DY Patil College of Engineering and Technology is a college for placements.

Placements: We got good placements. The college is good for studies, and the events hardly take place. We can't enjoy the college life; we need to make some compromises. Many big recruiters come here to provide placement offers, and many students get placed. Infosys is a major recruiter. The computer science students got amazing placements. It is a really good college if you are here just to get an average placement.

Quite good college for education in field of technology. I'll suggest it.

Placements: Placement is pretty good. The 70% of current batch student were placed in renowned companies. Like : Tata, L&T, MIDC Amazon etc. Package range lies between 2-8 lacs. It placed in both BPO sector and technical sector also. Overall in rank of placement it is quite better than other college nearby to it.

I am satisfied with the faculty and just need improvement in the placements.

Placements: Every year, the placements are increasing. This year companies like Alibaba, Amazon, and some other companies like NVIDIA Pune, Westin Resins and Polymers Ltd. Mumbai, Allure Software Pune visited the campus to hire the students. The package offered was in the range of 3-5 lakhs per annum. The placement of chemical engineering branch was above 90%. There were no internship programmes offered by the college.

I am satisfied with the college facilities and learned the good things.

Placements: They provide us more than 10 companies in BE. Many of us got placed in the well-reputed companies like Persistent System, L&T etc. The training and placement officer guides the students for getting placed. They organise programs for developing skills to get placed. The programs include personality development, aptitude preparation, GD preparation, etc.

The college is very good for all things

Placements: The placement is very good and the highest package is 14 lacs but in other branches, the placement is very disappointing. In my branch, it is good. One year ago, my super seniors got 13 lacs as the annual package and all companies visited the campus.

Not a good study environment.

Placements: Not so good but it's okay. About 5-10% students get placed. Chemical department staff members are really helpful for the students in off-campus placement. Other departments are not so good as far as placement is concerned. Now our new TPO Sudarshan Sutar sir is really taking good efforts for placement of students.

Satisfied with the teaching and support from college to the students.

Placements: Total 16-20 students are placed from our college. Nearly 13 companies had their campus drive at our college this year. Out of that 2 were MNCs. The highest package was 3.5 lacs by Alibaba Group. A few students got the internship. A few companies were related to marketing while the rest were core companies.

Quality of education decreasing day by day. There is corruption in exam fee and college fee.

Placements: Our college placements are not so good. The college fee is increasing day by day but the quality of education is decreasing day by day. The quality of college placements is very poor so I am not sure whether placements will happen. Our training and placement officer does not take any efforts for placements in our college. The intake of our college nearly 5000 but only 20- 25 students got placed each year. This year, only 22 students got placed. Only marketing companies visited for placements. ...

I am satisfied with an education provided by the college, but not with the sports facility.

Placements: Our college provides placements in the chemical engineering course. All departments have their own placement head and one main college head. They invite companies every year for placements. Our college provides placements for nearly more than half students, so it is good to study here. About 10-12 students got selected here.
