Among of us only 20-30 students are placed. Most of the good score students are placed in IT company like TCS and Wipro although TCS and Wipro (The got the jobs from some all india exam which held by the company. Review of Dr. B.C. Roy Engineering College.

Placements: Almost 65-75% of the students of CSE, IT and ECE gets placed every year. Placements for CE and ME are a bit poor here. Placements for electrical are mediocre. All tech companies like TCS, Bosch, Capgemini and also some popular companies visit here occasionally. Compared to other colleges in the state, this has a higher rank in terms of placement rate.

The college is good in terms of teaching and teachers' abilities. The location is bad.

Placements: It is very easy for CSE and IT students to get placements, but it becomes quite difficult for branches like mechanical, civil and ECE. They have to travel long distances for off-campus drives. Compared to last year, only a few companies visited our college. Although ECE students are allowed to sit for placement drives in the IT Sector. Placement condition right now in college should be improved.

Placements: Placements at Dr B.C. Roy Engineering College are quite well. More than 40% of the total students in a course get placed. Many companies like Accenza, TCS, Cognizant, and a lot more visit the campus for placements. Students are generally offered a salary package of Rs.10,000-30,000 per month which is quite well for freshers. As we are the diploma holders, we are offered the best and high-paying jobs by Tata Power. This is the best private college in Durgapur.

Placements: Placements in the college were good. The placement rate of the college was more than 65% which was very good when compared to nearby colleges. My overall placement experience was good as the placement department was very helpful. They always try their best for providing jobs in MNCs. College also helps the students who don't meet the eligibility criterion to get a job in middle-scale companies.

Placements: Approximately 70 to 80% of the students were placed. The college invites a lot of companies to recruit the students. But there are no mass recruiters. Many companies like Capgemini, CINIF, GSG Hitech, TCS, and Mahindra and Mahindra visit the campus for placements. Computer science branch has more chances to get placed in any college, so in this college also the CSE students are at the top to get placed.

Packages are not exceptional but an average package of 3-3.2 can be earned. Generally, IT companies hire here. Few core companies did come, however, they were all reputed with exceptional packages.
