Placements: Overall the placements are good. This year the students of ECE department got placed in good companies. This is the best college in Durgapur. If you are good at communication skills, you will get placed in whichever department you study. Hope for the better placement records in our college.

Placements: The placement record of our college until 2014, was very impressive. But now, there is some lack of quality in students which made the placements record low. Overall, the placement is still not bad. Improvements have been started in our college. If you want to get admission into our college then it's not a bad choice. Here also, people get opportunities, and the best one gets picked up.

Placements: Average placements were offered. Not many companies had come to our campus to hire. TCS was called for zero slot placement. About 70 students were placed. There were rumours that Infosys would also be coming but nothing happened. After TCS, Tech Mahindra and Atos had come for placement. Placements: Placement is average in our college. According to my experience as of now, it is good for IT-based branches. Companies like TCS, Infosys and Wipro come to recruit on the campus. Placements: Placements are quite good. Some reputed companies like TCS, Wipro and ITC Infotech come every year to our college and many students get placed every year. In the batch of 2017, the lowest salary offered was 1.8-2.2 LPA. The thing I don't like is the coming of a BPO/BPS sector in an engineering college. A few of my friends also got placed in Wipro BPS and TCS BPO. If your target is placement, then go for some IITs or NITs.

Placements: To tell the truth, our college has moderate placements. On an average, 35% of students get placed every year. The students who have the GPA of 7.5 and above and if he/she is communicative enough, in my opinion, he/she must be placed. In the year 2017, 40% of all students get placed. The salary offer ranges from 360,000 to 500,000. If you are a GATE student with good aptitude, the offered salary is even more. Placements: Placements for computer science and information technology branch are good enough. 60% students get placed from this college per year on an average. The average salary is approximately 2.3 lacs to 4 lacs. Companies like Tech Mahindra, Johnson Control India, Capgemini, TCS, Oppo and many other companies come for recruitments.

Placements: There was a pool campus drive in Kolkata and many students from our college participated there. I got placed in I-Gate there. About 60% of our ECE students got placed, including 10 students who got placed in renowned core companies like Bosch. The major companies that came were TCS, Tech Mahindra, Bosch, I-Gate, and much more.

Placements: The website of BCREC shows 406 placements, but some students are placed in more than one company. Overall, the placement is good. Companies like TCS and Tech Mahindra take students in bulk. Many other companies such as JMC, RMC and Vastu Vihar have come this year for civil engineering. From 2017, BCREC has become a nodal center which means all the pool campus drives held in the Durgapur region will be held in BCREC. At last, you have the capability of getting a job with a salary of 20000. ...

Placements: Placement in 2016 was quite good. TCS was the major recruiter. Tech Mahindra and Exel Dynamics were in the queue. Finally, Infoway, Hitachi and 3-4 other small companies were there. Shreeram was a finance company which came to our college and took almost 5 students. Overall, campusing was moderate.

Placements: For my senior batches, the placements were very nice. Many companies came especially for IT people like TCS, Infosys, Sankalp, etc. For my batch, only TCS came and placements were not good that year. Later, Tech Mahindra came and took 8 people. I was one of them. This college is better compared to the other colleges in Durgapur in terms of placements and infra.

Placements: Placements are quite good in the college. I mean that companies offering roles to students of different branches. Unlike other colleges where mostly IT companies come. In BC Roy, different companies come from manufacturing to FMCG to consultancy. The highest package was 6 lakh. The average was near to 4 lakhs.

Placements: Not to be mentioned, BCREC has the best placements amongst all the private colleges in Durgapur. Starting from the toppers to the mediocre, almost 70 to 80% students get placed from the college with the highest package of 8 LPA and average 4.5 LPA. Many reputed companies visit the campus for placements.

Placements: Just one software company, TCS, visited our college and about 92 students were finally selected from various departments. Many of us went to other colleges as off-campus drives were held at various locations of Kolkata. Some of them were Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Amazon, etc. In my year about 65 percent students, including on-campus and off-campus drives, were overall selected. Placements: The placement is average in BCREC. If you manage to secure 7.5-8 on an average, most probably you will get placed. 6-pointers too get placed but not in a lavishing company. Our top recruiters are TCS, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Johnson Controls and much more. Around 80% students of CSE, ECE and IT get placed every year.

Placements: The placements are quite good for the civil branch. A maximum number of students are placed and are doing govt. jobs. Students were placed in ERA infra, Ramky infrastructure, KND constructions, Simplex, etc. All the students did their internship at nearby companies like SAIL, DSP, etc. No stipend was offered during the internship by maximum companies. Placements: This year, the placement is not up to the mark. Mass recruitment companies like TCS, Wipro etc have not been visiting but this year. The college has renewed their NBA accreditation in the ECE specialisation. The teachers are supportive and there are good co-curricular activities where along with the students, the faculty members also take part in the tournament. But only 3 non-core departments & 1 core department get jobs from the campus recruitment. Other core departments like ME and CE do not have such good placements but in 2016, many CE students got good placement in some good companies. Overall, the placement of our college is good.
