Review of Directorate of Distance Education, University of Jammu.

Placements: This is a government college so it does not provide any internship or placement. Although it's a government institution, it is very effective compared to others. There is not much to discuss but the college is of top quality for me because my opinion is subjective.

The college has value for money by providing the right education and right atmosphere for students.

Placements: This college has had good placement records in the previous years. There are also a lot of workshops that help us to level up ourselves which will surely benefit us during our placements. A lot of opportunities are provided here along with great academics.

It is a good college but needs some more achievements like placements or extracurricular activities.

Placements: The average salary package offered is 1 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA, the lowest salary offered is Rs 80,000 thousand. Byju's is the top recruiting company, and the role offered is a manager in various private banks. Around 10% of students get internships, mainly in study-related tutors like Byju's, Aakash, Mahindra, etc., as a marketing manager or as a teacher.

It is a good department if you want to pursue graduation through correspondence mode.

Placements: It is a correspondence distance course. The university just provides the degree through the distance method, and the students have to find the jobs on their own. The department does not provide any placements through their own college or university. The course is good, and you can fill many exam forms on its basis and secure a freshers job for yourself.

It is a good University as it provides different courses and all the facilities within the campus.

Placements: The placements are not that awesome in this university as it is a government University. Only 10-15% companies of North India are coming over there. But still, I consider it as a good University overall as it provides different courses within the campus.

Review of Directorate of Distance Education, University of Jammu.

Placements: The college provides sufficient placements. Various reputed companies like HCL, Hyundai, SBI, Jammu & Kashmir Bank, etc., visited the campus for placements. Roles like executives, managers, HR, accountants were offered. Most of them got selected for their jobs. Our university also has a placement cell which acts as a mediator between the students and the organisations. In addition to this, we have career counselling cell which guides the students about what opportunities can be grabbed and how t...

Short review about Jammu university.

Placements: There is no placement provided by this university. After course they only provide certificate. But no placement done by this university. Hence you should prepare to get a job outside. Only this os the limitation of this university. They should provide placement opportunity.

I am satisfied with the faculty and all other facilities which were in the campus.

Placements: There were no placements in Directorate of Distance Education, University of Jammu for our course, M.Com, as it was a correspondence course. There were no internships provided in distance education. But if you do regular M.Com from University of Jammu, you will get placements and internship industry exposure.

Overall a very good atmosphere and education are provided in our college.

Placements: I don't know about placements. It may depend on us on how far we go after the completion of the degree. In future, they may introduce us to some courses for placements. There are more opportunities for higher ranks.
