The college is average in terms of campus, infrastructure and faculty members.

Placements: Around 30-40% of students got placed last year. Most of the students got a package of 4-5 LPA. In civil engineering, only 1% of students got placed from our college. The highest package is around 6-7 LPA. In CS and IT, they are capable of getting the highest package than other sectors.

The teachers are good, and there are below-average placements. The canteen can be better.

Placements: Almost 50%-60% of students were placed from our course. The highest salary package offered was about 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Wipro, Tata and Ultratech are top recruiters here. About 20% of the students got internships in Wipro and Tata. There are many different types of roles like automobile engineering or designing or AutoCAD, Solid Works software, etc., so they are pretty good.

I'm dissatisfied with campus life, and there is no exposure in our college.

Placements: Around 20-30% of the students got placed from the college in the previous year. Most of the students got placed with a salary package of 3 LPA. In civil engineering and chemical engineering, almost 99% of the students are not able to get a job. Whereas, students of computer science are offered the highest salary package of 6.5 LPA. Only 4-5 students were able to get a job of above 5 LPA. After graduation, most of the students are preparing for government exams. TCS, Accenture, and ONGC are the t...

Engineering College, Ajmer, is good for students to gain practical knowledge.

Placements: According to me, this college is not good for placements. It is good only for completing the degree of engineering. As I heard from seniors, the highest package is approximately 10-12 LPA, and the average package is up to 3 LPA.

Engineering College Ajmer is the best college.

Placements: Our branch placements are minimum, but other branch placements are very good. The highest salary package offered is 19 LPA, and the minimum salary package offered is 3-4 LPA. Internships are offered from PWD Ajmer, railways and workshops. Companies like Sigma, Bosch and JK Super Cement are the recruiters. Air force training is given for students.

There are no facilities, and infrastructure is also average.

Placements: By this time, approximately 35 to 45% of the students got placements. This low placement rate is because of the students' backlogs. The highest salary package offered is approximately 7 LPA, the average salary package offered is about 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our course are Metacube, Sopra Steria, IBM, MTX, TCS, Accenture, ONGC, GAIL, SAIL, Tata Motors, DRDO, Bajaj, HPCL, CPCL, Infosys, Cognizant and BHEL. There are no criteria for intern...

I am dissatisfied because of the facilities, placements and infrastructure.

Placements: About 10% of our batch got placement in the college placement drive. The highest salary package offered was about 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies were NBC, JWS Jindal Steel, TCS, Wipro, Adani Power, Uttam Galva, etc. About 20% of the students got an internship in reputed companies like Maruti, etc. The top role offered was GET.

It is an average college with average placements.

Placements: Almost half of the students from our course got placed. Infosys and TCS are some of the companies which visit here every year for placements. A lot of students don't get placed every year, so I suggest you not to expect good placements from this college. However, if you work hard and consistent, then you will get a job.

All faculty members take time for students preparation. Placements are average.

Placements: Almost 35% of the students got average placements. The highest salary package offered is 15 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. Almost 50% of the students got an internship, and we can also complete an internship with Internshala. Internshala is a good platform for internships. I would complete internships training in a course in Autocad. Autocad is 3D and 2D drafting in a short time interval.

In the last year, the highest salary package offered in our branch is 10 LPA, while 8 LPA this year.

Placements: Around 35%-40% of the students from our course got placed because 30%-35% of the students have backlogs. About 5%-10% of the students got selected for government jobs. So, the placement rate is above average here. The highest salary package offered in the mechanical branch in this year is 8 LPA, and the average salary package offered is around 3.5 LPA-4 LPA. Our college provides internships in IITs, NITs and other reputed companies.

It is a lush green and eco-friendly campus.

Infrastructure: The college provides free Wi-Fi, highly equipped labs, sports ground, digital classrooms with smart boards, air-conditioned classrooms, high-tech and well-maintained library with thousands of books. There is a newly built cafeteria, and hostel facilities are available for girls with many facilities.

No placements this year.

Placements: Last year 120 out of 160 students got placed from IT related branches in prestigious companies. But this year the scene is totally different. There have been no placements till now from our college and not a single company has come to offer placements this year.

I am dissatisfied. It is nothing compared to what I thought the college would be.

Placements: There are no placements till now this year, and any companies did not visit here for recruitment this year. Last year approximately 120 students out of 160 got recruited in good legit companies. But this year we have not been given a single opportunity for recruitment.

Placements are available in other branches, and campus life is not good here.

Placements: In civil engineering, there were no placements in the previous year. However, companies like L&T, etc., had visited our college for placements in 2015. But most of the students want to opt for government jobs and IAS, while others prepared for competitive exams, so many of them refused to attend the interview. Many students opted for the internship in IIRS Outreach Programme.

Our college has good teachers and infrastructure.

Placements: None of the students got placed in the previous year. There were no salary packages offered. L&T came as a recruiting company, but it was a long time ago. From our college, you will have a chance to go into IIT Mumbai and other NIT college for internships. No top roles were offered, but the alumni is now placed at top companies like IAS NRIs and many others. Overall the teaching staff is very good and helpful for every student.

This college is running because of its faculty members only.

Placements: Placements in our college are not much good. You have to find jobs outside the college because campus placements are not available, especially for the civil stream. So, you have to opt for government jobs and other private jobs on your own.

Placements: The training and placement cell in Government Engineering College, Ajmer is quite active, and it focuses majorly on placements of all final year students. Many top companies visit our college for placements, so overall working of the placement cell is good. Rest everything is also good for students.

The college is average and not up to the mark. Some teachers in some branches are very good.

Placements: In our branch, placements are not up to the mark. Only 2 to 3 companies visited here to recruit civil engineers. Most of the companies are from Jaipur. The average salary package offered for a fresher civil engineer is around 3 LPA. In our previous batch passed out in 2018, 3 students got placed with a salary package of 3-3.4 LPA.
