a big kitchen as well with microwave, toasters and a fridge.
Faculty: The faculty is good and helpful. I don't think there is any other college, where the professors teach and guide the students in the masters level like the way we are guided at Commits. There are a lot of guest lecturers and workshops. Even our super seniors, who are well-established now in their spheres of work come to share their experience with us and tell us about the dos and don'ts of the real world.

According to my knowledge, you should go to IIJNM. One of my friend studied there, so I am suggesting you. You will get good opportunities ahead. Good luck.
