Review of Faculty of Social Science, Dayalbagh Educational Institute.
Placements: Almost 80% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 40 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Bajaj, Samsung, and Vivo. Almost 50% of students got internships in Bajaj. Top roles offered are manager and technician. Our college provides good placements. Almost all students got placed in our college.
Infrastructure: Our college provides us with all facilities. Our college has Wi-Fi, a library, etc. The hostel is neat and well-furnished. The body checkups are free of cost. There is a diagnosis center, X-ray, etc.
Faculty: Our teachers are helpful and friendly. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are difficult. The pass percentage is 50%. We did not find any impropriety.
Other: I opted for this course to prepare for civil service. The best thing about this course is that it is related to our society and political system. Our college has good atmosphere.

Our campus was lovely but other things were the worst.
Placements: The college treated students so badly. They thought that we were their slaves. Placements were almost zero in our college.
Infrastructure: In our college, the library was average. It was neither too good nor too bad. Many things in the college were not available for use which was so bad for a student. The mess was also not too good.
Faculty: Teachers were so rude. They asked us to do social service which was okay but they were so rude. They showed their power as teachers and kept blackmailing us about marks. The teaching quality was below average in our college because teachers pretend to know a lot but they do not know a bit. Some teachers were good too. Mostly, you would be doing most of the work by yourself because whatever a teacher teaches you won't be understood.
Other: The campus was so big and pretty which was the only positive I found there. The biggest problem I faced in college was the animal-like behavior of teachers toward students.

DEI is an amazing university.
Placements: Around 84.36% of students are placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA and the average package offered is 3.60 LPA. Top recruiting companies of DEI are BHEL, Avon India, Jaypee Group, Silverskills Pvt. Ltd., etc. On average, 75%-80% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of DEI is above average. We have our lab classes on Thursdays and Fridays and speed of Wi-Fi is also good. Central library, which is famous at DEI, is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Almost all books are available in the library and infrastructure of the classrooms is also good. I am not staying in the hostel. Sports and game facilities are amazing and good quality food is served in the canteen.
Faculty: Teachers are very polite and helpful, except for some. They are qualified and knowledgeable and some of them are retired from civil services. The teaching quality is average. This course is good for students who are preparing for civil services, but not as much for industry-related careers. The open book format makes semester exam tough and hard, as we have to face tricky questions. If we score 50% on our semester exam, we will pass easily.
Other: Since I chose humanities in 12th grade, I am now pursuing a B.A Hons in Political Science from DEI. I am interested in Political Science, which is why I chose B.A. Hons for my graduation. Best thing about this course is that it provides a foundation for my future preparation for civil services. I wish the government would increase funding for social sciences and make the classes more technically advanced. DEI organizes its biggest fest on December 31 and the campus is spacious. DEI also allocates many scholarships to students and we are engaged in many other activities.

It is a good college because of its environment, faculty members, library and infrastructure.
Placements: There was no placement in our course because this course is a graduation course and generally is taken by students who want to study further. There is no salary package, nor anyone got an internship in this course.
Infrastructure: Classrooms provided to us for our course are average. In that, we have been provided with the facility of computer and internet by the college. Apart from this, there is also a central library in our university in which we get books of all kinds.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful and knowledgeable. The course curriculum was relevant. Teachers help us in every way in our work. Our curriculum is in accordance with the present time, and it includes all the things which are necessary for working in the present time. By making a few changes in it, this curriculum can be made better.
Other: I have chosen this course because I want to go to the profession of higher education. I wish the college to add ancient history in the political science course.

Its a Dayalbagh Educational Institute. We study We learn.
Placements: The placements were good and the salary packages were nice. Companies that came to our college are highly reputed and they provide 7lakh per year. College brings good companies for placements. All students are allowed to sit in a placement. Students who got a job through college placements are well settled and they always help college to place more and more students in job.
Infrastructure: There are all facilities provided by the college to the students. There is a central library where students can find all types of books related to their course, there is a big sports ground in a college where students can play different games. There is also a computer center where students can use any system for any of their work. Students can use canteen facilities also.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in our college and well qualified. They have lots of knowledge about everything. They use different types of teaching methods to teach students. Students are taken for industrial visit. Teacher used projectors to teach students. They try to go through every method from which students can learn anything. They help students in their studies.
