Satisfied with the faculty, good placements in 2016, good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: The placements are not in a good position for core branches. Seniors say that on-campusing is not good, but off-campusing is good. You have to make yourself confident enough to get the job. Overall. I say that placements are good if you are eligible for that.

You need to take your own responsibility. You can't be dependent on college, to shape your career.

Placements: The condition in 2014 was not so good. About 120 students were placed, but companies were genuine like TCS, L & T, Tech Mahindra etc. Mostly all were software companies. Some had pool campus from IBM under all WBUT colleges. Average package must be around Rs. 3.5 LPA that year. Many students looked for job themselves.

Very GOOD FACULTY in this college.

Placements: Placements For core streams (ME, CE, EE)are not so good. But (ECE, AEIE, IT, CSE) have good and satisfying placements. There is an placement cell within the college. The college does not provide internship from their own side but helps the students in their own internship.

Overall, the college environment and placements are good. The college is best for CSE, ECE, IT & EE.

Placements: Placements for CSE, ECE, IT and EE are very nice. Many IT sector and well-known companies visit the college for placements. Many core companies also visit for civil engineering and mechanical engineering. But the placements of the core branch are not so well as CSE, ECE and IT.

Overall, the college is good. The placement of 2017-18 was nearly 85%.

Placements: The placement percentage of the college is very nice, and it is nearly about 70 percent. The average salary is 4 lakhs per annum, whereas the highest salary is 8-9 LPA and the lowest one is 2.5 LPA. The number of companies, as well as industries, which came to our college, is nice, but they are no multinational companies or big industries. There is a placement cell in our college, students from nearby colleges came at the time of campusing.

This college is a good option if you want to study in private college in durgapur.

Placements: This year the placements were good enough. Almost 75% of the seniors were placed in many companies like Microsoft, Oppo, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini etc. The maximum package was of 7-8 lacs per annum. The placement cell is good, but if someone looking for the internship here, then it will disappoint them. All other things are good.

Average college in durgapur.

Placements: Placement are average but better than other colleges in Durgapur. Different MNC and local recruiting companies hold their meets here. Hiring a ample number of students. CSE department gets the largest placement among other branches and hence 60% placement is required must.

Good infrastructure, best faculty and good placements are available.

Placements: I was graduated in the year 2017. I got placement in merchant Navy company with a salary package of 3.60 LPA during the training period. After training, the package is decided by the performance in written test and also in the interview. After qualifying both tests and interview, we have to upgrade from the previous position. Overall, it is best for a mechanical engineer. Previous placement history is also very good in mechanical engineering. In the year 2011-2012, all students got placed with a...

Choose what you are looking for.

Placements: It isn't up to the mark. Placement cell need to work more. Recent placement of the college is below average. The recent batch of 2014 had 22% placement with average of 3 Lacs/annum. Internship is more or less zero for this department. You definitely don't want to sit on your home after getting graduate so this isn't good.

Satisfied with the infrastructure and faculty members but placements needs to be improved.

Placements: Placements are quite good for the IT batches but there is less scope for the core branches. There should be more scope for the core branches. For IT branches too it needs to be improved. Most of the companies come off campus and it's tiring. There should be more companies to come on campus.

Placements: Many companies come here for placements. Among those companies Cognizant, TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, are the big names. Google does not come here. But companies under google do often come. My senior batch's placement were average. Many students got job into it companies but a limited no. Of students got job into core companies. I think 25-30% students from our department were placed. Many students got the job as a electrical engineer in power plants. Many got the job of being HR. Yes....

Placements: Depends upon the market, our seniors aren't fully placed, as there is a huge crisis in IT recruitment this year. Many companies haven't arrived till now. The recent times may change and let's hope when we pass out, we could get a decent job. It's one of the reputed institutions among all other private engineering colleges.
