M.A. in Economics - Batch of 2023
3.8
4Placements3Infrastructure4Faculty3Crowd & Campus Life5Value for Money
It is the best college for economics students.
Placements: The placement cell is active but it provides average placements for top scores. Maximum students have to reach out on their own to the companies. So the highest salary package offered is 14 LPA in past years and the average salary package offered ranges from 5-6 LPA. There are no restrictions on internships, so students can participate in that.
Infrastructure: Facilities are normal and basic. The infrastructure is average for me. There are no huge playgrounds and courts. Classrooms are good but do not have air-conditioners in them. Wi-Fi was recently upgraded there. It has a huge library with only economic books. Canteen food is hygienic.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified. They provide notes and clear doubts both offline and online. But have some grudges for some students. The course curriculum is relevant. It helps to improve the skills of students. Semester exams are of moderate level and we have to study hard to pass them.

Excellent Faculty and Infrastructure, College is Best in Class, Highly Recommended.
Placements: In our college, we have a very active and helping placement cell, and the records are also amazing. Last year, the highest package was 25 LPA, and the average package was 15 LPA. Top recruiters are Amazon, Airtel Payments Bank, IBM, Birla, etc. More than 70-80% of students got selected in the campus placement rounds, and many of them also got internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: The college has very nice infrastructure and facilities. We have well-equipped labs, computer labs, high-speed internet access, and in the college library, we have 4,000+ books available. We have smart classrooms that have projectors and digital boards. The college canteen offers tasty and fresh food, which is also affordable for students, and the menu is also good. Hostels are good, and rooms are given to three students. The facilities for sports and the gym are available in hostel rooms. The rooms are non-AC, and coolers are installed in the summer.
Faculty: Faculty members are well-educated and highly knowledgeable, and mostly they teach us on digital boards. Lecture notes are shared in PDF format. The student-faculty ratio is also good in our college. The college is updating its curriculum, and many new courses are offered in addition. The college provides internships in Nagpur, and industrial visits are conducted each month, which is a good experience overall. Exams are strict, and the passing ratio is good.

MBA in Human Resource Development - Batch of 2022
2.8
4Placements1Infrastructure2Faculty2Crowd & Campus Life5Value for Money
Great for ROI, but Not The Best B-School.
Placements: Placements are completely student driven. Teachers are not concerned about placements at all. Top recruiting companies in my batch were Godrej, ICICI Bank, DE Shaw etc. The top package goes Upto 25 LPA. Although it depends on the year but mostly more than 70-80% of the batch gets placed. Our college does have one of the best ROI as the feels is very low.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure facilities are very poor. No Wi-Fi, old labs and classrooms that are not enough for the current batch size. The library is okay, our campus has the Ratan Tata Library. The quality of food available in the canteen too was not Upto the mark. No medical or sports facilities on campus.
Faculty: Some teachers are quite helpful while others are not. The curriculum is basic and does make the students industry ready but is not very frequently updated. The semester exams are average in difficult, the questions are mostly straight from the book and not as much application based.

India's Topnotch College for Economics.
Placements: Around 80 percent of students are placed in my course. The highest package of all time was 48 Lacs per annum, and last year the highest was 45 Lacs per annum, with the average around 12 Lacs per annum. Top recruiters are EY, Deloitte, and Bank of America, etc. Taking an internship is very hard at this time, but if you have extraordinary skills, you can have a chance to get the internship. As economics, our top role in MNCs is data analysis, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good but not too modern. Yes, Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, or the library are too good. There are no hostel facilities here, and the mess is very good and affordable. Sports facilities are not here because, as we know, it is a top economic college for Economics.
Faculty: The teachers are top-notch because they are very well qualified, and their teaching skills are too difficult to understand. But I want to say that if you put in effort, it is not difficult. The course is very relevant and gives you higher thinking and business development, so the course is very good. The semester examination is very hard, and the passing percentage is at least 40 percent; you have to score that.
Other: Because I did my graduation in economics, and after this course, the next best option is this only in India, I think. I think the placement cell needs to be operated by dedicated staff. Scholarships come, and you think your course fee is returned to you because the course fee is very low, and the scholarship is above the course fee.

There are well-equipped labs and ventilated classrooms, and the quality of food is also good. The library is beautiful and comfortable.
