Faculty with a vision that focuses on student career development.

Placements: Campus provides good enough opportunities for students for placement in the healthy corporate world, being in different specializations such as marketing, finance, and human resources. There is a corporate resources centre (CRC) established for the purpose of focusing on the placement of employability of the students and helping them overcome the difficulties that come in their path to reach their dream companies.

It is a good college with average placements.

Placements: The college arranged off-campus interviews, but the students didn't turn up for the interview. For industrial training, the faculty members had called companies and selected most of the students. They even arranged for off-campus drives. The college didn't arrange interviews for the management trainee's position.

My experience at Manav Rachna is good.

Placements: Placements in our college are average. Not all get placed, and the college does not invite many companies. The highest salary package offered was 5 LPA and that too offered to a very limited number of students. The college does not provide good internships, and you have to search on your own.

I am moderately satisfied, but placements could be better.

Placements: Placements are not very good. They offer an average salary package and sometimes not even the deserving candidates get placed. They have tie-ups with only a few good organisations. They get very picky about placement and select only a few candidates.

Very satisfied with the course and the college.

Placements: The placements are very good, and at least 95% of the students get placed in companies from different sectors. The college also provides internship opportunities for students. The average salary package offered is 4-5 LPA which is not that bad concerning the fee charged by the college, i.e., Rs. 5,29,000. Students get placed in banks, hospitals, MNCs and many more.
