Absolutely satisfied with the college infrastructure, faculty, and facilities provided to students.
Placements: Currently, nobody is placed from my course as we are still studying, but there are chances of 4 students getting placed. The highest package was 8 LPA, the average package was 6.5 LPA, and the lowest package was 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are SOBHA and CMTI. Around 60% of students got internships from my course at CMTI and SOBHA. Top roles are site engineer and estimation work.
Infrastructure: So, the facility of a library is available where you will find each and every book related to your course. Classrooms are digital, having projectors, and teachers utilize those for teaching. I am not in a hostel of my college, but I have heard that food is average. The food available in the canteen is of the best quality, as we usually go there for lunch. Indoor games such as table tennis, chess, and carrom are available.
Faculty: Teachers are really very helpful. They will try to help you in everything that is related to studies. Most of the teachers hold Ph.D. degrees and are well-qualified. The course curriculum is relevant, and yes, it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are difficult for those who don't study at all, but one who is studying properly will not find them that difficult.
Other: I opted for this course because I am a buildings and roads person. I am fascinated by the structures and all. I think if there had been more practicality, then it would have been fun. The college organizes a lot of events such as Brahmi and Antaragni, but the biggest event there is Esprenza that lasts for a week with a DJ night.

An Honest Insight into DSATM's Educational Landscape.
Placements: Students who cleared KCET or COMEDK exams joined our course in our college. Some students joined through management quota. IOT, CYBER SECURITY, and BLOCKCHAIN courses started three years back in our college, so the placement program hasn’t started yet. As per my knowledge, most people taking up my course can end up in job roles such as Cyber Security Analyst, Auditor, or in IOT-related industries.
Infrastructure: We have a library where multiple books are available, such as textbooks, course-related books, and the latest books, which we can borrow. There is a digital library also which we can access. We have a badminton court, squash court, table tennis, basketball court, and a gym which we can access any time. There are labs available which are dedicated to specific courses, such as CAED lab, Physics lab, Chemistry lab, etc. Each and every classroom has a smart board, whiteboards, fans, etc. The hostel provides a three-sharing bedroom with a table, chair, fan, and an attached bathroom, all of which are cleaned every day. They provide breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner, which are pretty average.
Faculty: The faculty members in our college are really good. They are well-educated and are available whenever needed, not just in academics but also externally. The student-teacher bond is really good. Our college is autonomous, so the courses are set by the college according to industry needs. We also have courses such as web technologies, where we have to make projects based on coding languages on our own, which gives us a better understanding of websites. The end-sem exams are a bit difficult, but if you go through internal question papers and model papers, you can score really good marks.
Other: The course I chose is IOT, Cyber Security, and Blockchain. Since most of the technology that we use today is related to IOT devices, the job opportunities in industries related to this are really high. Many companies want to make their data safe, so they are ready to provide jobs to skilled Cyber Security students. There are various cultural events held in our college, such as Anataragni (annual cultural event) and Brahmi. The annual fest known as ESPERANZA is also held once a year. There are many sports-related events also held regularly in our college. There are 12-15 active clubs, such as dance, music, drama, gaming, etc., that hold events regularly.

    An honest review of DSATM.
Placements: Placement is quite good here, as more than 65 percent of students get placed per year. The highest package is 51 lacs per annum, the lowest package is about 2 to 3 lacs per annum and the average package is 5 lacs per annum. IBM, Capgemini, Accenture, and Oracle GSC are some of the of the top recruiting companies. Very few students got the opportunity to intern, like 10 to 15 percent of students getting this opportunity in companies like IBM, Accenture, and Oracle GSC. The top role in this course is data scientist or data analyst.
Infrastructure: There is WI-FI on the college campus. Also, there are various labs, like those for programming, computer-aided engineering design, and CSD labs. There is decent facility in the classroom, like aerated and chairs and desks are decent. The library is also there, where one can get all the books that will help during placement. Facilities in hostels are decent, like the room size, which is quite small, and there are 2 hostels for boys and 1 for girls, where the food is average. A canteen is there where food is decent. Medical facilities are very bad. There are very few options in sports; there is only one ground and that one is the basketball court.
Faculty: Some teachers are highly qualified whose number is fewer and these provide quality education but most of the teachers are less qualified and their teaching method is quite holder; they just read PPTs and do nothing. The course curriculum is quite strong here but is sufficient to make it ready for industry. The semester exam is quite easy, and the passing percentage is 40 percent.

College is okay because it is situated in Bengaluru and will get all companies for their placements.
Placements: Approximately 80-90% of students will get the placement offer where everyone has to maintain above 7 CGPA. The highest salary package offered ranges from 28 LPA - 29 LPA. The lowest salary package offered varies between 3 LPA - 4 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges from about 6 LPA - 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Mindtree, Tech Mahindra, etc. Approximately 80% of students got internships. Role offered is cyber security analyst.
Infrastructure: Hostels are good where every room is 3 sharing. But there are bunker beds and most students bring their mattresses down to sleep on floor. Each room has seperate Wi-Fi and labs are fully system-equipped. We have integrated lab into the classroom. Canteen is okay with less variety of food in it. Sports facilities are also good and indoor room is there for indoor games.
Faculty: Teachers are mostly knowledgeable with everybody having a Ph.D. degree. Teaching skills are okay. Mostly the curriculum is as old as VTU follows but they have added some good subjects related to placements and learning opportunities. Semester exams are moderate and we need one night to complete the whole syllabus.
Other: I chose this course because cyber security is well known and is prone to placements. It is very interesting as compared to others. But college is providing an outdated syllabus that needs enhancement for the syllabus. Events and fests are very frequently hosted in our college with a well connected to all companies. It has a wide extracurricular activities like sports and all the clubs.

Everything you need to know about DSATM!
Placements: Placements are good at this college. Since I am still in my first year, I do not have much idea about the ongoing placements, but since the placements are centralized with DSCE, the main campus, a lot of companies visit, creating more opportunities. The average package is 5-6 LPA, and the placement percentage is close to 100%. Internship opportunities are good. One of our seniors bagged an internship of 8 LPA, which is quite good in itself.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire campus, though the connectivity is sometimes slow. It works fine most of the time. We have various labs: Physics, Chemistry, Computer, and various skill labs as well. Classrooms are big enough to comfortably seat 60 students, which is usually the maximum in every class and branch. The library is huge, with a whole block assigned to it. It has many soft copies and ebooks available and a total of six private study zones. It also has a stationery shop where we can get all stationery and printouts and even get them bound.
Faculty: The teachers here are very knowledgeable in their respective subjects. They are kind and approachable and are ready to help you, whether in academics or any other projects you have. The faculty members have published many research papers, have patents, and have published textbooks as well. The course curriculum is more real-world or industry-related, with applications of each topic taught in class. Semester exams are moderate, and if given enough time to study, can be passed easily. Since the college has become autonomous, the teachers' correction is lenient.

A very basic college and placements are disappointing here.
Placements: My course got the top placements with a salary package of 40 LPA. Last year the percentage of students get placement was not bad. Accenture visited the college for placements. According to my seniors, placement opportunities are less as they recruit students from the main branch. About 60% of students got internship in Accenture. I do not have any idea about the roles offered to the students.
Infrastructure: Labs are decent. Classrooms are not spacious as corridors are small. Washrooms are not clean. The hostel is not too great. The library is good, and we have a digital library as well as private study zones. We have a student activity center which has table tennis, hand football, carrom, etc. The gym and tennis court in the auditorium are good.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and qualified yet I expected more assistance from them. The course curriculum is relevant and it gives real-life applications. I have not written the semester exam yet, but I wrote 1 internals and it was not too easy as we needed more guidance. The pass percentage is good.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in coding and it has a lot of scope and job opportunities. I want my course to not include Maths subject as it is really tough and not required instead they can add more programming courses. A lot of events take place on our campus, and it is enjoyable. Fest organised includes DJ nights. The campus crowd is pretty good, and we have a lot of places to hang out in our campus surroundings. Extracurricular activities are given importance and are appreciable.
