Placements: Our college holds good placement records as we can confirm it from the alumni meetings. Even one of the founders of Flipkart is our college student. Apart from this, companies visit the campus and hire students on merit basis in the final year itself. None of the students is guaranteed a complete placement as it completely depends on your academic records. So if you want to get placed, then start working from the beginning of the course.
Placements: I've seen the placement drives conducted last year. There is a placement cell in the college and it is working quite efficiently. Recently, they have launched an app and online site for the final year students to inform them about placements and companies visiting the campus. Last year, many private companies, especially Redbull prepared some creative games to release the stress of students hoping for their internships.
Placements: Placement of the college is average. The highest offered was around 30 thousand per month and average was around 2.5 Lacs per annum. The lowest package offered was 1.8 Lacs. College is having its own active placement cell. Companies like ICICI Bank, Oppo, Vivo and many local companies came for placement.
Placements: The placements in our college are good. There is a separate website for the students to register and apply for any job. Many companies like Google, Dr Reddy Laboratory, L&T Construction, etc., visited the campus to offer placements. Even my friends applied for a job in Dr Reddy Laboratory, and they got selected for the interview, and now, they are working there.
Placements: Their were many seminars conducted in the college for the placement of the students. Avasar was one of them. Many companies visited our college and 10-15 students were selected from our Batch and many other were also selected from previous batches in last 4-5 years. The highest salary was of 70,000 per month and the lowest was 20,000. Many companies visited our college and students were selected on the basis of their qualifications and percentage?
Placements: It all depends on your hard work, but this college is almost good at providing placements, as different private sector companies used to take interviews for different jobs here. You can get different opportunities for showing your talent, provided by different companies.
Placements: Very good placements for bright students. Many multinational companies took talent with good package. So Dav college is the venue where the bright students can get good job in multi national companies. Dav college is too popular for its placements. It is best.
Placements: The placements have been good in our college. Companies like VIVO, TCS were there for the recruitments. Many of the students got their placements in the companies that came to the college. The salaries offered were also good for the freshers. It was satisfying.
Placements: I joined this college in 2014 and completed my graduation in 2017. I am preparing for UPSC exam now from Chandigarh, but I want to join DAV college again. Many students have become an officer from our college. The biggest example is Martyr Captain Vikram Batra, and he completed his graduation from DAV College Chandigarh. It depends on your quality of work. If you give enough time to your study, you will get great results, and many students achieved their aim.
Placements: The college is overall a good one. The student should go for it. The college haa a placement cell. The cell is extremely helpful for the end. The college invites many companies for visits seminars and placement. The recruitment is in average salary packages though. Still the overall placement is good.
Placements: The college has good placements, and I prefer you to join this college. It is a very nice college. The college contains every type of facility and hostel also are provided to the students by the college. Very good faculty are available here, and you must join here to get a better life.
Placements: The college has a very good placement cell. Well-reputed companies visit the college. The placements recorded every year would be 10%. Management jobs are offered to the students of B.Com and BBA courses. The college offers a chance for students to get jobs in the clubs, in order to gain practical knowledge.
Placements: The placements for Dav are neither too good, nor too bad. A few companies come for placements but are good companies. One of my acquaintance got placed in vivo, 2 got into L&T and so on. So placements are average. A very few companies come but are great ones.
Placements: The placements are according to your stream. Only commerce stream gets placements. Arts stream is very good, but don't get placements. Overall, the study on the campus is good, but in placement, it is average. But, many students get selected for internships. For co-curricular activities, the campus is the best for luke sports, dance, dramatics, etc.
Placements: Placements are good in the college, but considering the number of students, this college needs more companies in the campus as rarely any student of my batch is considered for placement. But, for the other streams, there are good placement options. Not too many international brands come for the placements, only some locals one provide them.
Placements: The Wipro comes every year and selects more than 20 students. The students get excellent opportunities at the campus placement. I am happy with the placements. The Wipro is one of the most company that come every year and give placement. I advise to all the students of Punjab that they should include their professional courses from this college.
Placements: Most of the students got admitted for higher studies like M.Sc in PU, Chandigarh and DAV, Chandigarh itself. No placement is present in UG courses. But in BCA, the college ranks top position, and there is a placement for the students, with an average package offered to be 4 LPA from companies like IBM etc.
Placements: Our college is not that good for placements. About 10-15% of the students get placement benefit every year, but not more than that. The range of salary lies between Rs.12,000-30,000 only. Many of the national and multinational companies visit our college every year. About 10% of the students get the internship from college. The range of stipend lies between 5,000-10,000. There is a placement cell in our college. It is useful up to a certain level.
