It is a reasonable college and has excellent campus life.
Placements: In this college, students in our section were around 35. I had not been offered any job. But students in this university were recognised worldwide, so they can get local jobs easily, and if students want to go abroad.
Infrastructure: The classrooms were neat and clean. Wi-Fi connectivity was limited. I am a day scholar. Except for the washrooms, they were not clean. The hostel was available for boys and girls, but it was very different to get one. Because of high demand, but there was plenty of nearby accommodation.
Faculty: Teachers were good. They were knowledgeable and understanding. The pass percentage was 35%. The exams were reasonable. This course was in the humanitarian stream so no specialty in any field, but students can join any field they want so it was up to them.
Other: I opted for this course for a bachelor's degree. It was up to students what subject they choose. There were fests and events in this college. It provides greener campus life to students.

Review of Distance Education Department, Punjabi University.
Placements: Placements in our college are average. The minimum salary package offered is 2 LPA, which is not sufficient for a student, in my opinion. Mostly local companies hire the students who get graduated from this course. Overall, placements are not up to the mark.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Classrooms are cleaned every day. Cleaning staff takes good care of cleanliness. Wi-Fi facility is available with good speed. The library is quite big and has a sufficient amount of books as per demand. Hostel rooms are small, but it is well maintained. Food served in the mess is average. Sports and a lot of games are provided by the university which students can choose as per their choice.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are good. They are well qualified and clear every doubt of the students. History and political science faculty are the best, in my opinion, because their teaching methods clear our doubts very easily. They conduct a sufficient amount of assignments and develop students skills.
Other: Our university provides scholarship to the deserving students who score the best in exams.

I am satisfied with all things except for exams results as there is a lot of delay in the result.
Placements: There are no placements for B.A students of distance education, and I will be graduated soon. Salary packages are not offered for arts stream students as only offered for engineering students, and that salary packages are only between 3.6 to 5 LPA. I am from arts stream, so there is no need to go to college as only 7 days are allowed to come in 6 weeks. After 6 months, you must submit a project file of all subjects which you select while filling the form. You can also do your job while studying in arts in distance education.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good, and the classrooms are well furnished and have an airy environment. The library is Wi-Fi enabled, and the air-conditioning system is very good, and in your free time, you can go there with the ID card issued by the university to study. I didn't stay in any hostel, so I don't know about it.
Faculty: Teachers are good, well educated and helped me a lot in any problems. I don't know much about their knowledge because I am a distance education student. However, their teaching quality is good. The course curriculum doesn't make the students ready to work in the industry. If you can join as a distance education student, then you have to do a lot of paperwork, and you will face problems while paying fees because it is an offline process.
Other: All things are good here, and I suggest you join this university.

Sometimes I feel our college is good but sometimes bad.
Placements: If you want to take admission to our college, you should have 85%-95% of marks in the 12th class. Reputed companies visit here every year. The salary packages depend on your course like science students get jobs in pharma companies and earn a salary of around Rs. 25,000-32,000 per month as a fresher and get increment every year. Many companies visit here every year.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is not available here, and the labs are well maintained, but proper materials are not available here. The building has a good structure, and classrooms are very well maintained. Many types of sports are available in our college, and many players got selected for the state, national and international levels. The quality of food served is not very good, and hostel students do not feel good for the mess food.
Faculty: Teachers here are very well qualified and always ready to help. They are always ready to give their best and teach punctually. Our course is good and not very difficult, and you can learn it without any tension. You will have a good future. Teachers make students ready for every hardship of life.
Other: I want such a type of course which doesn't have stress, and you can easily do some different things along with my course. My course is not very costly because I belong to a financially average family. So, I chose this course. About 2-3 types of scholarships are provided every year, and the main scholarships are provided for scheduled caste students. Festivals are not celebrated by our campus. Extracurricular activities are conducted from time to time. Bhangra is very famous for our college. Youth festivals are conducted by our college every year.

You can choose this college if you don't have any other choice.
Placements: They don't promise any placement. Students who join this college are clear about this fact. Go for this college if you want just a piece of degree.
Infrastructure: Rooms are so suffocating in summers. Even fans are not enough in a room, even if they are they don't work. For students of B.A. they don't even have a particular classroom. They just have to shift to another room to attend every lecture. It's really frustrating.
Faculty: It's a decent college if you want to opt any course they are offering for the sake of degree. Don't expect that you'll get any kind of learning or knowledge from this college (in case of my course). As professors don't even take the lectures except for few. But I've heard that in other streams - Commerce and Medical, they do attend all the lectures and teach well. But still not good enough for anyone's career. In a nutshell, you can choose this college if you don't have any choice. But in my opinion, get up and go out from this city if you don't want to waste your precious time.
Other: Nothing much to tell. In my opinion, even if something happens it's boring like hell. Farewell and youth festival, nothing is interesting enough to be part of.
