Good facilities with a peaceful environment , experienced faculty members.

Placements: 100 percent placement as per my knowledge. Companies like saonalika tractors, Gna , Mahindra and Mahindra , leader valves Jalandhar , and many more companies recruit students in which students had done their industrial training in different companies and gain good experience .

It is a decent institute with great faculty members.

Placements: Major recruiting companies for Dayanand Anglo Vedic Institute of Engineering and Technology for CS and IT branches are SAP Labs, Zscaler, STMicroelectronics, Paxcom India, PatientBond, Wipro, GreyB, etc. In recent years, the placement salary package records have drastically decreased from the highest salary package of 20 LPA, which is offered by Adobe in 2016 to a salary package of 8 LPA, which is offered by STMicroelectronics in 2019. Mainly, recruiting companies are CS and IT-based, while for ...

I am satisfied with the college because of faculty, infrastructure, extracurricular activities, etc.

Placements: The college provides good placements for those who deserve and suitable for it. Companies select the students according to their performance and additional skills. The lowest and highest salary is offered to the students. About 60% of the students from our course got an internship.

College was fun even after a lot of restrictions, Average placements, Nice infrastructure.

Placements: Approximately 30% of the students were placed in various companies like Wipro, Shapoorji. The companies which have tie-up in college offered the package up to 4 Lacs, But few students in my batch applied off campus (solely their efforts) got the highest package of 20 Lacs. Most of them were placed in IT companies. The highest package in my course 3.5 Lacs and the lowest package was 1-1.5 Lacs. 20% of them got the internship in companies like Wipro.

The college has good infrastructure with quite educated faculty, but the placements are not so good.

Placements: Our civil engineering batch 2015-19 consisted of 75 students out of which only 12 were eligible for Shapoorji Pallonji placements, and they selected only 3 students. In our campus, the core branch company which visit for placement is 'Shapoorji Pallonji' which offered a salary package of 3.75 LPA. Only 3 students did intern from 'AGI Infra Ltd. a Jalandhar Based Construction company during industrial training rest of them mainly done from the government sectors like PWD, MS etc. Campus placement...

Absolutely dissatisfied due to faculty.

Placements: Placement is decreased day by day in ECE branch. I think college placement cell is not that or head of placement cell is not capable to invite more company. They show list of 100 companies but there is only 2 to 3 is for technical job and other companies only for sales and other.

If one wants to learn and enjoy their college life, it is the best place.

Placements: Placements provided by the college were quite good. Every student from each department got placed, except for the mechanical department. The highest salary package offered by the companies was 21 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered by the companies was 2.4 LPA. The average salary package offered by the companies was 5 LPA. Since it's an engineering college, the roles offered to the students were technical.

This college has provided me more than my expectations.

Placements: The college has good placement records, and even number of companies visiting the campus for internships are good. Top companies such as Wipro are the main recruiters. Our seniors got good jobs with great packages. We are always encouraged to get a job in reputed organizations.

Review of DAVIET, Jalandhar (PTU).

Placements: The college provides very few placements for mechanical and civil branches. Placements for the rest of the branches are quite good. For mechanical students, local companies visited the campus, and the roles offered are related to marketing. One can join the college but choose the course very carefully.

A college where discipline is well-followed. We have a well-maintained campus with all facilities.

Placements: No placements were organised yet. However, we are looking forward to better results. Companies which are of students' interests are not visiting the campus for placements, so the college needs to take some steps to look after this issue. Some companies are supposed to visit here, but they didn't visit the campus until now. So, they have to remind those companies to conduct placement drives.

The college doesn't organise any events.

Placements: I got placed in Tata Motors through the campus placement drives organised by the college, and I'm currently doing my job at Orissa. They conducted two rounds namely written test and personal interview round. The first placement drive of our college was organised for our batch, and I got placed through that.

I am highly satisfied with college staff, facilities and infrastructure.

Placements: Placement report of our college is very good as it maintains a 100% placement record. The average salary package offered is about 4 LPA and the highest salary package offered is up to 6 LPA. Roles offered are more of marketing and finance. There is a proper and separate placement cell in our college which is very efficient and useful.

Satisfied with faculty members and teaching methods.

Placements: Placements for core branches in our college have been decreased. Since last year, companies visiting the campus for core branches are not high in number. Many companies visit the campus for computer science and IT branches with sensible salary packages. Every year, Shapoorji Pallonji Group visits our college and offers a salary package of 5 LPA to 6 LPA.

Overall, it is an average college.

Placements: Placements in our college were not up to the mark. Only 4 to 5 out of 60 students were placed from the mechanical engineering department. Many students didn't attend for placements as the profiles offered were not related to the core mechanical domain. But the placements for the students of other branches were good.
