Average college if you are a hard worker.

Placements: There's hardly placement of 3-4 students from the college. Students have to go for open placement after completion of degree and some of the students don't even get a job even after compilation of degree. Lack of placement is one factor for not recommending others to join this college.

A college that gives importance only for engineering.

Placements: East Point college placement cell is working only for engineering students, None of my batch mates got placed through campus placement. Even the department is not giving any help to get the students to place. After my MBA course, I have spent 2-3 months in searching a job.

Poor placements. Not completely satisfied. 3/5 stars.

Placements: Not even a single company turned up to the college for mechanical placements. We were sent for 2 pool campus. It's quite good for computer science and information science, as some companies come and go. The package is literally low. Emphasis, Sonata etc visited the campus. The internship is left to students.

College campus is very big and green. Hostel is just fine and it’s better to stay for at least one year in the hostel, it helps in making friends. Teaching, we can’t judge because it depends on type of class they handle. My senior batch placement was bad but this year placement is much better. Coming to the management, it has to develop its procedures.

The college has a good campus, yet failed in maintenance, even though college has a good source like getting skilled lectures, they don’t make use of them very well. Chairman will be present in the campus 24*7, but he won’t be allowed to meet the students. College has too many number of toilets, yet lags in maintenance, we can’t find any dustbin in campus. We have internet lab but using it is wasting your time.

East Point ‘Jnana Prabha’ campus is away from the bustle of the city. Spread over 90 acres of fertile land, the East Point ‘Jnana Prabha’ campus is set in a tranquil space surrounded by greenery. Classes are compulsory here guys, you need to maintain 75% attendance. And the department is so harsh and cruel sometimes, you will feel as if attendance is more important than marks. Placement record is not too good.

Our college is too good for Computer science engineering, good faculty and principal. Friendly environment and good infrastructure, big campus and cricket ground, friendly study environment. The best department in the college (CS) but strict attendance and no mass bunking. When it comes to placements its very poor as there is no placement in the campus. College is far from the city. There are two canteens and the food is average. No extracurricular activities at all! So don't except to have any ...

Please freshers, don't join this college. This college is not worth the money. It has bad placement and worst teaching. It's better to not do engineering than to do it here. Joining this college will not give you any value. There's no proper management.

Let me explain about the campus in brief, if you're here don't expect good infrastructure, the infrastructure is below average and when it comes to teaching the teachers are up to the mark to provide you with adequate knowledge, and the campus here though is vast with very less maintenance. If you're here only for studies, then this the right place. For the people out there who love hanging out and stuff, I'm afraid there's no such thing around the campus.

Placements in 2024 are the worst.

Placements: Placement is damn poor; don't trust the admission department. The highest package is 2 lakhs per annum, and the top company recruiting is TCS. The internship is totally waste from the college, with no skill development. I feel I have wasted my career by choosing BCA.

Overall, teaching was very good, but when it comes to placement, it was kind of average.

Placements: Hardly around 10 to 15 percent, around only 3 to 5 students got placed, and that was influenced by the college itself. Our placement assistance was not kind of that student-friendly, but I still wish they improved the placement assistance for students from top MNCs.

About East point group of institutions.

Placements: Placement is good in comparison to other colleges, and I'd say it's the best because they guarantee placement, but I didn't join the company that I got through. 70% of students are placed. Rs 3 LPA is the lowest package, and Rs 5 LPA is the highest package. 40% of students get internships. The placement department is very supportive and gives a lot of options to get placed. I got placed at Extramarks, and a few more results are yet to come. I personally have attended 20+ companies, and more than...

Not much satisfied even though it is a huge college.

Placements: Every year approximately 70 percent are placed in the companies from different stream. 16 lpa was the highest and 2 lpa was the lowest in the college. Byjus, Infosys, wipro were among the top recruiters. Around 85 percent got internship. Data Scientist, software developer, testor are the top roles offered.

Review of East Point College of Nursing, Avalahalli.

Placements: The college does not provide any placements to the students. All medical courses do not get the opportunity of placement selection. Other courses like engineering get the opportunity from big firms like Amazon, Tata etc. Medical students just get an optional 6-month internship course.

Review of East Point Group of Institutions.

Placements: The college does not provide any placement opportunities for students. Students of other courses like engineering are getting these benefits. They provide a 6-month internship course for students which is not compulsory, and they could choose whether to take it or not.

East point college of engineering and technology.

Placements: Not more than 10 students have been placed in the entire batch of 2014-2018. Don't expect to get placed once you pass out from this college. More than half of the students are not even eligible to attend placement due to poor academic performance.
