Candidate must have passed 10th grade or S.S.C. Examination conducted by State Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Secondary Education, A.P/TS, such as Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE), Indian Council for Secondary Education(ICSE), National Institute of Open School (NIOS), A.P. Open School Society (APOSS), 10th class examination conducted by various State Boards
of Secondary Education in India with Mathematics as one of the subjects.
Candidates from NIOS/APOSS/other recognized examinations deemed equivalent to SSC by the A.P. Government must have passed all subjects, including Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, with a minimum of 35% marks in each subject.
Candidates who appeared or are appearing for SSC or equivalent examination being held in March-2024, and whose results are yet to be declared can also
appear for POLYCET- 2024.
There is no age restriction for appearing for POLYCET-2024.
Candidates must be Indian citizens and residents of the state of Andhra Pradesh.

It is a good college with highly qualified staff members.
Placements: We are a total of 60 students in civil engineering. Only 60 seats are allotted in our college. We don't have placements at our college. Students have to try off-campus placements. The average salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. L&T is the top recruiter. Every student has to go for training which marks are awarded for logbook and viva.
Infrastructure: All equipment is available, which is to be known by civil engineers. Advanced surveying instruments like total station are also available. The library is also available. Boys don't have any hostel facilities in the college, and the hostel is only for girls.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified professionals and knowledgeable, and teaching quality is very effective and understandable. The course curriculum is relevant, and the scheme changes accordingly. Students are made industry-ready. Based on different subjects, exam difficulty varies. A minimum of 27 marks out of 80 in external is required. Also, 7 marks out of 20 are required to score in internal exams. Almost 35% is the pass percentage.

There are no campus interviews, but education is good. Labs are not much better but fine.
Placements: There are no campus interviews in our college, and none of the students was recruited by companies. It is a government college. However, I remembered that Bharath Cement company visited here and gave a demo about their products, but they didn't offer any jobs to us.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and hostel facilities were not good during my tenure. However, now the hostel is under construction, and it may be completed within 2 to 3 years. I stayed in a room with my friends for rent and studied well. Most of the students also stay in rooms for rent and study in this college.
Faculty: Faculty members here are superb. There are senior-most faculty members in our college, and they taught me very well. Faculty members are very helpful and well trained. I was an academically poor student since my schooling, but when I joined this college, my favourite sir helped me in my studies. I passed out with a good percentage.
Other: My batch is from 2016-2019, and I completed my diploma in civil engineering. As I have a passion for construction work, I decided to choose civil engineering. Civil engineering has more value in society and is a prestigious course. We can get jobs in the government and private sector as well, and we can also prepare for civil and central government jobs. Few events are organised here. Campus surroundings are good, and every student gets a scholarship.
