BBAU CUET UG Admission

BBAU admission through CUET 2026 will commence after the release of NTA CUET UG result. Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University will open the BBAU UG 2026 registration window for a fixed period and candidates looking for admission at the university will have to fill and submit the BBAU 2026 admission form on or before last date. The BBAU UG Counselling Application Forms will be released on the official website (bbaucuet.samarth.edu.in). Only candidates who will submit their online form successfully and meet the university's eligibility criteria will be able to participate in counselling.

Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University offers admission to undergraduate courses only through CUET. Applicants who will appear for CUET 2026 must register themselves on official BBAU portal. After registration process is over, the university will announce BBAU CUET cut-off marks and begin the counselling process based on CUET UG scores and seat availability. A: 

If a candidate has forgotten his/her CUET application number, it can be retrieved by following the steps below:

  • Check registered email ID and phone number for SMS as It includes CUET application form number on successful registration.
  • Check the saved page of CUET application form. or,
  • Candidates may contact at NTA to know their CUET application form number.

After getting the CUET application number, students must ensure to note it somewhere for future login process. CUET application form number is required to login and download the admit card or results when released.

Q:   Does the order in which I select courses matter in the CUET application form?
A: 

CUET application form does not have a section to select courses and colleges. Candidates will have to select the CUET course while filling the CUET counselling form on official website of participating universities. While filling the CUET counselling application form, it is important to select the courses on order of preference, placing the one candudate prefer most at the top of list and the one that they prefer least at the bottom. This ordering matters because in the CUET admissions process, first choice is usually considered initially, and if that's full, the subsequent preferences are looked into.

BBAU will open its registration portal in July 2026, and candidates seeking admission at BBAU through CUET exam will be able to register themselves at the university's official website by paying the following CUET application fee.

Q:   Who conducts CUET UG counselling?
A: 

The CUET UG counselling is conducted by the universities acepting CUET UG scores seperately. Candidates will have to apply seperately for each university to appear for the CUET UG counselling process. National Testing Agency (NTA) has no role in conduction counselling process for CUET UG admissions. The participating universities conduct CUET counselling on the basis of candidate's CUET score and college preferences. The candidates are supposed to fill the forms for college and course for seat allotment. Candidates must stay updated with the important dates for admission to participating universities. 

Q:   How to apply for counselling after CUET?
A: 

After obtaining the CUET results, candidates will be able to apply for CUET counselling for various participating universities. To apply for CUET UG counselling, candidates can follow the process below;

  • Register for the CUET cousnelling process on official website of participating university
  • Fill the CUET UG admission application form like CSAS UG for DU, BHU UET application form for BHU and so forth.
  • Upload the CUET UG scorecard or enter the marks obtained in the eligible subjects
  • Declaration of admission status/ CUET cut off
  • Visit the university for verification of documents and pay the admission fee
Q:   When will the CUET UG counselling process commence?
A: 

CUET UG counselling process schedule is announced by the participating universities after the declaration of CUET results. The process will be conducted separately by the universities and it will not be a centralised counselling system. The CUET 2025 counselling process will have the following stages:

  • Each participating institute will release its individual rank list of candidates who are eligible to participate in the counselling process of CUET 2025.
  • Candidates will have to register online and then appear in online counselling followed by offline counselling.
  • Upon seat allotment, candidates will have to pay the admission fee and report to institutes to accept the admission offer.

Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University CUET UG Admission Process 2026

The BBAU CUET 2026 admission registration will begin after National Testing Agency declares the CUET UG result. Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University will open its BBAU CUET registration window, tentatively in the third week of July 2026. After the registration closes, BBAU will release the course-wise merit list for the UG courses offered. The BBAU CUET cut off 2026 will be made available at bbau.ac.in and will include the names of candidates eligible for counselling process.

Candidates can check the detailed BBAU UG Admission Process below:

1. Register on BBAU Lucknow Admission Portal

Aspirants are required to visit BBAU website - bbaucuet.samarth.edu.in and click on New Registration to participate in the online counselling process. Aspirants are required to fill in these details to register for CUET UG Counselling.

  • Candidate’s CUET application number
  • Candidate’s date of birth as per CUET application form

2. Re-login on Admission Portal

After registering themselves on the BBAU admission portal, candidates are required to re-login with the CUET application number and password.

3. Fill the Application Form and Upload Documents

Candidates are now required to fill out the application form and upload documents. The forms will ask for Personal Details and Educational Details. 

4. Pay the Counselling Registration Fee

Candidates are now required to pay the registration fee.

5. Check the Merit List

Candidates have to check for their names in the BBAU CUET Merit List on the official website - bbau.ac.in.

6. Verify Documents

Candidates with their names on the Merit List will have to verify their documents by DAC on the Samarth Portal.

7. Challan Generation

Once the documents have been verified, the DAC will generate a challan for fee submission.

8. Submission of Fee

DAC will declare a list of candidates against whom challan has been generated. These candidates will have to pay the admission fee by the given last date to secure their seats at BBAU.

BBAU CUET UG Admissions 2026: Documents Required for Counselling

Candidates eligible for admission at BBAU with their names on the merit list will have to bring in the following documents at the time of counselling:

  • Marksheet/ gradesheet of the qualifying degree course (self-attested)
  • Character Certificate from the dean/ head/ principal of the university/ institution last attended (in original)
  • Migration Certificate from competent authority of the university/ institution last attended, to be notified later
  • SC/ ST/ PwD/ Kashmiri Migrant/ NRI Certificate issued by the Competent Authority (self-attested). Candidates shall bring all the original certificates/ documents for verification.

Yes, students can get admission in City Academy Law College without CUET. The college accepts both CUET and Lucknow University Exam scores to shortlist students. In case, a valid CUET score is not available, students have the option of submitting Lucknow University exam scores instead.

No, students can not get into Hindu College, University of Delhi Without giving CUET exam. CUET score is necessary to get admisisons in Hindu College. After the results of CUET, the cut off is released. The seats are allocated through Common Seat Allocation System  (CSAS) of Delhi University.
