It is not a good college.

Placements: About 95% of students placed. The highest salary package is 35 LPA, the lowest is 3.5 LPA, and the average is 4.5 LPA. The highest number of students recruited by cognizant is around 400. There are no internships offered by the college, so you need to search on your own. None of us had an internship. The role offered was trainee.

I would not recommend other students to take admission in our college.

Placements: I am a student of information technology branch. There is a placement cell on the campus, and it is not helpful for students. Only 1% of the students from our course got placed. None of the companies visited our campus to offer placements or internships. All students are very disappointed.

It is not good at all. Joining here is waste of money.

Placements: Don't even expect the college for placements. They will only offer you an internship in a Pvt. Ltd. or might place you in the BPOs like Amazon While we were in the final year, they called a consultancy who assured placements to those 50 students, who were ready to pay Rs. 5000 to the consultancy, but that was fake too.

Good infrastructure does not define education quality.

Placements: Being honest, placements are the main issue of this college. 3-4 companies do come for placing students but of an annual package of 2 to 4 lakhs per annum. They place students for non-technical work, and do remember these companies are not fixed to come at regular intervals, i.e. they come when they need no technical worker, so they hire engineers. Last year, no company has visited our campus. This year, Amazon India has visited our campus and placed 5 students on the yearly package of 2.50 lakh...

The college focuses mainly in its infrastructure but not on what to teach or how to teach. The education given is poor not up to the level of what it tries to prove itself. The placement is not good. The teachers are not good. There are hardly any instruments for practice that work. No facilities given to the students as compared to the fees that students pay every year. The fee taken from the students or the donation taken from the students is all spent in the infrastructure of the college inst...

DYPCOE is one of the most famous colleges in Pune University. Talking about the infrastructure, it is brilliant. The college is run by one of the wealthiest people in Maharashtra. So they maintain their reputation by building absolutely beautiful college campuses. However, only the campus can’t make a college good. The main problem of this college is maintaining the faculty. Though wonderful in infrastructure, the college lacks in faculty members. They have hardly 2-3 permanent faculty members...

It is the worst college to study, and not a single company visit our college for placements.

Placements: Literally, You will not get placements from this college. College does not provide any internship, and if somehow you manage to get any internship from outside the campus, then the college will not give leave for doing the internship. College management behaves badly with students once they take admission.
