• For postgraduate (PG) programs like MA, MSc, MCA, admission is based on the Cotton University Postgraduate Entrance Examination (CPGEE).
• For PhD programs, candidates must possess a Master's degree in the relevant field and qualify the Cotton University PhD entrance test.

Cotton University has five boys' hostels and three girls' hostels, and all the hostels are equipped with modern amenities like A. C. rooms, twin-sharing, and triple-sharing apartments. However, the fees vary as per the living accommodations chosen, and seats in these hostels are based on merit. The hostel fees at Cotton University are around Rs. 5,500 per year, and the average hostel fee per year is Rs. 9,500 for both girls and boys. However, the hostels are allotted according to the branch, and there are separate hostels for both boys and girls.
