Review of Feroze Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: I am from the batch 2017 of mechanical engineering. Only 10% of the student got placed through on-campus placements. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA. TCS, Wipro are the top recruiting companies. Software engineer trainee, software engineer, etc., are the top roles offered to students. Only 5% of the students got an internship in TCS.

Dissatisfied because of less seriousness in college.

Placements: None of the students get placement from college. Most of us prepared for GATE and some got job from outside source. If you are looking for college placement, there is no scope. This may be because of mechanical branch. In computer Science and electronic communication branch, mass recruiter such as tcs and wipro come.

The college needs improvement in every aspect to provide a good campus life.

Placements: The college provides the highest placements for computer science followed by electronics and communication engineering, mechanical engineering, and aeronautical engineering departments. The college needs a great deal of change in this sector to make students capable to fulfil nearly all the criteria that industry requires nowadays.

Overall, this is an average college. It is neither too good nor too bad.

Placements: Placements for the CSE stream are good. This year, even some mechanical students got placed from our college. But the salary package offered to the students is not that good. All the facilities are okay here. The salary packages offered are less when compared to other colleges. Mainly companies like Wipro, TCS, Byju's, Cedcoss, AIS Glasses, Zenus, etc., visit the campus for recruitment. There is a training and placement cell, and the TPO officer always tries to invite good companies for better p...

A good college with supportive teaching staff.

Placements: Most of the students from computer science got placed. I am not sure about numbers, but almost 90% of the strength got placed with an average package of 3 LPA. The highest package offered was around 6 LPA. Around 10% of students in my batch got internships with the highest stipend of Rs. 25,000 per month.

Average college with average placement.

Placements: The average package for the CSE department is approximately Rs. 4 to 5 LPA and the same goes for the ECE department and MCA. There is less scope for industry visits for me and the average package is Rs 3.5 - 4 LPA. For Aeronautical engineering, the college has produced under 100 rankers every year and the package being Rs. 4-4.5 LPA.

FGIET is a cool option if you don't IET Lucknow or BIET Jhansi in UPSEE.

Placements: In this year 2017-18, from computer engineering, 4 students were placed in Infosys, 4 were placed in TCS, 3 were in HCL, 1 in Oracle and continuing. The companies visiting FGIET are Infosys, HCL, Wipro, Airtel, TCS, Oracle, BSNL, gate, iFlex etc. The average salary offered was 3.2 LPA.

Quality of Classrooms, Labs, Libraries, dining halls, Wi-Fi and other key infrastructure.

Placements: For My batch, the course at Feroze Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology is Rs. 61,250 pa. But since the college is private now, the fees has increased to more than Rs. 80,000 pa. There is no scholarship option in the college but if someone is from a poor family then he/she can apply for the state scholarship. Approximately 80% of student get this scholarship facility. Loans are not needed if you are from a normal family. But if there is a need then you can apply for loans in the bank o...

A good college for studies, but not for placements.

Placements: There are average placements from the last two years. The average package offered is 25,000 per month. Wipro, the world's largest company, has come to the college for a pool drive. Approximately 250 students got selected in various companies. Our placement cell works very well in the entire programme.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty and placement.

Placements: Placement is below average no good companies visit. Percentage of placement is 27% only. The highest package is of 5lkh per annum only and average package is 2.8lkh per annum. No MNC's visit here. For internship you have to be on your own college will not help you out. Yes there is placement cell.

FGIET is a good college for those who believe in hard work, not for those who want everything easily

Placements: Placements in FGIET are not good as we all expect but the only good thing is that there is placement in companies like Wipro, Infosys, etc. The highest placement from the college is approximately 4 lakhs per annum. Most of the students get placed due to their knowledge not by marks, so marks do not always matter. The knowledge also matters. At last, the placement does not matter in the college.

Review of Feroze Gandhi Institute of Engineering & Technology

Placements: Hardly 10 out of 120 in computer science student are placed in genuine companies. Most of the students are placed through off-campus placements. There is some contradiction between TPO department and the faculty so students face many problems in placement. There are no responsible people who really think about the students' future and they show fake placement records.

Fulfill your dreams, engage more. Go out, discover & know others.

Placements: In my batch, there are 150 students, out of which 60 got placed. 30 in Vivo for sales and marketing. 25 in Idea for BTS. 5 in Lava for manufacturing. Highest salary offered by Lava was 4.2 lakh per annum, lowest by Vivo 20K per month. The average salary was around 3 lakh per annum.

I recommend you to join this college.

Placements: Placements were not provided in our course, but they were provided for B.Tech. students. Companies didn't visit our college to recruit students in our course. Many students were placed in our course. Students who worked hard got placed from our college.

Placements: Placements provided in our college are good. All the students get placed but for the batch of 2023, there are no recruiting companies. TCS, Wipro, and Cedcoss are recruiting companies.

I would not recommend students to take admission in this college.

Placements: Placements are excellent in the year 2022. The lowest salary package offered was 3.6 LPA, and the highest salary package offered was 12 LPA. In the year 2023, there are few placements. Around 1% of students got internships in our course.

Placements: The placement cell is not up to the mark. One needs to believe in their strength and can avail of a job offer through skills and knowledge.

Satisfied with this college but not too much.

Placements: Placement are not too good. Companies came here such as TCS, Wipro, etc. But they did not give good packages. Lots of pool campusing was held in my college. Several students took part in the placement activity.

It is absolutely a good college.

Placements: Placements are not that bad here, but they are quite good. Meritorious students get placed in very big companies. Every time TCS, Wipro, Vivo and many companies come here to recruit students, especially from CSE and ECE branches. Placements here are on an average.
