The overall review of the geography department is very good.

Faculty: Complete a bachelor’s degree, either B.A. or B.Sc. in geography. Achieve a minimum score of 50% in your Bachelor's degree. Semester examinations are hard. Each semester read different types of books. The university's marking system is very strong. This university is very good. There are knowledgeable teachers. Their teaching methods are very excellent.

The infrastructure quality of our UIET is very good enough.

Faculty: There are almost 80 students in one section in total; they have 5 sections in BCom. Exams are held on a semester basis 2 times in a year, once in the month of January and another time in the month of May or June .Most students passed all of exams but many students failed to clear the exam. But their exam patterns are very easy as compared to other colleges.

Average experience as I had faced.

Faculty: Compared to other colleges, the teaching here is not good. The students are not well-prepared for companies focusing on their respective fields. Passing exams is quite hectic as you have to study hard to succeed.

The infrastructure quality of our UIET is very good enough.

Faculty: The faculty is well qualified and experienced. Sometimes it's hard to grasp the depth of what they are explaining. The exam pattern includes three monthly tests, and they will consider the best of the two scores. There are two semesters in a year, with a total of six monthly tests.

I got placed, so placement is the best. I love the infrastructure and facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are quite helpful and knowledgeable. And the best part is our course curriculum, which makes us industry-ready and enhances our practical knowledge. Exams were nice; 82 percent was the pass percentage. If you are regular in your studies, you will get a good placement, for sure.

It is an excellent college.

Faculty: Our teachers were well-educated, helpful, and understanding. The course curriculum was not relevant. Our teachers provided online and offline notes for better study. Semester exams were good.

It is a very good college that provides better education and helps to build career.

Faculty: Teachers in our college have great knowledge and are polite. They clear all the doubts of the students and provide practical knowledge by performing practicals regularly. Students can pass the exams easily if they go through the syllabus and know the concepts easily.

The teachers in Kurukshetra University are very experienced and knowledgeable.

Faculty: The teachers in Kurukshetra University are very experienced and knowledgeable. They also help students to clear their doubts and in learning new and more about the subject they teach. Exams are not so very difficult. If you have studied properly, you can score good marks. There is total 13 girls' hostel. Mess food is worse especially, lunch. You will get all facilities like gym, Wi-Fi, reading room, hostel market, ATM in girls hostel complex. Along with this, there is a small temple.

All the teachers in this department are well qualified.

Faculty: All the teachers in this department are well educated. All are very helpful and good. They will always help you if you have any doubt. I chose this course for bright future. You can get theoretical as well as practical knowledge. Semester exam is very difficult. You would have to extra preparation to get good marks. The checking of the paper is very rough. To passing the semester you would have to score 40%.

Our department is not much good in terms of teaching and placements records.

Faculty: Some professors here are highly qualified, but there is a shortage of teachers in our department. They also don't provide labs work well. The course curriculum is not relevant, and it doesn't make students industry-ready. Not all teachers here are very highly qualified. In our department, most of the teachers are PhD scholars. They don't have enough knowledge or experience to teach.

Dissatisfied because of placement.

Faculty: Teachers have good knowledge and qualified but the environment was not that good. Teaching quality was average. Curriculum is not set according to industry. They focus on only theoretical knowledge they didn't work on practical knowledge. Only 1-2 teacher have good practical knowledge.

Review of Faculty of Science, Kurukshetra University.

Faculty: Teachers are very cooperative. You can approach and ask them wherever you need support. Seniors are also cooperative. The syllabus is designed well as if a student studies the whole syllabus, then about 60-90% of GATE and net preparation will be covered.

Absolutely satisfied due to faculty and good placements. But the infrastructure is not good.

Faculty: All the teachers were very helpful to every student in the department. Some teachers treat the students as their own children. Teachers were highly qualified. The student to faculty ratio was 10:1. The subjects included in our course curriculum was quite helpful.

Applied earth science under a single roof and the dearth of opportunities.

Faculty: The department itself is a hub of earth science studies owing to its gravimeter CG-5 and magnetometer, and many other instruments and infrastructural facilities. The staff members are well-qualified with everyone being a researcher and working on their respective projects and assist the students in every work. Every year, we are providing compulsory field training and internship and projects during the year break. There are five professors, three assistant professors, and 10 PhD scholars in the ...
