Best for academics and worst for placements.

Faculty: Faculty members are really very supportive and helpful. They are strict but they are also very friendly. Curriculum is very similar to the syllabus of NET and GATE which helps students to clear national-level exams while covering syllabus of department itself.

A student prospective - Kurukshetra University.

Faculty: Faculty members of the department are very good. They are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They help students in every condition possible. The teaching quality of the department is very high. It is the best department in the region of India in theoretical knowledge. Average experience as I had faced.

Faculty: Compared to other colleges, the teaching here is not good. The students are not well-prepared for companies focusing on their respective fields. Passing exams is quite hectic as you have to study hard to succeed.

East or West Kurukshetra University is the best. Infrastructure and facilities are very good.

Faculty: Faculty members and course curriculum are very good. Faculty members are very supportive. All teachers are Ph.D. holders. The way they teach is very good. I'm very much satisfied with the university. Course curriculum design is very appropriate for future studies. Semester exams are very difficult as many students get to reappear in the examination.

Glimpse of Campus and Hostel.

Faculty: Yes, the teachers of my department are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The faculty members of our department are very well-educated and punctual. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant. Examinations are held twice a year, and the semester examinations are not so easy, therefore a student must have to work hard to get a good percentage in the examinations.

Overall good college but very hectic if you are doing Masters.

Faculty: The semester exams are quite tough here. We have to study a lot to pass these exams. I have cleared NET JRF, which also helped in clear my semester exams. Also, the faculty teaching as well as non-teaching staff are well-behaved in matters of cleanliness.

My exploring and glorifying campus life.

Faculty: Teachers are CSIR NET JRF qualified. They have earned a lot of awards for their research. The lab work of my department is brilliant and explores new things in the lab. It is helpful for us in industrial development. There are unit tests, sessional exams, and semester exams conducted by the department.

Masters in Kurukshetra University.

Faculty: Teachers were very helpful throughout the year. They help you in your projects and assignments. The teaching method of all the teachers is very unique, and yes, this course is very relevant according to my needs. The semesters are of moderate level. Anyone can pass the exams if he/she is giving proper attention in the lectures, and the passing percentage is like you have to score a minimum of 33 percent in every exam.

The overall review of the geography department is very good.

Faculty: Complete a bachelor’s degree, either B.A. or B.Sc. in geography. Achieve a minimum score of 50% in your Bachelor's degree. Semester examinations are hard. Each semester read different types of books. The university's marking system is very strong. This university is very good. There are knowledgeable teachers. Their teaching methods are very excellent.

The infrastructure quality of our UIET is very good enough.

Faculty: There are almost 80 students in one section in total; they have 5 sections in BCom. Exams are held on a semester basis 2 times in a year, once in the month of January and another time in the month of May or June .Most students passed all of exams but many students failed to clear the exam. But their exam patterns are very easy as compared to other colleges.

The infrastructure quality of our UIET is very good enough.

Faculty: The faculty is well qualified and experienced. Sometimes it's hard to grasp the depth of what they are explaining. The exam pattern includes three monthly tests, and they will consider the best of the two scores. There are two semesters in a year, with a total of six monthly tests.

I got placed, so placement is the best. I love the infrastructure and facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are quite helpful and knowledgeable. And the best part is our course curriculum, which makes us industry-ready and enhances our practical knowledge. Exams were nice; 82 percent was the pass percentage. If you are regular in your studies, you will get a good placement, for sure.

It is an excellent college.

Faculty: Our teachers were well-educated, helpful, and understanding. The course curriculum was not relevant. Our teachers provided online and offline notes for better study. Semester exams were good.
