95% campus placements were there in 2016-17 session.

Placements: Placements are good here. When I was in 4th year, at that time 95% of the students from CSE department got campus placement. The highest package offered was 9 LPA from Ola, and the average was 3.5 LPA. In the 2016-17 session, more than 150 companies came for campus requirement.

Worth the education in Dr. KNMIET.

Placements: I got placed in Tech Mahindra Pvt Ltd. In our campus, many companies had arrived and select students in their organisations. Our seniors were also placed at the reputed companies. Even our college organises recruitment of students in Indian Army as Indian Army conduct their recruitment drive on our campus.

Average infrastructure, facilities and placement etc.

Placements: There is average placement, nearly about 35%. In case of placement, the college is average. There is a placement cell with good quality. Senior batch placements are average in every branch. Electrical, mechanical, civil and computer science branches placements are in good condition, but other branches are in average condition.

The college is not good for studies.

Placements: The placements are good for computer science students. I am a mechanical engineering student, and for our branch, the placements are not good. Companies offer Rs. 2,000 per month to Rs. 15,000 per month salary for freshers. The placements are not good even for civil engineering students. Overall, the college doesn't provide good placements to the students of a few branches.

Our college is average. At the time we took admission it was good, but now it makes no sense.

Placements: The placements are average for the branches like computer science and IT. The highest package offered is to our senior batch which is of Rs. 9 lacs PA. Only one or two core companies of mechanical profile have visited the college. The other companies that visited include some that offered the jobs in BPOs. The lowest offer was around Rs. 5K in the training period for 6 months, and the highest offer was around Rs. 16K.

If you are not getting admission to any college then join here. Otherwise join another college.

Placements: The placement offered was good, and many companies visited the campus. For the first time, the huge level of recruitment process was done. OLA, Tech Mahindra, Aricent, CapitalVia, HCL, Apollo, Nucleus Software Exports and much more companies visited the campus. The role offered is a salesperson. Due to lack of competitive students, only 55-60% of the student was placed. Many of the profiles offered were a salesperson, so not many students have joined the company. ...

Nowadays, the college is degrading day by day as the management is not up to the mark

Placements: Quite good if you are good at studies. The college is in NCR so there are lots of chances for off-campus placement drives. Basically, software companies are invited by the college. There will be no option for EC students if they want a placement in a core company. The average package will be 2.6 LPA approximately.

The faculty and infrastructure are in place. Placements are in your hands.

Placements: The placements were fine for both the senior batch as well as for our batch. Almost 85% of the eligible candidates got placements with an average package of around 3.2 LPA. The highest was 4 LPA and the lowest package offered was 2.3 LPA. Overall, the college is good for placements and must be rated 4 out of 5. Although the summer internships are not well. The students had to fight hard for getting internships, which was very difficult for them.

Good placements and facilities.

Placements: The placement cell of our college is very nice. They always give 100% chance to interact with many companies for the placement. In our college, many big companies come for the placement, and they hire with a good package. The companies coming here are not only for the placement of computer science branch but also for mechanical, civil, electronics, electrical, MBA, and pharmacy too, and the packages are always attractive. Last year, campus placement from our college was 78% from all the branches...

Dissatisfied with the education system.

Placements: A lot of companies came for recruitments with an average package of 3-4 LPA but the companies belonged to only the IT sector or hired for an analyst profile. Almost 70% were placed but no one was happy with the job except the CS and IT students. The highest salary offered was approximately 6 LPA and the lowest was 1.8 LPA. There was hardly any student who got the internship from the college. I think the companies came for the drive were only worthy for either software or non-technical jobs. Ther...

A college which makes you study and stay away from other activities

Placements: For the 2016 batch, there were placements in IT, chemical and mechanical if you have the calibre, but in the rest of the branches, there were no placements. But from the next year, Tech Mahindra was one of the mass recruiters which lead to an increase in the number of placements. Overall, placements are not that good. There is a lack of a mass recruiters. The companies which visit the campus are mostly BPOs so often, the placement is of no use.

College is good in name, not in reality.

Placements: Only two companies of core EE had visited. BPO and non-technical companies hired students in bulk. In my session, a few students of my branch got placed while the rest of them were unplaced and got their placements in off-campus drives. The college is good enough for CSE/IT/ECE branch.

The college is going down by the standards with every passing year.

Placements: It has placement opportunities but majorly for CS and IT branches. Companies visiting the college for hiring core branch students were too scarce, almost none. They have been introducing placement programs to equip the students with necessary potential to make it through in the interviews but then without much offerings on the name of company visits, placement section is actually not making it up to the expectations.

Good placements for batch which passed out in the year 2017.

Placements: There was a total of 100+ placement drives for all branches conducted. For my senior batch, a mass recruiter company Tech Mahindra visited the college. Approximately 75% students were placed and 100% for CS/IT were placed. The highest package was 9 lacs.

A good college under budget with good facilities of education.

Placements: Placements were good. At least 70 percent people were palaced. The average salary was 2.4 lakh. Mostly software companies visited our college. Students were happy with the placements. But the college focused on quantity over quality. Overall, it was a nice placement record for the college with about 110 companies visiting.

Regular classes, deserving one placed and good faculty is all about KN Modi

Placements: The placement of this session is going on. About 90 students are already placed in NCR and other state-based companies. The seniors' placement was good. About 350 i.e. 45% were placed. Its totally depend on the student capability. Core companies of CSE and IT are very frequent. Mechanical and civil mostly offered automation and embedded-type profiles. The internship was offered to only a few students.

Absolutely dissatisfied with placement, faculty knowledge and their behaviour.

Placements: Campus placement is ok in Dr KNMIET. Companies came like Aricent but took only a few students and other companies also came but all of those were for support roles only. The only good company which visited was Aricent. Very few got placed from the college. Local companies used to come that too for support roles. They offered 10-12 thousand as a salary and with a bond also.

Life at Dr. KNMIET: good for those who take it the right way.

Placements: A lot of big names like Ola, Sapient, Tech Mahindra and many more. Accounting for over 170 campus drives this year, the college even allows 8th send internship program while being supportive towards the academics too. Learned mentors. A number of industrial visits and even skill development sessions in data analyst, C+, Java etc.

One of the options in your list.

Placements: Placement is good for CSE, IT and ECE departments. The average package is 3.5 LPA. Many companies visited for the recruitment. Other branches also have placement but not as good compared to CSE/IT. Placement cell also helps in training you before the recruitment process.

One of the good colleges of Delhi NCR.

Placements: Very few placements in core branches like mechanical, electrical, and civil. This college brings in more than 100 small companies for placements of the students. Few companies that recruited the students are Tech Mahindra, Quantum Page Publication, Captain Tractor, etc. 2- 2.5 lakhs is the average package offered to the students.
